I arrived earlier than expected, but they kindly informed me that my room was ready and allowed me to check in early. This was a great help as it gave me more time to get ready for sightseeing. The room was a bit small for two people, and with our suitcases open, there wasn't much space to move around. However, for our short stay, it was perfectly fine, especially considering the overall cost, which offered good value for money.

The hotel is located near Place Masséna, a very lively area. There are many restaurants, cafes, and bookstores nearby. It's also close to the sea, perfect for walks and sightseeing. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt.
Unfortunately, the streets were extremely noisy on the second night, making it almost impossible to sleep from midnight until dawn. Of course, this is beyond the hotel's control.
Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Customer service is missing from the reception staff.
Very long check in and check out process.
The place is old and there is an unpleasant smell coming from the kitchen, you have to keep your balcony door open.
There isn't privacy if you want to relax in the balcony. Very open and nothing separate from the next door neighbour.
No free cleaning service and have to throw your own rubbish outside.
No hair dryer available. Bathroom is too small.
The location is good. Water dispenser available in the lobby.

We had a comfortable and hassle-free stay at easyHotel Nice Old Town, which offers clean, modern rooms in a fantastic central location near the beach and Old Town. It’s a great budget-friendly option if you’re looking for simple amenities, friendly service, and easy access to everything Nice has to offer.

Situated near the city center, this hotel is a bit small and not too accessible for the disabled, but it definitely has good staff with a very kind heart.
The room was a bit hot (A/C didn't really work), but everything else was alright. Not a bad choice for a night or two!

The location is decent, near the main road. It's about a 15-minute walk to the train station. The breakfast was quite good, and luggage storage was convenient. The heating worked very well, and the front desk staff were friendly.

Overall, a great hotel! The location is excellent – it's a 10-minute walk to the station or a 5-minute taxi ride, and there's a shopping street right downstairs. You can also walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The first night, we made a last-minute booking for a superior king room and a standard large room (212 and 411). There was a 100 RMB price difference, but I'm not sure why the 'better' room actually had a smaller bed. It was unclear which one was more expensive. The following three nights, we had pre-booked a superior triple room. We wanted to extend our stay in the existing rooms but were told it would cost an extra 600+ Euros, which seemed baffling since the two rooms combined cost 2600 RMB, less than one night in the 3000+ RMB superior triple. The front desk even suggested we switch to room 208, saying it was the best – a quad room – but that would have cost an additional 90+ Euros for three nights. We looked at it and thought it was just okay, so we didn't switch. When we checked in that afternoon, we were given room 106, which turned out to be quite good! It had a partition between the king bed and the sofa bed, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Glad we didn't switch! I won't post many photos as they look just like the official ones.

I stayed at this hotel just yesterday because I couldn't secure a two-night booking elsewhere due to the carnival. The lobby is quite beautiful, with stylish decor and a serene blue theme. The room is a bit small, but I appreciate its clean, minimalist design and good natural light. There's also a kettle, which is quite important for Asians in winter. If there had been a fridge, the full French meal I ordered last night wouldn't have gone to waste, needing to be packed up from the restaurant.

The hostel was clean and neat, and the room size was quite good.
However, my experience with the night female staff member was very disappointing. She was quite rude and clearly needs to improve her customer service skills. It also seemed like her English was limited, which made communication difficult.
She did not provide any basic information about the hostel. I had to ask everything myself—whether there was a kitchen, gym facilities, room directions, and even which floor my room was on. This was honestly very strange and not what you expect when checking in.
She also did not give any information about nearby attractions or places to visit.
On the positive side, the morning staff member was much more helpful and guided me about buses and trains, which I appreciated.
I would like to request hostel management to pay attention to staff training. Hostels and hotels are important tourist points, and guests spend their hard-earned money to have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Staff behavior and guidance play a big role in that.

