This was a really great stay. The hotel itself was super clean and nice, but really the owners made the trip worthwhile. They were incredibly generous and helpful, both with helping us figure out how to go hiking, how to find food, where to go. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy and fresh, and they were very friendly and polite and helpful. I was very happy to find this place.

I really hope that the boss lady’s business will be prosperous, but I am worried that everyone will find out and break the tranquility here. I believe that the boss lady will balance it well. After staying for two nights, I could sleep until I woke up naturally. The mattress is very comfortable and you can sleep peacefully when you lie down

The overall service is very good, the buffet breakfast is rich and delicious, clean and tidy, complete facilities, convenient parking, and good environment. After a hard day, I rested well at night.

I came to Hangzhou for a trip alone. When I first entered the courtyard, I felt like I had been there before, as if I had been there in a dream. When I arrived at the store, I saw a very gentle and elegant lady boss. She knew that I had menstrual cramps, so she made me black tea in the middle of the night to relieve the cramps. She also accompanied me to drink tea and chat. I was really touched. The living environment was very clean, refined and artistic. There were two cute little dogs in the courtyard. Many interesting stories happened during the four days of my stay. It was really healing. I was too tired from work, so I wanted to go on a spontaneous trip. This place really makes people relax their hearts. The breakfast is also delicious. Every day when I go downstairs, the aunt will enthusiastically serve me breakfast. I feel like a family member in another city. I thought it would be lonely to travel alone, but Green Sleeves gave me a feeling of home. A five-star praise! ! Green Sleeves is worth it. The last picture is attached. The handsome guy at the front desk took a photo of me in the small courtyard of Green Sleeves. I got some photos for free. Hahahaha, I hope to see you next time. Now Green Sleeves is my second home in Hangzhou. Hehe

Like other comments ~ The woman at the front desk is indeed the cashier~ Other hotels in Hangzhou take the initiative to give away mineral water on hot days. If you ask for a bottle here, they charge 3 yuan~ It's great~ No wonder there are so few people There was a boy who provided good service and gave the children breakfast~ The best thing is that it is super close to the subway~

It was my first time staying in a homestay in Hangzhou, and it really refreshed my perception. Sitting in this small tea garden and drinking tea, the scenery was stunning. The tea was given to me for free by the owner. The rock tea was made using the oolong tea technique, and I also learned a lot about tea. It was great!

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

The first room we checked in was a bit run down with several cracks on the marble top of the sink. Another room was only available several hours later. The front desk staff, in particular Lulu, was quite helpful and attentive. The deputy manager Mr. Yi Zheng was friendly and resourceful, and recommended Four Seasons Hotels in other localities for us for our future trips: a truly Four Seasons Ambassador!

Go for this B&B, you will definitely not be disappointed in your trip to Hangzhou. The service is first-class, and they will help you carry your luggage up the stairs. The scenery in the room is super beautiful, and I really didn't want to leave when I left. I will stay in this B&B again if I have the chance to come to Hangzhou next time.

The price is cheap, close to the airport, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the sanitary environment is very good, and the service is also very good. Suddenly I feel that I have been ripped off before. It is a good and economical hotel. I hope the Wyndham in the next city will be as good.
