Nice staff good booking gym fitness facilities r really complete with complex machine slots

Hotel exterior is totally different from the picture. This is an extension from Avana Bangkok Hotel & Convention. It is not value for your money as hotel itselft quite far from the city center and main road. Compact room with nice design with a broken shower stand and cleanliness is the most concerns as I found a long lady hair on my bed and on the floor. Water pressure is weak no matter shower, toilet bowl or bathroom sink. Check in time is 2 pm then you have queue up for checking in. Reception is not willing to service especially a guy at the front desk. My conclusion is it is not worth for your money

The service staff is polite and enthusiastic. The rooms are clean and tidy. The beds are big and clean. And I slept very well. It's convenient to be near food and very close to the exhibition hall. It is the first choice for traveling.

Had a deluxe room myself. Just like the hotel, the rooms really need maintenance. The built-in old air conditioners do not work sufficiently. The breakfast was also severely substandard. Not recommended. Quite a nice view