Hygiene: rooms are kept in a comfortable and clean way, except there are some smell from the toilet, it may because they use sea water to flush the toilet
Location: walking distance to most of the major attractions (say 10-15 mins), 8 mins from station
Service: workers are eager to help, especially for storing the luggage
Facilities: earplugs are provided although the noise are acceptable, the traditional elevator is special, however, no provision of USB charging is a weakness

Great
CChitangtangderoudululuThe location of this hotel is super convenient. The room also has a mini kitchenette, which is great for us with Chinese stomachs. We can cook some porridge. I like it very much. The vacation is limited, so why not stay for 10 or 8 days and have a deep tour of Nice? The handsome waiter was very considerate and helped us move the suitcases. Everyone was very nice. This hotel was a surprise for the whole French trip. There was also a Christmas gift lottery, and I won the grand prize, a bottle of champagne... I hope to stay here again when I go to Nice again

Great
OONG JesslynThe tall slim male receptionist is amazingly friendly and he recommended and advice us not to deive to Cannes. He is absolutely right we did save a lot of time in traffic and the train ride is scenic and convenient. The restaurant he recommended is super reasonable and delicious. The room is aircon - good for us as we cannot survive without it. Room is small for 2 person and do not have space to open 2 luggages. We were given 405 which elevator lands on level 3 only. He helped us carried our luggages to the flight of stairs.. Parking is safe in their private garage and price reasonable for 28euros per night.
The lobby and outdoor sitting is so cosy and breezy at night. Recommended to stay.

GGuest UserVery friendly hotel, the bathroom even has a heated towel rack, the clothes are washed for seconds, the mother three, when checking in, I was carefully asked about the number of occupants, considering the child booked a two-person room, I want to get through the customs, nervous, or honestly said a big 2 small, also explained, Two children can be arranged in a small bed, but the front desk is very friendly and said that our purpose is to make you feel comfortable (comfort) impressed, help you add a bed, the focus is no price increase, really fragrant, one person 0.9 This night sleeps super nice, check in in the afternoon and eat small, really good, The temporary luggage hotel is also generous, gave us a storage room separately before check-in and even after check-out storage is ok, praise 👍 The hotel walked straight to the beach for five or six minutes, very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are also very convenient

GGuest UserGood location close to the Promenade and Jean Medecin. Good amenities and I had got to relax. I had a balcony in my room.
Room service food was not the best as it was precooked and was not heated evenly that the risotto was stuck together and looked like it was still frozen. It was not what I had expected.

GGuest UserThe location is convenient – about a 10-minute walk to Nice Riquier train station, and 20-25 minutes on foot to Place Masséna. Tram #1 runs nearby, and a bit further, from Place Garibaldi, you can catch tram #2 to the airport and tram #3. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with a Carrefour that we visited daily.
The room has almost everything you need for a stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine (we don't drink coffee, so didn't use it), refrigerator, and dishwasher (with a few tablets provided). There was also dish soap, but no sponge (we had to buy one ourselves). There was also no cutting board (we bought one too). All necessary utensils are available (though for knives, there's only a small one for vegetables and a bread knife; a larger, all-purpose knife would have been nice). For those who care, there were no cooking essentials like salt, sugar, or spices, which are usually present in apartments of this type.
As warned beforehand, there's no cleaning service during your stay (there's a vacuum cleaner in the closet). You have to take out the trash yourself, and towels are not changed (there's a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is very convenient; you can wash something and it dries quickly). The bathroom has liquid soap and shower gel, a bathtub, and a shower hose. An ironing board is available (I don't recall an iron as it wasn't needed). There's also a safe.
Our stay was quite satisfying, and we would book again.

GGuest Userbest location— near the nice biller train station, and you can walk to the Anglais promenade by walk as well as other famous spot like castle mountain.
Reception are good at English with great attitude.
The poor part is the room— too small, my mom fell down by the bed foot cuz it’s too invisible.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious, clean, bed comfortable, pillow choice, blanket in the sub-coat, heat, there is a battery, in the water knot hot excellent, a little to wait for that to merge.
There is no view from the window, but we didn't sit in the room. The neighbors didn't hear, breakfast didn't take.
The location is excellent.
There is a coffee machine, but for some reason the second day did not put the capsules. There is also a simple coffee in bags and tea.

カカッタマヤI should have checked in advance, but I was surprised that there was no hair dryer. There is a hot water kettle, but the cup is a paper cup and there is no tea or coffee in the room. It is said that there is breakfast service if you pay.
It is about 20 minutes walk from the center of sightseeing.
I think it was good because the price was cheap except that there was no dryer.
I think it's hard for a suitcase because there's no elevator.

GGuest UserThe room is quite big, the twin room is suitable for our family of three! The location is very good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, 41 euros a set meal is enough for 2 people to eat! Within 10 minutes walk to the beach, through zara/h&m/Lafayette, shopping is very convenient. The only downside is the power outage in the middle of the night...
