Nice Hotels with Gym

We had a truly wonderful stay at Maison Albar Hotels Le Victoria. Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨

Breakfast was abundant. 3️⃣ Parking: There's a parking garage right next door, very safe, and they offer a bundled discount for 3 days.

The hotel is literally 5 mins walk from the Nice airport Terminal 1, and there's free train outside of the hotel to take me back and forth to the terminal. That's super convenient for getting ready to fly. The room are big and new, the staff are friendly, and the gym is small but have most that I need, plus a sauna that I can use anytime after workout. It's a perfect layover stop.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation that makes getting around a breeze. The breakfast quality is decent, and the dining environment on the sixth floor of the hotel is quite pleasant. Checking in around 10 AM didn't go smoothly; they gave us a substandard room in the afternoon at 3 PM. After repeated negotiations, we paid extra to upgrade. There were quite a few Chinese guests staying there, but the hotel didn't have any Chinese-speaking staff. This is in contrast to international hotels in China, where most front desk staff can provide English service. I suggest that Trip.com encourages them to improve their service. We are paying customers and deserve appropriate service.

This hotel is located near the airport, so you might hear a bit of noise, but the soundproofing in the rooms is pretty decent. Right across the street, there's a bus stop that can get you to Nice Old Town in about half an hour, which is quite convenient. The check-in process at the front desk was incredibly slow; I'm not sure if it was a system issue, but I often saw a long queue of people waiting. The room itself was equipped with new and complete facilities, making for a comfortable stay. There's a rooftop pool and bar with a rather chic vibe, but the hotel rooms offer almost no sea view. If you're looking for a sea view, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I've stayed at OKKO in Nice St. Augustin six or seven times now. I've recommended it to many others who attend the Cannes film and television markets throughout the year, and I've brought friends in from Australia. It's convenient to the airport - specially given the long flights we have to endure! - and an easy walk to the train station and the Arenas light rail service. The st aff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are alwyas clean. The dinner choice (which I haven't yet had) seemed to be so much better on this occasion as previously the evening meal options were very limited. I'd happily stay at this hotel again.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the airport. It's also only a 10-minute walk from Augustin train station, and there's no issue with airplane noise from takeoffs or landings. The front desk offers amenities like iced lemon water. My only complaint is that I arrived around 1:30 PM, and check-in should have been available by 2:00 PM at the latest, but I wasn't able to check in until 3:00 PM, and only after I pressed them. The front desk explained that all rooms were full, but is that really my problem? By that logic, shouldn't I be able to check out an hour late? I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The room has a refrigerator but no microwave, and this Novotel isn't as large as the one in Marseille.

Such great value for money! The old town is within very reasonable walking distance, and Nice is just beautiful! I'd definitely stay here again if I come back. Plus, there's a supermarket and McDonald's right across the street, which is super convenient!

The room I received didn't match the photos. I booked the 'Sea View Executive Room' based on the pictures, but the room they gave me was more aligned with a room type that's 700-800 CNY cheaper. While it was on a higher floor, it wasn't what was advertised. I tried to resolve this with the front desk, but they couldn't switch me to the room type shown in the pictures. They ended up giving me a 50 Euro credit on my bill. Overall, the front desk service was mediocre, and their problem-solving skills were lacking. I suggest the official website update their room type photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive to avoid similar misunderstandings. The sea view room faced a busy highway, so it was quite noisy. The hotel's private beach was also closed off with caution tape. Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety and didn't taste good. Would not recommend.

Modern apartment studio, air conditioning didn’t work , hotel staff tried to help but problem was not solved , and they did not offered to change the room. Luckily I stayed coupe of nights and I slept with wide open window to get the air. Location is good near the airport and couple stops by tram to the public beach and carrefour food store. Service was bad and unprofessional . Some tried to be friendly but one of them the older man was kind of scammer, don’t trust him he is unprofessional. Hotel need invest in customer service and better trained staff. I am wondering if I get my 150€ insurance deposit back as that older guy couldn’t print or give me some evidence. Saying it’s impossible to print anything, he was extremely slow and bad with the computer. There was family  with small infant who struggled they were charged twice and demanded ther refund, the clerk refused and was unprofessional. The only plus in this hotel is roof top pool with beutiful view and modern room except that air condition is not working. So don’t come in summer or even autumn. Wait till winter so you can sleep with open windows. The room cards had many times problems they were not working properly  at the elevator car, I had to go change many times. Good luck guys!
