Traveling to Capital Airport, I searched online and found this hotel had the highest rating. What I valued most was their service, as my friend and I (two girls) had three heavy suitcases – two large and one small. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, the staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully weighed it for us. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, and we even received a free upgrade to an Executive Double Room with a window. There were complimentary fruits in the room, making us feel right at home. After a tiring day of travel, we immediately felt relaxed. The air conditioning in the room was comfortable, and we didn't hear any planes taking off or landing, so the soundproofing was quite good. The hot water supply was ample, breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. What truly stood out was the complimentary airport shuttle service. The front desk called to remind us half an hour in advance, and the staff helped us with our luggage on and off the shuttle. We arrived in just 15 minutes, which solved a major problem and was incredibly thoughtful. Upon checkout, we even received complimentary eye masks and tissues. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip. If I have the chance to visit Capital Airport again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Oh, and the front desk staff, both male and female, were all very attractive! This is a very serious review from me, and I hope it helps those of you who are undecided.

Highly recommended! They offer an airport shuttle service every hour, which saves you the hassle of finding a taxi. The front desk staff were very friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. This is my top choice for a hotel when transiting through Beijing Capital Airport. Unbeatable value for money.

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. The hotel is excellent, and the service attitude is great. The location is perfect, and the parking lot is huge. This is definitely a top-notch hotel that I'll prioritize in the future and stay at again. The breakfast spread is also very good, and the hotel amenities are excellent. Getting around is super convenient. You can book the hotel shuttle whether you land at T2 or T3, so no need to drag your luggage and queue for a taxi. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the bathroom is dry and spotless. I appreciate the self-service toiletries, which is very eco-friendly. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, proactively recommending local eateries and attractions. The robot delivery for room service was handy, and there's complimentary wellness tea in the lobby. The breakfast buffet offers a fresh and varied selection. It's only a seven or eight-minute walk to Liqiao Town, where you'll find all sorts of snacks and full meals. The nearby wetland park has a pleasant environment, making for a really relaxing stroll after dinner.

Chose because of the transfer and price.Looks a bit worn out. Had to wait for the next available transfer because while the manager gave me info the car already left.But I get there so it is fine.A couple of cafes nearby and a small shop where you can buy snacks.No fridge in my room but I didn't needed it anyway. Smoke smell in the vent.But for the price it is fine.

It was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight and what a nice surprise it was. And we chose it because it's the only hotel around the PEK that offers a 2 X double beds room type and it's literally a stone throw away from the airport. The staff were very helpful and started from the shuttle service, 3 every hour around the clock. We were allowed to check in early before 1pm and the room was big with enough space for 4 large suitcases. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The big window was a plus over seeing part of the airport. The high ceiling made the room feel spacious. The splitting arrangements in the toilet was great allowing sharing the washroom at the same time. Although there are not many choices of shops and eateries apart from the hotel's own and the airport's. It was still close and cheap enough to get a taxi to shopping centres nearby, all within a 20km range (¥40 including toll). The gym was great with decent equipment and not too busy most of the time. Overall the hotel deserves a true 9/10.

It's a chain hotel, and the Langliz Hotel Dongba Store boasts an excellent location, making it super convenient for both getting around and shopping. It's right next to Wanda Plaza and the Dongba subway station. The room was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was great, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. All the in-room facilities were complete and functional, including a mini-fridge and easy-to-use smart room controls. The overall layout felt spacious and airy. The public areas were also very clean, with well-equipped amenities like a restaurant, gym, and laundry room. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responsive, making check-in and check-out efficient. The hotel's internet speed was fast, and parking was convenient. The overall service was thoughtful and attentive, creating a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, offering excellent value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, and my stay was very pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit, as well as recommend it to friends!

The airport transfer service was very convenient. Even though my flight was delayed and I arrived very late, a car was promptly arranged to pick me up. When I left, I accidentally left something behind at the hotel, and they were very proactive in helping me resolve the issue. The staff were all very enthusiastic.

Staying at Qiuguo Hotel was such a pleasant experience! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient with check-in, and all the necessary amenities were well-stocked. What I appreciated most was the complimentary airport pick-up service; the driver contacted me in advance and was punctual. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Excellent value for money!
