Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

My spouse and I, an older couple, stayed at the Beijing Yuanhang International Hotel before our trip to Europe. Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. The cleaning staff were incredibly thorough and meticulous – big thumbs up! 👍 Environment: Very good. The hotel even has some cute little animals, which was a lovely touch. Service: All the staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. From the moment we arrived, the doorman was helpful, the front desk staff were patient and detailed, and the service staff even accompanied us to our room with a welcome fruit basket – so thoughtful and heartfelt! ❤️ Thank you so much. We will definitely stay here again next time we're at Beijing Airport. Breakfast was nutritious and plentiful, and the breakfast staff were also very attentive.

This business trip stay was a 10/10 experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of shops, supermarkets, and convenient transportation nearby, making it very easy to get around for work. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were professional and polite. The room was spacious, the desk lighting was suitable for work, so I had no issues with productivity. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, the hot water was consistent, and the soundproofing was outstanding – I wasn't disturbed by any hallway noise at all, which made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a mix of Western and Chinese options, with freshly ground coffee, hot porridge, and pastries, perfectly meeting the needs of a business traveler. Room service was prompt, and the overall service was standardized and professional. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely be returning for future trips.

The hotel is very close to the airport. The free airport shuttle can be found on the outermost lane between gates 5-7 on the 1st floor of Terminal 3. I was flying back home at 5 AM, and the standard check-in time was 12 PM. However, the front desk allowed me to check in at 10 AM. If you need to check in even earlier, you might have to pay an extra fee. This is something to keep in mind for those with early morning flights. The room was spacious and very clean, and I received an upgrade to a lake view room.

Honest review: Pros: The room was spacious and tidy, with excellent soundproofing, allowing for a good night's sleep after a long journey. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The room facilities were great, with a fridge and washing machine in every room, which was very convenient. Areas for improvement: 1. Although there were two pillows on the bed, both were quite high, defeating the purpose of having two. It would be more reasonable and thoughtful to have one high and one low pillow. 2. The ride-hailing area at Capital Airport Terminal 3 is chaotic. It would be more considerate and convenient if the hotel provided a shuttle service.

The room amenities were pretty standard, but the bedding was really comfortable. Most guests here are just looking for an overnight stay before a flight, so a good night's sleep is key. The owner's strategy of prioritizing comfortable beds and pillows when budgets are tight makes perfect sense, and other minor things can be overlooked. It's a solid choice if you just need a place to crash for the night.

We only spent one night in the room, but the experience was good. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels, two pairs of slippers, and plenty of pillows. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. We liked everything. The room didn't have a window, but we didn't really need one. The air conditioning and huge TV worked great. We were happy with everything.

The room was very clean, the hotel front desk service was very attentive and welcoming, there was a quiet supermarket on the first floor, every room had a washing machine and refrigerator, and the hotel's soundproofing was excellent.

Overall, this hotel felt like a disconnect between its nice facilities and a warm, welcoming spirit. The amenities were good, but I couldn't find an ounce of warmth from the staff; their service lacked any personal touch. I really feel like my money was wasted here. One important thing for guests who need to catch an early morning flight the next day: the hotel only offers airport transfers starting at 5:00 AM. If you need to leave before then, you'll have to arrange your own transportation to the airport. That's what happened to me today, and it cost me ¥42 out of my own pocket.

I really love the hospitality of the staff in the hotel. Even though I reached at 3am in the morning, they were still so fresh and so warm to us. They settled everything for us quickly to let us have a good rest. They even send a welcome gift of pastry box to us in our room at 3am. This was really a surprise to us. Also it was easy to book the free shuttle to the hotel after disembarking from the plane. The staff were all polite and very helpful especially on information on flights, trains, food and attractions in Beijing. Keep it up. 😊👍
