"I had an 8 AM flight the next day, so I came to Beijing a day early. When I booked, I mainly chose this hotel because it was close to the airport, which I thought would be convenient. Little did I know, this hotel was full of surprises! First, I arrived at 12 PM, and the front desk staff helped me check in early and even upgraded my room type. After checking in, since I had two oversized suitcases, a very handsome young man helped me take my luggage to the room. Once I got to the room, there were already welcome fruits, yogurt, drinks, and bottled water waiting for me. The room was extremely clean, fully smart-enabled, and the soundproofing was excellent. You think that's it? No way!!! They offer free late-night snacks in the evening. Although I didn't get to try them, I saw quite a few people in the restaurant when I walked past it later that night, and it smelled delicious! And there's more! I booked the airport shuttle for 6 AM, and at 5:30 AM, the front desk called to remind me to gather in the lobby on time. When I went downstairs, the lobby staff greeted me and gave me a departure gift: a pack of tissues and a few steam eye masks. How incredibly thoughtful is that?! I just casually mentioned that I was flying international from T3, and they even prepared for that! All for just over 300 RMB, their service is absolutely amazing!!! I'll definitely stay here again next time I fly out of Beijing!!! The shuttle bus seamlessly connects to the airport, running frequently so there's no waiting, which takes all the stress out of catching an early flight. The room was cozy and spotless, with skin-friendly bedding and a wet/dry separated bathroom – every detail showed thoughtful care. The front desk service was incredibly warm; they proactively confirmed my flight during check-in and arranged a wake-up call, even giving me a steam eye mask when I checked out. "We booked three family rooms when my parents and my sister with her family came to visit us in China. Beijing was our first stop on our leg of showing the family around China. The hotel had arranged two rooms for us that we got straight away when we arrived in the morning, even though we got there very early, and we got the third room in the afternoon. The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is close to the shopping street, shopping mall, restaurants, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. The only thing that could be improved is the cleaning, since small details are overlooked during the cleaning process."

"Very good for quality sleep after night flight. They contact us one day before via trip chat. After we got the luggages, we contact them and they will send the location to meet. It was 15 mins from hotel to airport. The facility in the room is good. Not old. No smoking smell in the room. And you can appoint the car back to the airport that go out every hour."
