Hotels in Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area, Beijing

Excellent location for sightseeing Beijing. Walking distance to Forbidden City, Jingshan Park, Wangfujing to name a few. Staff was fluent in multiple languages and more than happy to help with questions. Rooms were a fusion of modern amenities and traditional Chinese designs. Although a tad dated, we loved how it all worked together. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit Beijing. Also, great views from the hotel of Forbidden City.

This is my go-to hotel for business trips! The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, so I never have to rush for meetings. I can work late into the night without any disturbances, the desk is spacious and tidy, and there are more than enough power outlets. The WiFi is stable and never lags. The bedding is soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep that completely washes away travel fatigue. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, is impeccably clean, and free of any odors.

The front desk staff and cleaning crew were all very friendly and always greeted us warmly. The hotel's location is excellent. It's right downstairs from a pedestrian street, and there's a subway station and bus stop nearby, making getting around incredibly convenient.

This Orange Hotel Crystal is in an absolutely fantastic location, right in the Wangfujing commercial district. It's a short walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, and the subway entrance is right outside, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room itself was good; aside from being a little small, everything else was fine, which is understandable given the prime location. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. It's really ideal for anyone visiting Beijing, and the lady at the front desk was so kind, she even gave us three breakfast coupons!

Location is good, although car couldn’t drive in but short walking distance to main road is fine. Staff is friendly and helpful, recommended us to take level 1 room which is very convenient to get hot water from lobby. Breakfast choices are limited, only grab some in the morning before start our itinerary of the day. Hotel amenities with clothes dryer is an important factor for me to book this hotel (Per trip and hotel information, it should have clothes dryer), however we were informed the clothes dryer is spoilt after we washed the clothes, which is a minus point for me. Hope hotel can take note on this feedback.

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to access all the attractions. Even taking a taxi is inexpensive. The service is also very thoughtful. For this location and price, staying at this hotel is absolutely worth it, especially for those visiting Beijing, as it's close to all the sights!

I booked this hotel for its convenient location, and it certainly didn't disappoint! There's a bus stop right outside, and the subway entrance is only about 100-200 meters away. Plus, it's next to Tong Ren Tang and super close to the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. The service was also incredibly warm; they even brought me a hot chrysanthemum tea when I came back from a concert, which was so thoughtful! The breakfast was delicious, and I especially loved their flavorful cold dishes. Unfortunately, the TV had no signal due to a wiring issue, and I accidentally booked a room without a window, ugh! Oh, and they gave me some small pastries when I checked out, which was a nice surprise!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The hotel is situated in a peaceful corner, with old trees growing in the courtyard and flowers everywhere. The atmosphere is infused with the scent of nature, and you immediately feel relaxed. The rooms are clean, the comfortable bedding is excellent, and the attractions and landmarks are close by and easily accessible. It’s incredibly convenient. The breakfast was ok but I would recommend going a bit earlier in the morning, as the selection was slightly smaller later on. There was some renovation work taking place on the hotel grounds during my stay, but it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Tucked away in a lively area, this hotel offers great convenience for getting around. Shopping, dining, and attractions are all within walking distance. This is my third time staying here, and as someone sensitive to noise, I really appreciate how quiet it is and the excellent soundproofing. It's also very kid-friendly. The front desk staff, especially the young man, provided superb service!

Let me start by saying: my whole family absolutely loved it and asked me to write a glowing review! **Amenities:** The bathroom fixtures are Arrow brand, and the toilet is very comfortable. The toiletries are Herborist, and they even provide kids' toothbrushes and slippers. **Cleanliness:** Very clean. **Environment:** The fifth floor is a children's area with various toys, climbing activities, and they even give out small gifts. **Service:** They offer a late-night snack after 9 PM (ours was millet porridge, yam and red date porridge, and some pickled vegetables). My eldest was eager to leave, and the front desk kindly gave us milk, bread, and sausages for him. My mom had surgery the next day, and they arranged a Peking opera costume experience for her, which made her incredibly happy and really eased her pre-surgery anxiety. I even got to enjoy some perks too! 😉😉 The hotel staff also helped us take photos and short videos. At night, we needed to drink water frequently, and the customer service was excellent, responding promptly to all our requests. The overall service was exceptionally thoughtful, sincere, and efficient. They provide everything from earplugs and sanitary pads to small tissue packets and lemon juice. There are foreign channels on the TV, and it seems they have quite a few international guests. The only minor point is that the shower only provides hot water for 20 minutes, though it was still sufficient – just a slight worry in the back of my mind. Our room was on the inner side, so it was quite quiet. It's also within easy walking distance to Friendship Hospital. I've already recommended this hotel in my classmates' group to anyone visiting Beijing from out of town!
