"The location is very good. It is only 5 minutes away from the Caspian Sea. You can watch the sunrise and sunset. There are also some restaurants and cafes around. The single room is much larger than the room. The toilet is much brighter and more refined. It meets the needs of single living. The staff is available 24 hours a day. , But the wifi is not very good. Generally recommended"

"Overall, the hotel is decent, but for this price range, there are many options in Nice with cleaner and better-maintained rooms. We stayed for 2 nights, which was acceptable, but for a longer stay we would have appreciated more comfort. Pros: Excellent quality pillows and mattresses. Clean bed linen — many thanks to the staff for this! Cons: I hope the hotel management reads this. Room 101: The shower partition needs to be replaced — it is no longer watertight and leaks through the sliding doors as they don’t close properly. The showerhead should be moved to the wall on the right to make it easier to take a comfortable shower. There were cobwebs on the ceiling and the curtains were dirty — cleaning standards need to be more strictly enforced. The desk lamp on the left cannot be turned on independently from the main room light, which is inconvenient when you want to work in the evening with softer lighting. The location is good, but it’s noisy both outside and in the corridor. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming — we truly appreciated that!"

SSurajnThe location is near the Nice airport, which is very convenient. The tram and bus stops are right outside the hotel, so you have easy access to the airport, and to the city centers of Nice, Cannes and other locations. The hotel, overall, was clear. They did a good job with the rooms, which were fairly spacious, only there was a bit of confusion about which glass bottles were clean or dirty outside, near the water machine, which is the only way you can get drinking water for the room. The clean bottles were supposed to be on top of the machine outside, near the elevator, but I was unsure if those bottles were actually clean. The service was very good, the team at the front desk was very helpful. There was a small scare when we first arrived, as the hotel said that they did not have our booking in their system (which I had fully paid for in advice, on Trip.com). They made a few phone calls, and we managed to get the 2 rooms that we booked for the five of us (2 adults, 3 children). I should point out that they said I was lucky that they had their last 2 rooms available, which they keep for such emergencies. I did not pay for breakfast, but we did eat the breakfast there twice, and if one adult buys the breakfast (19 euros), then the children are free. That worked well for us, and the children enjoyed the breakfast, as did the adults. There is a swimming pool, which is a small to medium size, and although we didn't use it, saw that many others were enjoying the pool. The gym was a decent size, but there were no free weights, which I like to use, so I did not use the gym. The restaurant connected to the hotel is only open Monday to Friday, and the menu is limited. There is not a great selection of restaurants nearby, but you can order in from others further away, though you will find that they make mistakes. Overall, a good choice for a reasonable hotel near the airport with good access to the cities around.

GGuest UserGreat hotel and location but not necessarily a 5 star service for reasons as follows: 1. It took 6 hours for our luggage to be taken to our room (it was only 2 rucksacks) which we would have happily carried up to our room ourselves but they insisted on check-in for us to leave for them to do. 2. The rudest restaurant hostess Valentine we have ever met in our many years of travelling and dining - when my husband asked to book a table for dinner, she failed to look up from her notepad and barked loudly and aggressively the words ‘WHAT?’ at him. 3. Restaurant clearly understaffed in the evening and being carried by a few superb waiting staff, namely Ken, whilst others swan around busy with little impact. Food was great and timely (once you could order it). 4. Tried to order a bottle of wine with dinner - Two of the four white wines on the menu were out of stock. Clearly some teething issues with this new hotel, understaffed and poor communication and training. A few excellent staff too. But seemed to lack any meaningful or visible leadership in key client facing areas, which the brigade seemed to need.

AAnonymous UserThe scenery is great, but the facilities are pretty standard. The cleanliness is勉强 acceptable. The room door needs to be closed twice to shut completely, and you have to stand in the bathtub to shower. No slippers are provided in the room. The soundproofing isn't great, and it's right above a busy street. On the upside, there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Kkj3228After exiting the train station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to get there, and the location is very convenient. The staff are very friendly. I stayed for three nights and slept well, but I wasn’t very used to the three-tier bunk beds. Since I was on the top bunk, any movement below would cause it to shake.

NNoelle CCI recently had the opportunity to stay at a Best Western hotel for the first time, and I must admit, my expectations weren't very high at the outset, given it's a 3-star establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed by the level of customer service provided during my stay. From the moment I checked in on a rainy day in Nice, the hotel's thoughtful amenities like umbrellas for in-house guests and the warm availability of coffee and tea made a significant difference. These small gestures of hospitality were not only practical but also deeply appreciated. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service from the reception staff. They were consistently helpful and maintained a cheerful demeanor, which greatly enhanced the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Although the room is a bit small, and there might be a bit noise as it is next to the train station, but the the room has all essential facilities and it is definitely big enough for two people! I had a really good stay here.
