Great service and an excellent location, right by the subway exit. The room itself was quite spacious. The only downside was the limited hot water for showers; we had to wait about twenty minutes between each shower, and it was only enough for one or two people at a time.

The service was excellent! I absolutely love this hotel; it's so convenient for getting everywhere. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

The room overall was pretty good, and it's just dozens of meters from the subway exit. There are plenty of places to eat downstairs. **Pros**: Convenient for getting around, good room hygiene, excellent air conditioning that cools down quickly. The butler service was attentive and responsive. The elevators are fast. **Cons**: The hot water was poor; it turned lukewarm after just a short while of showering (even though I used the small shower head as instructed). I don't understand why the shampoo and shower gel were placed on the vanity – is it that hard to install a corner shelf in the shower area? The vanity is about 1.9 meters diagonally from the shower area. Taking a shower, especially with the poor hot water, in winter is unimaginable – you'd catch a cold! Don't let guests risk an accident trying to reach for toiletries while showering. I hope this can be improved. This is a genuine review, no malice intended.
