"My first hotel review was given to this hotel. My friend and I booked two double rooms. There were more than 10 flying insects in the bathroom. The sister at the front desk was very nice and said to change it. Then when I walked in, I found two dead mosquitoes on the bed. Although she explained I was thirsty and wanted to drink water after turning on the mosquito killer lamp. I found this water. However, the shelf life of the old antique is 18 months in 2022, so it is considered expired. The decoration is indeed very elegant and elegant. However, compared to the external design, the basic hygienic conditions were so worrisome that my overall experience was so bad that I could only wear long pants and large T-sleeves to stay up all night. This morning the electronic lock also couldn't be opened, saying it was out of power. It took a long time to open it outside. Staff is very friendly and they paid taxi fare from airport to hotel because i arrived after at 3am, and their shuttle bus from airport stop working between 2:00am and 4:00 am Recommended if you have an early flight from Hangzhou XiaoShan AirPort."

"The hotel is very beautiful and equipped it with all amenities needed. Oliver, the concierge, was very helpful and suggesting us with a lot of useful information with warmth and sincerity. One shortcoming was the housekeeping service that the third night during our stay, we went back to the room around 8 PM and our two rooms were not cleaned. I wonder about that because I believed that I did not turn on Do Not Disturb button. After a long day of traveling, we've got to wait for the housekeeping to clean the room for another hour to use the rooms. However, the overall experience was good and we wish to go back again next time."
