The location is excellent, very close to Promenade des Anglais, and a 5-6 minute walk to Nice Beach. There's an induction cooker and microwave, and other cookware and tableware are also provided. A bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning is enough to soothe a Chinese stomach after eating white food every day. Remember to bring your own condiments. Check-in and check-out are completely self-service; I didn't see a single staff member during my three nights. There are free umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels available for rent in the hallway, which is very convenient. There's nothing more authentic than taking your own gear and enjoying Nice Beach.

The hotel's location is perfect, facing Nice's stunning French Riviera. Turning right outside the hotel, you can directly access the elevator to Castle Hill, making it incredibly convenient for overlooking the old town, enjoying the sea view, or watching the sunset. The balcony view from the room was also fantastic; sitting on the balcony looking at the sea, the fatigue of my journey seemed to instantly disappear. The details in the room also impressed me, especially the body lotion provided by the hotel—it smelled wonderful. I casually asked the front desk if they sold it, and to my surprise, the manager, upon learning this, generously gave me a bottle of body lotion. This gesture deeply touched me and made me truly feel the hotel's sincerity, generosity, and thoughtfulness towards its guests. This is not just a hotel with a prime location and beautiful scenery, but a place that truly understands how to make its guests feel respected and cared for. If I ever return to Nice, I will definitely choose this hotel again and would be very willing to recommend it to my friends. This stay was truly special and left me with wonderful memories. Nice, Côte d'Azur. The hotel breakfast offered a great selection of French bread 🥐 and quality fruits like bananas 🍌, oranges 🍊, and apples 🍎. After a hearty meal, it was just a few hundred meters to the sea for a refreshing swim, absolutely fantastic! You can also take the Nice tourist train and visit Castle Hill for panoramic views of Nice 🏰. Beautiful 👍

If it is not a smaller size, this hotel is absolutely value for money. The staff is very friendly. There is a caring radiator in the bathroom. The clothes are washed and dry the next day. There is a coffee machine in the room. There is coffee tea. The most important thing is to open a kettle. This is really difficult. Expensive. Every morning I went out and found that the door handle had prepared croissants for us. There were also many mirrors behind the room (of course we lived in two rooms slightly different). I feel that this hotel can be worth 700+ if you don’t care about the exterior.

This hotel was honestly very frustrating. 1. The soundproofing is extremely poor. Every morning, you can hear the housekeeping staff knocking on nearby rooms to communicate or clean. I was woken up by the noise every single day. 2. Even if you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the staff repeatedly ignore it and still knock on your door in the morning, invading your personal space. 3. On my first day, I forget to hang the sign. Yet the next morning they knocked persistently at 9, 10, and even 1 p.m I already opened the door the first time and clearly told them I didn’t need housekeeping, yet they kept coming back. 4. On the day of check-out, it was even worse. We had the sign up, and check-out time was 11 a.m., but they entered our room before we had checked out. What is this—some kind of unwanted morning call service? This seriously disturbed my rest and violated my privacy. Every morning I felt on edge because I could hear them knocking loudly on other doors and thought they were knocking on mine. the stay was very unpleasant. The only positive was the good location. Also, this wasn’t mentioned during booking, but the hotel requires a 150 euro deposit.

There's only one major drawback: the bathroom. It's so tiny that my knees hit the door when I sit down, so I had to leave the door ajar when using the toilet! I've never seen such a small bathroom before. Everything else was great, though. The location is excellent, the service was fantastic, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, I'm still very satisfied.

A small, pleasant hotel a few meters from the sea promenade. There are restaurants in the vicinity and 2 supermarkets opposite the hotel. Distance from the railway station 15 minutes on foot, from the tram from the airport 8 minutes on foot. The hotel rooms are smaller, which is standard in France. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful, on the last day we got breakfast at 6:00 a.m., despite the fact that it was officially only from 7:30 a.m. The hotel provides luggage storage for early arrival or late departure. We got a free upgrade to a superior room facing the courtyard. The room is new, clean, comfortable. The bathroom is also small but clean and well equipped. Cleaning and towel change was done every day and the cleaning was detailed. The breakfast was excellent (yogurts, cereals, ham, cheese, sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, cakes, fruit, fruit puree, jams,...), the weak link was the coffee. The drip coffee in a thermos was weak, the coffee from the machine (cappuccino, latte, cocoa) was made of powder. At the bar, they have an espresso machine, with such a small number of guests, the bartender would surely manage to make everyone a normal high-quality espresso, and the guests would appreciate it.

The location is very good. It is only 5 minutes away from the Caspian Sea. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. There are also some restaurants and cafes around. The single room is much larger than the room. The toilet is much brighter and more refined. It meets the needs of single living. The staff is available 24 hours a day. , But the wifi is not very good. Generally recommended

The hotel is right by the sea, a few hundred meters away from the Castle Hill Park. You can see the Cote d'Azur of Nice by going downstairs. The sanitation and environment are very good, with everything you need. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small. Overall, it is a very good experience!

There are no minefields in the room. The price-performance ratio is ok. I went there during the off-season. The front desk also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a sea view room at a discounted price.
