Elong Hotel Hangzhou WestLake

Visited Hangzhou with friends and family during the National Day holiday and stayed at the Elong Hotel. Great facilities, very clean, and excellent service. It's located right next to the subway station, which makes getting around super convenient. My friends also raved about this place!

The location is super convenient, with a subway station right at the entrance! It's not far from West Lake whether you go by subway or bike! The room is also clean and tidy; though small, it has everything you need! Great!

Had a great stay here. The hotel interior is thoughtfully designed, and the room layout is practical, with a separate toilet and shower. The towels are sterilized and well-kept. High floors offer good views. The breakfast buffet was also excellent – spacious, not crowded, with a wide variety of fresh vegetables, grains, hot dishes, and two types of coffee (espresso and Americano).

The hotel is very close to the subway station, so we took the subway everywhere. There's also a Wang's Shaobing nearby, where we had breakfast every day. We stayed in a family room this time and they even provided complimentary fruit. Overall, it was a good experience!

There are no flaws, nothing to pick apart; everything you could want is there, and even things you didn't think of, they've prepared for you. Large windows are great, and there are side windows that open for ventilation, so it never feels stuffy. Electric curtains. I was confused when I couldn't find the towels – turns out they were in the sterilization cabinet below! The toilet seat is heated, and it flushes automatically when you stand up. Next to the toilet, there's even a special bidet attachment for washing your backside! I used it, and it's incredibly good, far more practical than the integrated bidet in some toilet seats, and completely hygienic. The hotel's design team is brilliant, so thoughtful, and meticulous. This level of consideration and detail absolutely surpasses countless high-end five-star hotels. This is a mid-range boutique hotel, very new, neat, and clean. The room layout is reasonable, the air conditioning is powerful, and the bedding, pillows, and duvet are on par with five-star hotels. The water pressure in the bathroom is strong and abundant. There's a high-definition large TV, something that older five-star hotels I've stayed at, like the Xihu State Guesthouse, Xizi Wangzhuang, Dahua Hotel, and the Shangri-La Hotel (where I just came from), completely lack. I used the screen mirroring feature on the TV, but it was cumbersome and not user-friendly at all. The breakfast is incredibly rich and definitely deserves praise! They're not just going through the motions; they genuinely care about running a good hotel and ensuring guests enjoy their meal and are satisfied. It's surprising how extensive the buffet breakfast is for a mid-range hotel (especially coming from the Shangri-La Hotel by West Lake). There were so many guests at breakfast, which shows the hotel's occupancy rate and popularity. The restaurant on the 25th floor is spacious and bright, making for a very pleasant dining experience. Four elevators, they really spared no expense! You need to swipe your card to go up, and the elevators won't move for unauthorized people without a card! Delivery drivers don't come upstairs; robots deliver orders to your room. Elong Hotel on Jianguo North Road is definitely a top-notch mid-range boutique hotel in Hangzhou. I've booked Elong hotels for relatives for two consecutive years, and this time I experienced it myself for two nights.

Very close to the subway station, so it's convenient to go anywhere. The room looks very new, and the facilities are good and also new. There's no noise. Thanks to Qiuqiu for the free upgrade to an executive room.
