Hotels in Nice French Riviera Airport, Nice

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!

Hotel location: The hotel is directly opposite the airport T1 and can be reached on foot. There are many hotels nearby, and the hotel prices are not much different. If you want to live near the airport, there are many choices. Room: For the room type, please note that some are not square, of course, it is also because of the appearance of this hotel. If you don’t like it, you can change the room. The room has a large wardrobe, which makes the room look smaller. It should be noted that the hotel does not provide drinking water and slippers. If you call the front desk, they will not be available. The rest of the service is still OK! The room is also relatively clean and tidy.

Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to Nice airport terminal 1, and within minutes walk to the tram line 2, which goes to the major attractions of the city. Breakfast is very good, room is ample size. Nice is not cheap, especially at peak or shoulder season, so in that regard this hotel is good value when we were there in late August.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel but there were a few issues at the start of my stay that I was not best pleased about. My sister and I arrived early and we knew check in wasn't till the afternoon so we arrived at the hotel to leave our luggage and were going to just explore for a few hours. The receptionist told us to come back at about 2pm - 3pm. When we arrive back around 2pm and asked if we could check in she told us no point blank. Now that is find because check in is at 3pm, but then stop telling people to come back at 2pm - 3pm. That would suggest that you are happy to check people in slightly earlier. It was just rude and annoying!. We waited in the reception area till 3.05pm and at the point the same receptionist told us to come to the front and check in with her colleague. We did so only to be told that our room was not ready yet!. Before the lady got up to ask us to check in, it would have been smart to check the room was ready first (they had a list of ready rooms that they were referring to). After that we waited an hour!!!! for our room to be ready and for us to finally check in. The front desk staff need to tighten up!

The overall design of the hotel is simple and interesting. Morandi's color scheme is very aesthetic. The rooms are indeed mini, but they have a sense of design and have many humanized touches. Because I had to leave at 5 o'clock on the last day to drive to Milan Airport, but the breakfast bar was already half-open, with coffee and croissants, which was very timely to save my life for the long drive. The location is excellent, next to the CAP3000 large shopping mall and the beach. There are restaurants along the CAP3000 beach. Because we didn't do any research in advance, we wandered to Nice Old Town in the middle of the night and had a very unpleasant dinner. In fact, it was completely You can walk from the hotel to a coastal restaurant with a cap of 3,000 and enjoy a leisurely meal with a sea view. You will regret it. Next to cap3000 is the terminal of bus No. 12, which can take you to any major attractions in Nice. However, please note that the interval between buses is slightly longer on weekends and evenings, about half an hour.

getting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 5-minute walk to the tram station where you can take the L2/3 to the city center. The cleanliness is good, with daily cleaning service. It's great that the toilet and shower are separate. There's a curtain in the room that separates the bed from the washroom area. There's plenty of space under the bed for luggage, so it's perfectly fine for two people. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; I asked for an extra blanket when it got cold at night. The only downside is that the blanket had a bit of an odor. The room doesn't provide bottled water, but there's a water dispenser on the 3rd-floor reception where you can refill your bottle. Overall, for this price point, I don't expect much more.

Excellent value for money during the off-season. 1. Superb location!! Airport transport and tram: Take the L1 from the airport one stop to Grand Arenas, which is free, then it's a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Alternatively, you can walk directly from the airport in just 10 minutes. TER: With the Nice 3-day pass, Saint Augustin station is right across the street. If you're heading towards Menton, you can board one stop before the busy Nice train station, and there's no need to wait. BUS: If you're exploring the Nice coastline and don't want to walk too far to catch the tram, bus route 12+ (and others) are available near the coast, providing direct access to T1, also within a 5-minute walk. 2. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. Very quiet, no airplane noise.
