SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

I can do my offical work there. The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. HHelga 2801I really liked the hotel. It's conveniently located on the third street parallel to the embankment. There are no eateries or cafes on the street where the hotel is located, so there's no rabble; everyone is very polite. The room is wonderful, cleaned daily, and the towels are changed too. The bathroom fixtures are vintage blue. I had a room with a separate toilet and bath. The room was warm, with a view of the garden, and the hotel has an elevator. I really liked the hotel; it's close to the train station and the center of Nice, and there's a street with restaurants nearby. There's a wonderful pastry shop, Armond, on the corner, where they have delicious coffee and a sea of desserts. Nice itself is charming ❤️

GGuest UserFantastic hotel with great location. Rooms were lovely with a terrace. Lovely touch at night with a turndown service. Chocolate and gold eye masks. Spa and rooftop pool were great especially after a long day sightseeing. Rooms cleaned to perfection and all fresh towels and bedding. Staff were fantastic especially Samantha who checked us in. She was friendly and gave plenty of recommendations for eating and heading out on day trips. She also brought balloons and welcome champagne as it was a special trip with a lovely card from the hotel staff. She was amazing and is a credit to the hotel. Location 7mins to the beach and 7mins to the train station. Perfect for exploring the coast. Will be returning to the hotel in the near future. Thank you for a special stay.

GGuest UserThe environment and location are both excellent! It's very close to the train station, and attractions are easily accessible. The room is spacious, and the L'Occitane toiletries were a nice touch. A little incident: around 4 PM, while resting in the room with my child after a long day of sightseeing, someone actually opened our door, even though the room had already been cleaned earlier that day. Overall, it was still a decent stay.

MMargaritaThe hotel has got a prefect location in the Nice centre and offers some unique facility - roof swimming pool and seats for the tan. We had just a one serious problem in the bathroom - water have spread out from the douche pipe apart the main spray so we can not use it. We waited for 3 days since our claim while they fix it. Pity.

ZZhaoyikuThe location is about 1.5 kilometers from the beach. There is a road under construction in front of the door, which is a bit messy. There is a supermarket not far away. Parking is in a parking building across the road. You need to go to the front desk to get a barcode before driving over. You have to scan the barcode twice to enter and exit the parking building, which is a test of thinking and action ability. To put it bluntly, it is a bit confusing. The hotel facilities are not bad, but it is a bit old. I don’t know if it’s the water pipes or some equipment that occasionally starts at night, it’s a bit noisy. It’s just like that if you pass by and stay for one night.

GGuest UserI've never encountered such terrible service before. I can't believe a hotel that profits from Chinese tourists would treat them so poorly. 1. I booked a deluxe sea view room, but was given a ground floor room with no sea view at all. When I asked the front desk to change rooms, I was told there were no other sea view rooms available, but I could switch to a city view room on a higher floor. 2. Upon entering the new room, I immediately discovered an unidentifiable object in the bathroom. 3. The seal on the paid snacks was already broken. 4. It took 5 calls to the front desk before anyone answered. I asked for an extra duvet and was told the hotel didn't have any spare ones, and they would check and get back to me. As expected, I never received a call back. 5. All the staff treated Caucasians exceptionally well, while being very dismissive towards Asian guests.
