GGuest UserOverall very good stay. Top-quality amenities and excellent front-desk service. The breakfast buffet was the only disappointment — congee, soy milk and hot dishes were barely warm (close to room temperature) despite being on heat stoves. When I mentioned it to the kitchen manager, the initial response was “it’s clearly not cold,” which felt like denying the issue. The next day, front desk staff proactively explained that some warming stations were broken and couldn’t be fixed during Chinese New Year, and they kindly gave me a small amenity gift as apology. If the kitchen staff had openly acknowledged the temperature problem from the start instead of denying it, I would have fully forgiven it. Will happily stay here again.

Wwfr0123I spent a long time choosing this room, and after checking in, I truly felt like I made the right choice 🥰🥰. The front desk staff were also very enthusiastic; when I checked in and saw a crowd, they guided me to an adjacent counter to process my check-in 🫰. The hotel facilities are relatively new and all feature smart technology. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and it's spacious with two sinks. The faucet water flow is very quiet, with no strange noises. The room design is excellent and the layout is well-planned, with thoughtful touches everywhere 😘😘. Coffee and tea are neatly arranged in separate drawers, and there's even a mini-bar cart. I highly recommend it. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Universal Studios, and you can even see Harry Potter from the hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel has warm service, clean and tidy, and a superior location, which makes it very convenient to go to the Old Summer Palace and the Summer Palace. The hotel staff is warm and helpful, and the room price is very affordable, with high cost performance! You can also write the word ”Fu” when you check in on the first day of the Chinese New Year, and paste it on the door yourself, which makes you feel the New Year's atmosphere when you are away from home

YYaobutengWhile the room design isn't as trendy as some modern express hotels, it meets industry standards, which is to be expected from a hotel under China Southern Airlines. This isn't a resort-style accommodation; it's primarily for travelers needing convenience, especially those with early morning flights. The hotel offers a shuttle bus every half hour, getting you to the airport in just 5 minutes, making transportation incredibly convenient. Plus, there's a supermarket downstairs and various restaurants within walking distance, so the amenities are very comprehensive.

Kkong33Hotel is generally okay. The location is a bit out with 20 minutes of walk from the subway station. The hotel house keeping need to be more diligent. A torn towel was provided and we requested it to be changed however it happened again the following day. The tea bags are not refilled everyday. The breakfast is good. It is value for money.

XXiaofengziThis time, I stayed at the Yiting Zhanshe Qianmen Pedestrian Street branch with my family, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The environment is elegant and quiet, a true oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle. The facilities are comprehensive and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The service was also incredibly thoughtful and warm, making us feel relaxed and at home throughout our stay. It's perfectly suited for families, and I highly recommend it with full marks!

GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and efficient with check-in. Their service throughout was polite and courteous, and any requests I had were promptly met, making me feel really valued. The room was spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and every detail showed great care. The overall service was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely heartwarming – truly deserving of a five-star rating. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

CCharlesjuranbeizhanyongThis is my Nth stay at this hotel. I've been staying here since 2017 when I applied for my US visa, and for the past few years, it's been my go-to when transferring to high-speed rail after returning to China. First, the pros: the rooms are spacious, it offers great value for money, has a swimming pool, and the rooms even have bathtubs – it's hard to find these amenities in hotels at a similar price point. It's an established star-rated hotel, and it's very close to Beijing Chaoyang High-Speed Railway Station and not far from Capital Airport. You can also get a late check-out until 2 PM (they've improved this significantly; it wasn't great back in 2017). The service is also very good. Now for the cons: being an older hotel, the facilities are relatively dated. In the room I stayed in this time, the bathroom door wouldn't close, but since I was alone, it wasn't a big deal. The next day, when I took a shower, only hot water came out, and I couldn't adjust it to cold. However, I was in a rush to pack and check out, so I just quickly finished my shower without contacting staff – I'm sure they could have resolved it. A 500 deposit is required upon check-in, even if you book through platforms like Trip.com or Fliggy, credit-based waiver isn't an option. Once, I didn't have a domestic card, but they accepted Japanese Yen as a deposit, and I was able to check in smoothly. I saw staff doing a live stream in the lobby; I assume booking through Douyin might be even cheaper.

AAnonymous UserThe service was great! Coincidentally, the elevator was out of order when we arrived, but the staff were so helpful and carried our luggage up for us – they really went above and beyond! They also offered us a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch. The location is super convenient, very close to the subway.

YYuyeyoumingAfter looking at three or four hotels, I decided to stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing for my trip to Beijing, mainly because of its proximity to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. The hotel itself is quite grand, and while the service is very traditional, it gets the job done. I contacted the hotel in advance and asked the front desk to book a room on the highest floor within the same price range, with a view of the CCTV Tower. They managed to arrange all of this, which I was very pleased with. However, the hotel is a bit old-fashioned; if you order takeout, there's no robot or staff to deliver it, so you have to go down and pick it up yourself. The room itself is quite spacious and also has a traditional feel. One quirky thing is the power outlets: one nightstand has an outlet, but the other doesn't. This made it impossible to charge my phone while lying in bed, so I had to go to the supermarket the next day to buy an extension cord. Also, the power outlets are quite old-fashioned, not the new national standard, and many of them are loose. The bathroom has two showerheads, a main one and a side one. I assume the side one is for people sitting down, but one thing they might not have considered is where to put clean clothes for changing. If you put them inside, they'll get wet during the shower. If you put them outside, isn't it a bit awkward to walk out naked? The breakfast buffet at the hotel is quite good, with a wide variety of dishes. The mini hash browns, in particular, taste exactly like the ones sold at McDonald's and KFC. Finally, I want to especially thank the bespectacled housekeeper on the 24th floor. Her service was excellent, she was very polite, and the room was cleaned impeccably. She left a particularly good and warm impression. I didn't take many photos of the hotel, so consider these for reference. Also, the Hema Supermarket is about 600-700 meters west of the hotel, which is convenient for buying things.
