Hotels in Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area, Beijing

The location was great, but our room had no direct light from sun, and no windows opening on outside at all, with an A/C that was not working at all. The room was hot and not air moving, a terrible feeling. On top of that, the room was located just below the roof top that was undergoing construction work, which means lot of noise from early morning. The room is very old, walls are stained, clearly not looking like the booking site pictures. The hotel needs a big refresh. Right now the entire exterior is under construction, I hope you plan to do the rooms soon. Overall, not acceptable not to be informed that there is big construction work done at the moment, and having a room with no external ventilation and AC working should not even be commercialized. A rip off for the price paid.

Excellent location! near the heaven palace, malls, Tian An Men, great food options and good flavor, no need to pay for the bare minimum expected. Nice price x night. The room is just as in the pictures, comfortable bed, good service and air conditioner. I think it's ideal for short and long stays.

The hotel location is good, not far from the subway station, about a ten-minute walk. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need, and all amenities were replenished daily. However, the bedding was just so-so. If you head left from the hotel, there are restaurants near the subway station where you can eat, and also a supermarket, which is convenient for shopping. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

While there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly. Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience: 1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch. 2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food). 3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep! The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

The room was great, and the staff were very friendly. It's super convenient for getting around, right by the famous Shijia Hutong, with tons of food options nearby – you'll never go hungry. Just two things to note: there's no elevator, and breakfast leans heavily Western, with only knives and forks, no chopsticks. The front desk mentioned they have a lot of foreign guests, and I'd say about 80% to 90% of the people I saw were foreigners from all over the world. You'd occasionally spot a Chinese guest (like me, bringing back baozi and soy milk to eat in the restaurant). P.S. The family room was really good, first time staying in one and I was impressed!

Location is perfect if you’re going to do touristy attractions! We stayed for 3 nights and it’s very easy to get a taxi from there. It’s also 2min walking distance from the Wangfujing squares. Some English speaking staff so helpful not to use the app (rare in Beijing). Calvin was our doorman and he was LOVELY. He spoke English with us and was always smiling and helpful when we had bags or luggage etc. Breakfast options were great with a mix of western and Chinese cuisine. Easy to find vegetarian or non pork options. The executive lounge is OK but we were able to do late check out (4pm) so this was great.

The rooms were exceptionally good. The front desk staff even gave us complimentary breakfast. We booked three rooms for two nights and they upgraded us to a king-size bed room with a floor-to-ceiling window. The hotel was very clean, and all the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a very satisfying stay! The location is absolutely fantastic, right outside a hotel subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room even came with a smart toilet, which is a great bonus. For this price, to get such a prime location and practical facilities, the value for money is truly excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again!

An absolutely top-notch hotel! The rooms are clean, bright, and highly intelligent, featuring a washlet toilet 🚽, which is a big plus, and excellent wet/dry separation. The shower stall is separate, and the bedding is spotless. The service is first-rate, warm, and genuine. There's a huge courtyard and a terrace. The location is super convenient for transportation, and there are plenty of snack shops and restaurants nearby, perfect for both business and leisure.

Nice hotel which was located right at the centre of most places of interest. Going to Forbidden City was just a leisurely walk away, albeit a long one. Qianmen, wangfujin, Olympic Park, etc were easily reached via metro line 8 and the station was just beside the hotel. Not forgetting the delivery robots which would deliver the ordered food from ******* right to your doorstep. The overall experience was great and we had good rest and sleep at night too.
