Hotels in Tian'anmen Square and Wangfujing Area, Beijing

The location was great, but our room had no direct light from sun, and no windows opening on outside at all, with an A/C that was not working at all. The room was hot and not air moving, a terrible feeling. On top of that, the room was located just below the roof top that was undergoing construction work, which means lot of noise from early morning. The room is very old, walls are stained, clearly not looking like the booking site pictures. The hotel needs a big refresh. Right now the entire exterior is under construction, I hope you plan to do the rooms soon. Overall, not acceptable not to be informed that there is big construction work done at the moment, and having a room with no external ventilation and AC working should not even be commercialized. A rip off for the price paid.

The hotel location is good, not far from the subway station, about a ten-minute walk. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need, and all amenities were replenished daily. However, the bedding was just so-so. If you head left from the hotel, there are restaurants near the subway station where you can eat, and also a supermarket, which is convenient for shopping. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

While there was an initial misunderstanding due to a hygiene concern which caused distress on our first night stay that I had to escalate the matter through Trip.com, the hotel manager turned the experience around. The night before check-out, we had a genuine and positive conversation at the lobby. She was humble and openly acknowledged her shortcomings and appreciated for helping her learn and grow as a leader. Good to know that a manager willing to take accountability and desire to improve. Every hotel staff we have interacted with are professional and friendly. Aside from the good service recovery, we loved the hotel's convenience: 1. Siji Minfu Peking Roast Duck Restaurant (四季民福) is next to the hotel along with other food options in the same stretch. 2. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street (shopping and food). 3. The fun robot that delivers food right to our doorstep! The hotel also prepared light snacks for our airport journey. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!

The room was great, and the staff were very friendly. It's super convenient for getting around, right by the famous Shijia Hutong, with tons of food options nearby – you'll never go hungry. Just two things to note: there's no elevator, and breakfast leans heavily Western, with only knives and forks, no chopsticks. The front desk mentioned they have a lot of foreign guests, and I'd say about 80% to 90% of the people I saw were foreigners from all over the world. You'd occasionally spot a Chinese guest (like me, bringing back baozi and soy milk to eat in the restaurant). P.S. The family room was really good, first time staying in one and I was impressed!

This hotel's location is excellent, very close to the exam venue, which was incredibly helpful for high school students taking exams. They even gave us a small gift and extended our check-out time. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt and attentive. The surrounding environment and the view from the window were fantastic, and the soundproofing was good too! The front desk staff and every other staff member we encountered were incredibly polite. The swimming pool, though not large, was very clean, and the gym was well-equipped. Downstairs, there's a dining plaza with a buffet for breakfast and lunch, which was very convenient! Many foreigners stay here, and the staff's overall quality is very high, truly befitting a long-standing five-star hotel. We were very satisfied these past few days! Before leaving, I suddenly noticed the hotel's archway had a wonderful meaning, and I hope my child can succeed in their endeavors, like a fish leaping over the dragon's gate, and achieve great success in their exams.

The service was incredibly thoughtful, with smiles from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The location is absolutely fantastic – right outside are subway stations and a shopping district, with three different subway lines nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. It’s perfect for shopping, dining, and entertainment; a top choice if you want to eat, play, or shop. The desk in the lobby is huge. The front desk upgraded my room to a ground-floor room with floor-to-ceiling windows. Even though it was raining, there was absolutely no dampness because the room was situated quite high up. The soundproofing in the room was also good. For food deliveries, a robot brought them directly to the room. The hotel facilities are excellent, with smart toilets and screen-casting TVs all available. The room was clean, spacious, and bright, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. The hot water came on incredibly fast, piping hot in three seconds, and the water pressure was great. The bath towels were soft, huge, and super absorbent. The hairdryer, though small, was powerful and dried my hair quickly. The laundry room downstairs with its washer and dryer was also fantastic; the clothes came out perfectly wrinkle-free after drying.

I had a very satisfying stay! The location is absolutely fantastic, right outside a hotel subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. The surrounding area is vibrant and lively, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The room even came with a smart toilet, which is a great bonus. For this price, to get such a prime location and practical facilities, the value for money is truly excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again!

My stay at the Furun Jingyuan (Beijing Wangfujing Dongsi Branch) in Beijing was excellent. The location is super convenient; I basically walked to the city center, making getting around very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt very much at ease. The staff were also friendly and polite, which made for a very relaxing experience. There were even two adorable cats at the front desk, which added a lovely, warm, and fun touch to the entire stay. I'll definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Beijing.

Nice hotel which was located right at the centre of most places of interest. Going to Forbidden City was just a leisurely walk away, albeit a long one. Qianmen, wangfujin, Olympic Park, etc were easily reached via metro line 8 and the station was just beside the hotel. Not forgetting the delivery robots which would deliver the ordered food from ******* right to your doorstep. The overall experience was great and we had good rest and sleep at night too.
