TTzuyao_HsuIt's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

GGuest UserSuper kind and welcoming people running the hotel. It is extremely close to the airport which is convenient if you’re arriving after a long trip but a bit far from main attractions and good restaurants. The rooms are cute and the garden area is nice and inviting. Easily would recommend this place for anyone wanting a smooth hotel experience in Nice.

HHan Wai YAPIt was good. Overall really nice place. Great location and cozy place. However. For some reason it doesn’t provide a plug for charging but only a USB. I mean who uses usb nowadays. I have to go to downstairs for charging my devices. Other than that it’s super good, the breakfasts was good

1. The bed! Very sturdy and with thick curtains. I often get woken up by the shaking in hostels I stay in other countries. The bed has a vanity mirror, storage space, hooks, and lighting, which are very practical.
2. The toilet and shower are individual stalls, and the cleanliness is excellent.
3. The decor is bright, clean, and cozy.
4. The location is convenient, perfect for city walks.
5. The only drawback is that the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room don't have curtains, so privacy is a bit lacking.

GGuest UserIt's a B&B, and the overall space is relatively large, but the facilities look old for a while, and the sound insulation is not good. You can hear the door opening and talking in the next room. The advantage is that it is in the city center and there are a lot of shops just outside, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserGreat location, 25 mins walk to the promenade. Room was great for what we needed as we didn’t spend too much time in there. Bathroom wasn’t very big but wasn’t a problem for us. Everyone was very friendly on reception and allowed us to check in a bit earlier. Also free wifi.
Only downfall was that the walls were not very sound proof, could hear alot of doors banging and stomping from upstairs - but this was only minor.
Great stay and just what we needed for 3 nights in Nice :)

Pleasant room - we had the quadruple which didn’t have a great view (just into the courtyard with bins etc.) Very nice bathroom and the housekeeping service was very thoughtful. Good value for money - Great restaurants and cafes around. We had a great stay thanks.

GGuest UserIt is an old hotel in the old city. The room is large, the furniture is old but the quality is good, and it is close to the old city train station. Two-star hotels do not provide slippers, drinking water and toiletries, even paper is not provided, and the service is slightly worse.

It has a small balcony.
The soundproofing is good; with the windows closed, you can't hear the traffic outside.
You can't hang clothes on the balcony.
The prices are also quite reasonable.
There's a Lidl supermarket just a 7-minute walk away.

GGuest UserThe room is quite big, the twin room is suitable for our family of three! The location is very good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, 41 euros a set meal is enough for 2 people to eat! Within 10 minutes walk to the beach, through zara/h&m/Lafayette, shopping is very convenient. The only downside is the power outage in the middle of the night...
