"Hotel was small, from the lobby to the room, will require to overcome 2 small flights of stairs (each abt 5 steps). If u have heavy luggage, just be aware. Other than that, the hotel location was convenient to old town... and lots of restaurants. My room was facing the main road, so expected some noise from the vehicles and also people walking along the footpath."

"They must have given me the worst room in the entire hotel. It was on the first floor, in a corner, with no balcony and not even a full-length window. It looked nothing like the pictures. There was a small window where I could barely see the sea, but it was mostly blocked by trees. I was extremely disappointed. I arrived at the hotel very early and spoke to the front desk, expressing my dislike for the room. They told me the hotel was full. At around 10 AM, they insisted that all guests had already checked in and they couldn't move me. When I returned in the evening, I tried again to ask the front desk if there were any available rooms to switch to. This time, I spoke to a male staff member. I explained my dissatisfaction, highlighting how far the room was from what I expected based on the room type I booked. He suggested I speak to their manager the next morning, implying I might get a refund or at least some compensation. I went back the next day, and it was the same woman who appeared to be of Indian descent. I didn't even bother trying to communicate my issues again. Upon checkout, I once more expressed my discomfort during the stay, but she remained expressionless. This indifferent attitude, which initially just made me annoyed, ultimately pushed me to write this negative review. If you're considering booking this hotel, I strongly recommend specifying your room preferences in advance, such as a high floor, avoiding end rooms, or corner rooms, etc. I always communicate my preferences when booking hotels. This time, I completely fell short, and my vacation mood was ruined by some of the staff. Chinese people should express their needs or dissatisfaction more often, so others don't think we're easily fooled."

"Had a nice short stay at this hotel. Location is great, close to the airport. Overall, very hygienic and sufficient amenities, and surprisingly I don't hear much of the plane noises. Friendly and helpful staff."

"Good location . Just beside Tram station ( L2 &L3). Very near to beach as well . Hotel service if good . Staffs are friendly . Room is small but with this rate it is totally acceptable. Breakfast is Horrable ( i am sorry but this is really far from normal standard) . Overall is ok , reccomended to stay but you can find your own breakfast."

"This hotel was honestly very frustrating. 1. The soundproofing is extremely poor. Every morning, you can hear the housekeeping staff knocking on nearby rooms to communicate or clean. I was woken up by the noise every single day. 2. Even if you hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign, the staff repeatedly ignore it and still knock on your door in the morning, invading your personal space. 3. On my first day, I forget to hang the sign. Yet the next morning they knocked persistently at 9, 10, and even 1 p.m I already opened the door the first time and clearly told them I didn’t need housekeeping, yet they kept coming back. 4. On the day of check-out, it was even worse. We had the sign up, and check-out time was 11 a.m., but they entered our room before we had checked out. What is this—some kind of unwanted morning call service? This seriously disturbed my rest and violated my privacy. Every morning I felt on edge because I could hear them knocking loudly on other doors and thought they were knocking on mine. the stay was very unpleasant. The only positive was the good location. Also, this wasn’t mentioned during booking, but the hotel requires a 150 euro deposit."
