Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member.

The room was decent, clean, and the facilities were mostly complete. The only issue was the air conditioner's outdoor unit was quite noisy, which affected my sleep. The service was good; they proactively upgraded my room to a quieter one on the inner side. They also offer airport shuttle service, which is convenient for travelers with layovers. However, the shuttle vehicle itself was in poor condition, with damaged and dirty seats, making for an uncomfortable ride. Improving this would be a great enhancement.

I stayed at this hotel the day before my international flight because I had an early morning departure. Its location is excellent, with a shuttle to Terminal 3 every half hour. The room showed signs of age and was a bit dusty, which might be characteristic of hotels near airports. The breakfast was decent, nothing spectacular but up to the usual standard for a five-star hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money! I arrived at midnight, and luckily, they had an airport shuttle service. It only took two minutes to get to the hotel! The next day, they even dropped me back at T2 terminal for the Airport Express. It's not noisy here at all because of the double-glazed windows; I didn't hear any plane takeoffs or landings. The Airport Express costs 25 RMB per person, and children under 130cm ride for free. I'll definitely choose this place again when I come back to Beijing!

Getting around is super convenient. You can book the hotel shuttle whether you land at T2 or T3, so no need to drag your luggage and queue for a taxi. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the bathroom is dry and spotless. I appreciate the self-service toiletries, which is very eco-friendly. The front desk staff were warm and enthusiastic, proactively recommending local eateries and attractions. The robot delivery for room service was handy, and there's complimentary wellness tea in the lobby. The breakfast buffet offers a fresh and varied selection. It's only a seven or eight-minute walk to Liqiao Town, where you'll find all sorts of snacks and full meals. The nearby wetland park has a pleasant environment, making for a really relaxing stroll after dinner.

This hotel is affordable, clean, and very close to the airport. The room is spacious and the price is affordable for Beijing. There is nothing special about the hotel or the area so don't expect luxury or a gym or enhanced services. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but it is far from any subway station or public transportation.

It was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight and what a nice surprise it was. And we chose it because it's the only hotel around the PEK that offers a 2 X double beds room type and it's literally a stone throw away from the airport. The staff were very helpful and started from the shuttle service, 3 every hour around the clock. We were allowed to check in early before 1pm and the room was big with enough space for 4 large suitcases. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The big window was a plus over seeing part of the airport. The high ceiling made the room feel spacious. The splitting arrangements in the toilet was great allowing sharing the washroom at the same time. Although there are not many choices of shops and eateries apart from the hotel's own and the airport's. It was still close and cheap enough to get a taxi to shopping centres nearby, all within a 20km range (¥40 including toll). The gym was great with decent equipment and not too busy most of the time. Overall the hotel deserves a true 9/10.

I specifically chose the Langliz Hotel for this business trip, and the entire stay far exceeded my expectations. It's now on my list of regular accommodations in the city, and I'll definitely book it again for future trips. The hotel's biggest highlight is its excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making commuting to various shopping districts and attractions incredibly efficient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, offering a wide variety of restaurants, snack shops, and supermarkets, perfect for evening leisure and shopping. While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, the extensive food options within Wanda Plaza make it easy to find all three meals a day, providing a high degree of freedom. The front desk staff were attentive and meticulous, providing quick and efficient check-in. They proactively informed me of the elevator location and room information, patiently answering any questions I had. Their service was gentle and polite throughout. The room's interior was simply yet luxuriously decorated, spacious and airy, and spotlessly clean, free of odors or dust. The brand-exclusive zero-pressure mattress was soft and supportive of my back, allowing for complete relaxation after a long day. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, with fast and stable hot water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. The room's soundproofing is excellent; hallway noise and traffic sounds are barely audible, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The hotel's dedicated gym deserves special praise. Open 24/7, it's fully equipped with treadmills and strength training equipment, all regularly maintained and kept clean. Even during business trips, I can still exercise and relieve work fatigue. There's also a self-service laundry room with washing machines and dryers, making laundry a hassle-free experience for long-distance travelers. Public areas are cleaned daily, with hallways and the lobby always spotless. Security is excellent, providing a high level of safety. Considering its location, facilities, and attentive service, the Langliz offers exceptional value for money and is ideal for business trips and short getaways. I highly recommend it.

Service: The service was exceptionally good! They helped arrange taxis to and from the airport, and there was complimentary late-night supper. The service was incredibly thoughtful. I've stayed in many hotels in Beijing, and many across the country (China, excluding TW), and I believe this one offers some of the best value for money nationwide. I really love Longlong, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing. I feel that their service is on par with Atour, and even better than many star-rated hotels. Overall, I think this hotel is truly dedicated and thoughtful. Everyone will surely love it! I'll definitely be back! What an unexpected and pleasant surprise! Vanno Hotel is just so, so good! I booked this chain hotel for an early flight the next morning. It advertised free late-night congee from 8 PM to midnight. I arrived at 10 PM, but there was only a tiny bit of plain white congee left. When I asked the staff, they said they only provide congee and no other varieties. However, I've stayed at several Qiuguo chain hotels in Beijing before, and their late-night congee always included small buns, steamed rolls, biscuits, yogurt, etc., in addition to plain congee. I don't understand why different hotels under the same brand offer different things. Upon entering the room, I saw a small sign on the desk that read, 'Equipped with a fresh air ventilator,' and I knew it was for pay-per-use scanning, but I couldn't find the device anywhere in the room. Another sign said, 'Travel helper,' but I couldn't find that in the room either, and the staff didn't give me one at check-out. I've stayed at other hotels near the airport before, and the staff always gave out a small bag of travel essentials at check-out. It's not that I absolutely needed the free congee or the small complimentary items. It's more that I feel a bit misled. Anyway, if I ever need to stay at a hotel near the airport the day before a business trip again, I definitely won't choose this one.
