This stay made me very amazing. It is located in a small courtyard in a quiet country. The wooden courtyard door has a simple feeling. The stone steps have been extended to the main house. We booked 2 rooms in total. The courtyard is very clean, comfortably decorated, and very quiet. It has a separate kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room. There is a rooftop on the top floor. The children had a lot of fun playing there and were reluctant to leave. The owner of the courtyard was very nice and provided very thoughtful service. We arrived at almost 9 o'clock that night and waited at the door. We reserved a parking space, which made us feel very cordial and comfortable. The room is nice, with an independent hot spring pool outside, where you can ♨️ take a bath. You can buy an independent sanitary bag from the hotel for 40 yuan. The breakfast is also good. There are many people who send their children to participate in various competitions and exams. There are many primary school students every time I stay twice. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the toys that the child brought after breakfast were lost in the breakfast place. I called to ask if I could mail it. The breakfast staff answered without hesitation that it was not possible. Fortunately, I found the front desk later and helped me mail it. Later, we went back to pick it up ourselves. I hope the hotel will train the staff other than the front desk. The service attitude and awareness need to be improved.

Every time I go to Gubei Water Town, I basically stay at the Zhenshui Inn. This year, the restaurant is open here, which is very convenient for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We got the standard queen size room however it’s comes with a window but facing to next building, hence there’s no sunlight coming in, picture are a bit misleading but overall is great. Location is not that convenient, everything is like 20mins ride away, but I must say the room and the services is great. Have a nice stay with them.

TTinaMI was only here for 3 nights, but had an extremely comfortable stay. The rooms are large and very well equipped - there is a fridge, microwave, kettle and a really good washer/dryer, which was such a blessing for me after a month of traveling. This is essentially a serviced apartment, but they also have a lovely lounge/kitchen in the basement, with a coffee machine that I may have used a little too much 🤣 It was good coffee and I was really glad for it at the start of a busy day. Their housekeeping staff is lovely as well, as is their security/doorman with the kindest smile. The reception staff went above and beyond to help me with my many queries. I had some delayed deliveries arrive at the hotel after I checked out, unfortunately, and although I'm sure my many requests may have been rather irritating as my friend in Beijing attempted to reroute/collect the late deliveries from the hotel, never once did the hotel staff convey a hint of frustration to me. They were so kind and gracious throughout, and I am genuinely grateful for that.
The hotel's location is an absolute chef's kiss 🤌 There are 2 major subway stations at equal distance from the hotel, and you can pick the station based on which line you need. The hotel is located by the hutongs west of Dongsi, right at the end of the LongfuSi complex, which is essentially a long line of fantastic pubs, cafes, restaurants, and also functions as a community/park of sorts, so you will see lots of families and people walking their dogs in the evenings - I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but it's a very uniquely ”Beijing” experience, not one you would experience out on the busy main roads. One of my favourite things was just walking back from the subway station and getting to immerse myself in this environment before arriving at Base. Also, I read some reviews saying it is inaccessible for taxis - this is not true, as there is a wide enough road for cars; your DiDi driver just won't be able to wait for you as there is no parking on the main street, so you'll need to be waiting for them outside. It was very convenient for my driver to pick me up when I checked out.
Thank you to the courteous reception staff for putting up with all my queries and shenanigans! I'm genuinely grateful and hope to be back again very soon (hopefully next time with fewer questions, but no promises!)

GGuest UserThe best thing about this hotel is the location. It's right on Qianmen Rd, only about 3 minutes walk to Zhushikou Metro Station Exit A. It is walking distance to Tiantan Park. Very close to Tiananmen and Gugong and Qianmen Transportation Centre. You can either ride a bike to these places or take subway which is about 3 stops. It is on the quiet side of Qianmen Rd and a short distance walk to the main Rd, so it is easy to get a taxi and go around than living in the middle of Qianmen Rd. The amenities are minimal, and the room is quite small. Service is ok. They charge 50 Yuan deposit for a second room card. There is a convenient store on the opposite of the hotel which is nice. I would recommend it for short stay in Beijing.

Tiananmen East Subway Station, Exit A, I saw Tiananmen City Building. Special treatment around Tiananmen Square, check your ID card when you leave the station, ask for an appointment, and persuade you to leave if you don't make an appointment in advance. Tiananmen City Building, Tiananmen Square, Flag Raising, National Museum... There is an appointment, you must make an appointment in advance, there is no appointment on the same day. Many people run for nothing. After passing the security check at the subway exit, go straight to Tiananmen Square, cross the Jinshui Bridge, cross the Tiananmen Gate Cave, to the north of the city building (the north is also solemn, there are two Huabiao watches, and the south square of the end gate), first go to the northwest side of a row of houses to store luggage, can only bring ID cards and mobile phones, etc., All others are stored. After the city building security check, the building went smoothly. From the northwest stairs behind Tiananmen Square, the northeast stairs went downstairs. Looking back at every historical moment of Tiananmen Square can make people teary. If you want to get out of the city building to Metro Line 1, it will take a little time, 1560 meters, 2000 steps. From the city downstairs, take your luggage, go through the end door, and reach the noon gate (the official gate of the Forbidden City). It's almost five o'clock, the noon gate is closed, take a photo, and move on. You can choose to go west or through Zhongshan Park (She's Temple), or go east or through the Working People's Cultural Palace (Tai Temple). I chose to go west by detour, along the Tongzi River, to the south of Nanchang Street, back to Chang'an Street, into the subway Tiananmen West Station. The scenery along the way is beautiful, under the root of the imperial city, along the outer moat (Tongzi River), you also see the beautiful corner building (the southwest corner building of the four corners), passing by Xihuamen (the west gate of the Forbidden City), and it is worth taking more roads. Looking back, I have never been to the Shezhutan or Taimiao, and I have always felt that Zhongshan Park and the Working People's Cultural Palace are ordinary green parks for everyone to exercise. After reading a lot of strategies, people who can't enter the Forbidden City, go to Tai Temple to punch in and take pictures of the palace with red walls and yellow tiles, and the perfect background for clearing photos. Someone used this to walk through the noon gate, saving more than half of the queue time for entering the Forbidden City. Next time, you can incorporate these two parks into the play punching ranks. It is recommended to vomit blood, take bus🈶 5 in Nanchang Street, or share bicycles.
