Grab the tail of summer for a relaxing trip, because with a 6-month-old baby, after comparing many homestays, I chose Xianyuan. The homestay is a remodeled ancient house. It is convenient to visit the scenic spots on the edge of the ancient town. It is close to a field road. The door is a green rice field. There are not many rooms in the homestay, and the space and details are full of design. The tatami room is not necessary to worry about the baby falling out of the bed. The room is spacious and clean, equipped with central air conditioning, floor heating, smart toilet, purifier, etc. The housekeeper was very careful, opened the room air-conditioning early, waited in the parking lot early to welcome the road, carry the luggage, and helped to hug the baby to tease the baby.

The room was clean, the parking was convenient, and the service attitude was not good. The hotel environment is elegant. Originally booked another temporary change to this one, it did not disappoint, very convenient. Accommodation, dining, foot massage, KTV all have. Worth staying again.

This was a really great stay. The hotel itself was super clean and nice, but really the owners made the trip worthwhile. They were incredibly generous and helpful, both with helping us figure out how to go hiking, how to find food, where to go. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy and fresh, and they were very friendly and polite and helpful. I was very happy to find this place.

I came to Hangzhou for a trip alone. When I first entered the courtyard, I felt like I had been there before, as if I had been there in a dream. When I arrived at the store, I saw a very gentle and elegant lady boss. She knew that I had menstrual cramps, so she made me black tea in the middle of the night to relieve the cramps. She also accompanied me to drink tea and chat. I was really touched. The living environment was very clean, refined and artistic. There were two cute little dogs in the courtyard. Many interesting stories happened during the four days of my stay. It was really healing. I was too tired from work, so I wanted to go on a spontaneous trip. This place really makes people relax their hearts. The breakfast is also delicious. Every day when I go downstairs, the aunt will enthusiastically serve me breakfast. I feel like a family member in another city. I thought it would be lonely to travel alone, but Green Sleeves gave me a feeling of home. A five-star praise! ! Green Sleeves is worth it. The last picture is attached. The handsome guy at the front desk took a photo of me in the small courtyard of Green Sleeves. I got some photos for free. Hahahaha, I hope to see you next time. Now Green Sleeves is my second home in Hangzhou. Hehe

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

The environment is beautiful, the garden is beautiful, the private West Lake cruise is very quiet and comfortable, you can also feed ducks and watch wild birds, the children like it very much. There are a few things that are not perfect: 1. The white appliances such as the TV are too old, and the master was called to restart and repair; 2. The children's indoor playground is too small, and can only accommodate three or four children at most. 3. The cruise needs to be booked one day in advance, but the housekeeper did not remind me when I checked in. I complained and arranged the boat for me. As a luxury hotel, the housekeeper's negligence should be taken seriously, because the guests do not need you to spend time introducing my room, I can see it with my own eyes; but the guests need you to introduce and remind the various activities of the hotel and whether they need to be booked in advance.

It was my first time staying in a homestay in Hangzhou, and it really refreshed my perception. Sitting in this small tea garden and drinking tea, the scenery was stunning. The tea was given to me for free by the owner. The rock tea was made using the oolong tea technique, and I also learned a lot about tea. It was great!

The service provided by the hotel front desk is warm & friendly with an excellent checkin experience and a great environment. It is worth recommending. We checked very late night. Especially Front Desk Executive Ms.Song attended well at late night and our checkin was very easy.

When I came to Hangzhou for the first time, I accidentally saw this famous hotel. I was attracted by the scenery outside the window and made a decisive decision. Stayed for three nights and was very satisfied with the overall service and environment. Arrange a late night snack every night (white fungus soup, mung bean soup, etc.) Breakfast can be delivered to the room The room facilities are very complete and equipped with an iron, which is very considerate. There is a tea mountain outside the window, so you can feel the breath of nature when you wake up in the morning. The young lady also helped carry the luggage when we left. She was really considerate and thoughtful. I will come again next time if I have a chance! set up

Perfect stay! Great hotel for driving, good location, parking! 20 minutes walk to the West Lake Broken Bridge near the snow! The name feels a bit weak, and it is not well promoted. It is in a state that people don't know! Before looking at Tujia to see Trip.com, I looked at the praise rating, and the high scores I chose were not good! The strange thing is that this lotus hotel is only a little more than 3 points. It is really wronged. The whole hotel is low-key luxury. The materials are exquisite and exquisite. I like it very much. I think the price of my conscience is the first choice for this hotel in Hangzhou in the future.
