Merchant Marco is full of historical elements. Top-notch service with attentive care to minute details for the guests. Love the breakfast spread. Would definitely stay here again. The roof level gives excellent view of West Lake.

They upgraded my room automatically to a Premier Rm...huge with all the amenities we needed. It was as the name suggest a hotel based on the Italian explorer Marco Polo. The decor are all based on that from that theme.
It has the Japanese type of electronic toilet seat with all the features!
A downside is that the coffee in the room could have been of better quality since it is based on the Italian Explorer theme 😀
There were noisy guests at night, sigh. Not a problem of the hotel.
Near to major attractions especially Westlake.

Good location for waterfront. Kind and helpful staff able to help English speakers. No english tv channel is only reason for not giving 5 for amenities. Happy to recommend

We stayed 6 nights (budget twin room) in total and were absolutely amazed by the value and and quality this hotel provides. From the moment we entered the pleasant smelling lobby, to facilties like the laundry.
The When the Internet router failed in our room one evening we received and upgrade immediately. Housekeeping even offered to help up move. The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed many sights and foods in beautiful Hangzhou! Thank you, well done 👍

Nice view from the window of our 11F hotel room. Could see sunset as well.
Front desk staff recommended the restaurant right next to the hotel, and we had the best meal in our entire 10-day trip. In fact we went to the restaurant twice (dinner followed by lunch the next day). We regretted not having dinner there again.
Convenient location.
Definitely will stay at this hotel if we visit Hangzhou again.

黃金地段，不錯，周圍各種綜合體，遊客聚集地，靠近西湖500米上下吧。
這是親子酒店，1樓還有小童娛樂區，從設施規模來講是三四星標準，就差游泳池不然就到四星標準了。
運氣超好，訂到了最後一間，暑假生意爆了訂滿了，基礎房賣光了直接幫升了好幾級到親子套房～ 謝謝啦
設施：
1. 健身房算小，基礎設備沒問題。可惜沒有游泳池
2. 屋頂可以眺望到西湖和山景，景色不錯，就是太晚會鎖門哦。
3. 房間沒冰箱
4. 自動坐便器，不過洗手間下水道會反味… 希望修修
5. 睡眠淺的最好戴耳塞哦

有點老舊了，不過房間整體還是不錯，四五星感。
