I originally booked another hotel for 560 yuan per night, but since I was arriving at 11 PM and checking out at 10 AM the next day, I felt it was a bit expensive and canceled. I then chose Yuanhang for 350 yuan. When I arrived in the evening, the front desk staff kindly upgraded my room for free. Their warm and thoughtful service instantly made all my tiredness disappear. They also informed us that there was a complimentary late-night snack! Upon entering the room, I found it to be perfect. The facilities and amenities were clean, tidy, and complete, with free coffee, fruits, beverages, and mineral water. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle service. Simply perfect!

On a whim, I called the front desk. Within minutes, a staff member brought me brown sugar ginger tea and extra heat patches, gently telling me to rest well, without the slightest hint of impatience. The next day, I accidentally stained the bedsheet while out, and felt quite guilty. When the housekeeping auntie came to clean, she kindly reassured me not to worry about it. After changing the bedding, she also tidied up my scattered clothes, and proactively refilled the drinking water and toiletries. The service throughout was full of thoughtful details, responding to requests 24 hours a day, always available for any issue. There was no excessive, over-enthusiastic politeness, just perfectly appropriate attentiveness. The clean and tidy environment, coupled with the thoughtful and attentive service, melted away all the fatigue from traveling. It's rare to encounter such a dedicatedly run hotel when traveling. Qiuduo is not just a place to stay; it feels more like a temporary warm home. I highly recommend it for both short trips and long stays. The hygiene is solid, and the service is heartwarming. One important thing for guests who need to catch an early morning flight the next day: the hotel only offers airport transfers starting at 5:00 AM. If you need to leave before then, you'll have to arrange your own transportation to the airport. That's what happened to me today, and it cost me ¥42 out of my own pocket.

This newly opened Mercure hotel truly lives up to the brand's quality standards. The ambiance is elegant, and all the room facilities are brand new. I especially appreciated the separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom and the complete set of amenities. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the overall value for money is outstanding. The hotel's dining options are quite poor, which is a missed opportunity, especially during a trade show. They should really offer an affordable buffet dinner, perhaps around 128 RMB per person. During a trade show, guests are there for work, and a nutritious, tasty, hygienic, and safe buffet dinner at a reasonable price would surely attract a near-full house and generate excellent profits. The breakfast isn't great either. Most hotels rotate a few dishes daily for their buffet breakfast, but here, it's the exact same every single day – no changes whatsoever.

Service: We arrived past midnight, and Xiao Tong at the front desk was incredibly patient, helping us with the shuttle transfer and even upgrading us to a deluxe room, which was very spacious! This is probably one of the best hotels within a 5km radius of T3 in terms of value for money and service 👍
