Very convenient hotel, right next to west lake and the wulin night market! Easy to find food options and enjoy the night life! Tends to be v crowded near to the hubin area though! But overall helpful staff and nice hotel!

great location right next to night market and modern shopping mall. Good gym but needs to ask reception to open it. Nice big rooms but the hotel needs a renovation a little bit old now

Service Staff at the Counter and Restaurant are friendly. Amazing doorman as well! We really appreciate them.
Location is wonderful.
Unfortunately, housekeeping is sad.
Nevertheless, they have a crew of wonderful service staff and security team. Especially, Mr Wu.

Located quite near to West Lake. The hotel is very aged. Needs some refurbishment, but ok for the price paid.

Room was nice, prime location to the lake and shopping district. Lots of options for breakfast both American and Chinese cuisine. Would stay again

Excellent location! Minutes away from the West Lake and buses in front of the hotel can take you anywhere along the lake.
The exterior of the hotel looks five stars, but the interior is dated and some features are falling apart. I stayed in a single room. It was small and dingy; there were only two lights that pointed directly towards the bed, but no lights in the rest of the room. And no fridge in the room. The hotel has passed its glory day.

Place was excellent. Half block from the lake and everything worth seeing. Stores and restaruants near by. Staff had a taxi waiting for me when it was time to leave. I enjoyed it very much and when I go back to Hangzhou, its the only place I am going to stay.
