"1. **Location:** A 15-minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to the tram station, and 10 minutes to the train station. Carrefour supermarket is also within walking distance. 2. **Facilities:** There's a spacious shared kitchen for cooking, equipped with free seasonings, cookware, utensils, a fridge, microwave, and kettle. 3. **Room:** A seven-person female-only dorm with no privacy curtains, no hairdryer, and no shower gel. The shower and sink are inside the room, while the toilet is outside. 4. There's a common lounge and a small garden. The Wi-Fi signal is excellent everywhere. 5. **Environment:** Very good, clean, and I loved it. 6. Breakfast is included and quite varied, with yogurt! Also milk, fruit, cereal, bread, jam, coffee, ham, and cheese. 7. **Shower Issue:** The showerhead is fixed high up, not detachable, which made showering a bit awkward. Overall, I absolutely loved it! I would definitely stay here again if I return to Nice!"

"Nothing good is meter if I didn't get my deposit refund of 180 euro. I was asking to pay deposit by cash so I can get it back when chacking out , but they insist to pay deposit by card. When we were checking out everything was fine, reception lady told me that my money will refund tomorrow. After eight days no one respond to e mails and money has gone, without explanations."

"Visited in May '26 and had a great experience. I was a bit worried after reading older reviews, but it seems those might have been outdated. The hotel's hygiene is now very good, and the front desk staff were fine. It's a 10-minute walk from the airport and a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it convenient for travel to nearby cities. It was especially handy during the May Day bus strike! The only downside is that shopping isn't very convenient. The hotel also has a laundry room with Miele washers and dryers that looked quite clean, available for a fee."

"The location is convenient – about a 10-minute walk to Nice Riquier train station, and 20-25 minutes on foot to Place Masséna. Tram #1 runs nearby, and a bit further, from Place Garibaldi, you can catch tram #2 to the airport and tram #3. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with a Carrefour that we visited daily. The room has almost everything you need for a stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine (we don't drink coffee, so didn't use it), refrigerator, and dishwasher (with a few tablets provided). There was also dish soap, but no sponge (we had to buy one ourselves). There was also no cutting board (we bought one too). All necessary utensils are available (though for knives, there's only a small one for vegetables and a bread knife; a larger, all-purpose knife would have been nice). For those who care, there were no cooking essentials like salt, sugar, or spices, which are usually present in apartments of this type. As warned beforehand, there's no cleaning service during your stay (there's a vacuum cleaner in the closet). You have to take out the trash yourself, and towels are not changed (there's a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is very convenient; you can wash something and it dries quickly). The bathroom has liquid soap and shower gel, a bathtub, and a shower hose. An ironing board is available (I don't recall an iron as it wasn't needed). There's also a safe. Our stay was quite satisfying, and we would book again."

"The room is suitable for families and the layout is consistent with the pictures. It is closer to Nice Rizier Station and does not require walking to the main railway station. The location is good, and the old town and the port are within a 10-minute walk. Backed by the Castle Hill, you can overlook the Bay of Angels and the whole city of Nice when you go up the hill. The room service responds quickly and the front desk introduces it in detail. It is clean and tidy every day. I wanted to stay longer, but it was fully booked. I will come to Nice again and stay here."

"Fantastic location, very central to public transport (15min walk to Nice Ville station) and close to the beach/port. Breakfast is simple (cereal, yogurt, toast)and all you can eat, but for 9euro it is good value as surrounds are generally more expensive. There is no soap or shampoo in the showers, bring your own towel and locks as most hostels are. I did like first in first serve for the bedding. Bedding was basic, and comfortable. The social areas were great! Was nice to have access to a gym, fantastic addition to the place."

"The location is good. The kitchen is full equiped, but there is no teabags. AC was working. From the second side of bed there is no plug. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is no slippers. In the morning you can go for breakfast (not included) In the first floor can be noisy because of other guests."

"It was very convenient as it was quite close to the Nice Carnival venue. This was my seventh or eighth stay in Nice, so I chose an apartment for the first time. I loved it; it had a kitchen in addition to the amenities of a hotel. Almost all the cooking utensils were provided, and I ate breakfast in my room every morning. I bought ravioli in the old town and vegetables and meat at Monoprix and cooked them, which made me feel like I was living there. I even used a large pot as a vase to display the flowers I received at the carnival. It was a slightly different experience from my previous stays in Nice, and I had a wonderful time. I would love to visit again. Thank you very much."

"Nice – a perfect hotel, top-tier. Just stayed at the Radssion Blu in Nice and the Peninsula Hotel in Paris, completely different experiences. This hotel brought me peace and fulfillment. The staff were all very welcoming and polite. I'd give the hotel's scent an 11/10 – it smelled amazing! I even picked up the soap packaging after washing my hands to take a picture, hoping to see what each one smelled like. The toiletries were all sample sizes, convenient to take home, and the air was filled with a herbal fragrance while I slept. The hotel is clean, imbued with a sense of divinity and artistry, beautifully blending 17th-century elements with modern design. There's no TV, but three windows and a balcony are a wonderful feature. The only downside is that the hotel address doesn't match the taxi drop-off point. As a Ctrip Black Diamond member, I contacted customer service, who replied that the hotel told me to get off at the correct address. However, it was an 11-minute walk from my drop-off point to my destination (I had three suitcases). I still don't know if the hotel's response was incorrect or if the customer service representative made a mistake. For those who have booked, please be careful! The correct drop-off address is 2 Rue Centrale. Then call the hotel shuttle to pick you up. Don't book 1 Rue!!! I've been to Nice three times, and this is my first time staying at this hotel. But I think I'll definitely choose this hotel first when I come to Nice for the fourth time. It truly brings happiness."
