⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your prompt responses, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to LeJoy Hotel the next time we’re in Beijing! The Beijing Muji Hotel was a fantastic experience! The overall aesthetic is minimalist and natural wood, creating a quiet and elegant atmosphere that's a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. Both the common areas and guest rooms are clean and tidy, giving off a great vibe. The staff were gentle, attentive, and responsive, providing excellent and detailed service. All the room amenities are Muji's own brand, offering great quality and a very comfortable stay. The location is superb; you can see Tiananmen Square from the hotel, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. It's highly recommended for anyone visiting Beijing!

This was a great stay, and the whole process was very smooth. I arrived early, but the hotel already had the room ready for me. Check-in was quick and easy, without any lengthy waits or complicated procedures. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was spotless and odor-free, and the attention to detail made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel incredibly convenient with easy access to transportation. It was effortless to get around for sightseeing or business. During my stay, I needed a phone charger and the front desk staff quickly provided one. Alina, in particular, offered thoughtful and attentive service. Overall, both the cleanliness and the service were impressive, and the value for money was definitely there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is clean and smart. Robot delivery brings takeout to your room, and they can also accept packages for you. The staff are all very friendly and try their best to meet your needs. I'd definitely consider Qianna again next time I'm in Beijing.

For a short layover in Beijing, the Holiday Inn Express Beijing Qianmen is a great choice for families with young children, offering peace of mind. The facilities are excellent, and the breakfast selection is diverse. Its location also provides convenient access to nearby attractions. The hotel staff are well-trained and professional; Addy at the front desk demonstrated high professionalism by promptly addressing and responding to guest requests. The kind lady from Suihua, Heilongjiang, on the 7th floor housekeeping team (I apologize for not catching her name) was meticulous in cleaning the room and exceptionally friendly.

To leisurely visit two major art exhibitions in Beijing that were about to end, I decided to stay overnight in the capital and give JW Marriott another chance. The #JWMarriottBeijingCentral, located opposite Xiaochangkou Hutong, has a convenient location, right next to Zhaosheng Plaza, and is less than a ten-minute walk from Xuanwumen subway station. The hotel's overall decor matches the standards from its opening in 2014. This time, I booked a twin room with executive lounge access. The hotel lobby and room interiors are somewhat similar to the #GrandHyattBeijing, exuding a timeless, old-money charm. The executive lounge is on the 15th floor and includes breakfast, afternoon tea, light dinner, and evening cocktails. The variety and quality are significantly better than the JW in Taiyuan, especially the breakfast. Moreover, the hotel service was impeccable. Since we were going to visit exhibitions, we arrived at the hotel at 10 AM, and to my surprise, we were able to check in immediately. The next day, because we wanted to enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea, we were granted a late checkout until 3 PM, which was another pleasant surprise. All in all, this is probably one of the most value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Beijing.

Staying at the Xuanwumen Business Hotel with my kids was a really pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. It was dry and tidy, not damp at all, which made for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, and check-in was efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The hotel breakfast had a great variety, perfect for kids' tastes, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a truly reassuring place to stay when traveling with family. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip.

What a pleasant surprise, this courtyard hotel! At night, the red lanterns illuminate the wooden beams, creating a fantastic ambiance in the traditional Chinese courtyard with stunning views. The entire room is equipped with Xiaodu smart voice control, allowing you to turn lights on/off and play music with just a voice command – the level of smart tech far exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, tidy, cozy, and comfortable. Overall, the experience completely surpassed what I anticipated. It's definitely worth coming back to, and this will be my first choice for future stays!

I booked this hotel purely for its excellent location, knowing my trip was short – just three days. And the stay truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel is nestled in a classic Beijing hutong alley. A short, leisurely stroll, taking in the street views, and you're there. It's a pleasant surprise because of its design. The old house combined with modern aesthetics really elevates the HOSHINOYA experience to the fullest. And of course, that includes the breakfast with its fantastic dining environment. Plus, you can access Houhai Park directly by scanning your card from the hotel. Every morning after breakfast, it felt like I was a local going for a walk. It truly has a very human touch, for lack of a better phrase. 😊 But my absolute favorites were the welcome fruit and the delicious treats in the in-room minibar. Honestly, it was almost too good to be true! Special thanks to the handsome Kuan for his warm service. I rushed off and forgot a pair of glasses, and he thoughtfully arranged for them to be couriered. It was simply a perfect stay.
