Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

We booked the hotel because it is very close to the airport and our flight was leaving at 3 am. We didn't realise how close - our plane was parked on a fence about 100 metres away. (The photo is the front of the hotel from our seat on the plane). That said we didn't hear any plane noise during our stay because of very effective windows. All the bed linen and towels were very clean and the room was pleasant with a kettle, bottles of water and plenty of room with a large comfortable bed. There was mould around the grouting at the base of the toilet and it w9as tricky to get the toilet to flush without sitting on the seat and standing up. The shower seemed clean with good water pressure but you needed to be careful that water didn't leak out onto the floor outside the cubicle. Some shared areas of the hotel seemed quite dirty. There were some communication issues but staff worked really hard to help us. We wanted to visit the summer palace and one of the women reception helped with booking tickets and advice about getting there. We took a taxi (executive car booked through didi) which cost about £16 for a one hour trip. The hotel provided a free airport shuttle pick up and drop off. It wasn't really possible to walk anywhere from the hotel. We ate at the hotel on arrival and the food was good. We also had breakfast (photo) which was ok for the price and convenience, not great. We would stay again for a quick stop but wouldn't choose to stay there for a longer visit.

This stay was a fantastic experience! I booked it as a temporary stopover because of an early 6 AM flight, and it totally exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, the bedding was fresh and soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff proactively offered a free room upgrade and patiently guided me on nearby routes. There are plenty of food options close by, and the airport pick-up/drop-off service was clearly arranged and hassle-free. All the staff were consistently warm and polite. I booked last minute due to some emergency and good thing Voyage International Hotel is still available which is near the airport and offers free airport drop-off as well. The room exceeded my expectations with cleanliness and freebies. They offer fruits and beverages upon arrival. Staffs are good with English as well and helped me ordering dinner when I encountered problem with my food delivery app. Another thing I really love is their toiletries, it smells amazing! Smell is very light and not drying to hair and skin. If only they have the small ones which guests can take.

The lobby and front desk are really clean and tidy, and the decor is quite cozy, feels like it's been recently renovated. The environment is super quiet; my smartwatch even showed 100% sleep quality – absolutely fantastic!

This hotel near the airport is an excellent value for money. They offer free shuttle services to and from Terminals 2 and 3, saving you the hassle of finding a taxi. The rooms are soundproof, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay, and the facilities are well-maintained, providing peace of mind. They also have washing machines and irons, which is great for longer trips. The courtyard is refreshing, and there's a tea station where you can brew healthy teas, perfect for relaxing and de-stressing. Plus, the nearby wetland park offers nice scenery, and public transport takes you directly to the city center, making it very convenient. Robot delivery service for food is a nice touch, and the hotel provides a generous amount of free amenities.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the hotel itself is beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options. The staff at reception were extremely kind and helpful, especially considering I am a foreigner; they assisted me with everything they could. The hotel is located in a safe area, with plenty of restaurants nearby, which made exploring very convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I have stayed at this hotel a night. I have contacted with someone and talked for 9 minutes about scheduled a shuttle bus with the phone number at Trip.com a day ago we arrived. But there was happened several things as shown below, 1. There was no one were waiting for us at the Arrival area of the airport. 2. Then we find the information desk of the Beijing Capital International airport to ask her to call to the hotel. The phone number was the same number was talking yesterday. But the reception of that hotel was now nothing about we are arriving and told her that the shuttle bus after 8:00 PM will be 100 RMB. 3. I was confused and cached taxi, so it was only 20 RMB distance. Also the taxi driver was trying to have more money. So I gave him 30 RMB. 4. The reception of that hotel was completely nothing understand in English and seemed have no possibility to discuss about this happen. Also didn't explain us anything about breakfast time, wifi password, dining places, working time of swimming pool and sauna, also shuttle bus to the airport. 5. We have arrived at 8:30 PM, and we needed to have dinner and asked a guy from hotel about where to find restaurant and he called us a taxi and told us will be call a taxi for us, so we changed our Wechat addresses. Then the guy wrote us to catch a taxi yourselves from the street. Then restaurants cashier said no to us to call a taxi. 6. So we go out and show the hotel address to several taxies, but no one knows that address. So we walked and luckily asked a taxi who tried hard to find the hotel address and found it after long time find thought applications. But the taxi asked us much more money to take us to the hotel. But that was only 10 min drive distance. 7. I called to the room service which is pushed 0 from room phone, and a lady who was speaking in English said their manager will contact me back when I told her about shuttle bus didn't arrive. Then there are no ones contacted me back. 8. I have talked with another guy who was speaking English when I get my room, with a phone of the guy who let us to our room, he said that the swimming pool and massage will be start at 10:00 AM in the morning, but it was opened 8:00 AM when I come to the swimming pool and SPA. So I wondered why customer service of this hotel working so poor. But the hotel and room was nice, but the customer service is so poor seemed for me. The hotel is very close to Terminal 3 at the airport, and there's a free shuttle service that gets you there in just seven or eight minutes. The front desk service is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive, clean, and hygienic. It's also very convenient for dining, with fast food options available and it's quite economical.

The room was great, and breakfast offered a good variety. Its location is excellent, being close to the airport, the international exhibition center, and a subway station. Because we were so pleased, we canceled our bookings at other hotels during our vacation and decided to extend our stay here. However, on the second morning, after breakfast, when we went back to our room to get our luggage, our room key card was demagnetized. The way this was handled afterwards left us a bit disappointed. My child even commented, 'We've traveled all over the country and never encountered something like this before,' and I have to agree.
