I've stayed at several hotels around Daxing Airport, and the Radisson is definitely the best overall experience. The location is a clear advantage, and the shuttle service is very reliable, saving the hassle of taxis back and forth. The room decor is simple yet elegant, and the bed is just the right firmness, leading to excellent sleep quality. The hygiene is on point, with no unpleasant odors. The breakfast tastes good, and the late-night snack service is a thoughtful touch. Michael at the front desk provided attentive and excellent service. It's perfect whether you're transiting overnight or just staying for a short while. Definitely five stars.
Big shout out to the front desk lady who was working alone around 6 PM on Tuesday, April 21st! She was incredibly proactive and helpful, so this positive review is for her. Just a couple of small suggestions: the hangers in my room weren't very clean, so maybe a regular cleaning schedule for them would be good. Also, the toilet seat didn't quite fit the bowl, which was a bit uncomfortable. Overall though, I was very satisfied and thought it was great value for money. I definitely recommend it!
The hotel is located right inside the terminal, making it perfect for travelers with early morning flights or late-night arrivals. After 9:00 PM, the front desk even gave out supper vouchers, and having a hot bowl of noodles after a full day of flying was really satisfying.
The soundproofing in the room was decent, but the noise from the hallway, especially when guests checked in late at night with their doors slamming shut, was quite loud and slightly affected my sleep. Earplugs are definitely recommended.
I'd suggest staying on the first floor, as it tends to be a bit quieter than the second floor.
My flight was delayed by over two hours, landing at Daxing around midnight, and I was utterly exhausted! To make matters worse, the hotel I'd booked inside the airport was in terrible condition. I quickly contacted Ctrip customer service, and 'Xiao Zhang' helped me find the China Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel…
While waiting for the shuttle to the hotel, I kept receiving updates from customer service regarding the hotel arrangements. I'm very grateful for Ctrip's attentiveness!!
Even at midnight, the front desk staff were efficient and patient, handling the check-in details for every guest.
The front desk (the only male staff member on duty) proactively upgraded my room type, which I really appreciate!
After check-in, the front desk would thoughtfully inform guests which elevator side was easier to get to their room.
The room was very comfortable, and the facilities were exceptionally well-maintained. I was given a room directly facing the airport, offering a great view!
The bathroom had excellent water pressure, which is fantastic for tired travelers after a long flight. A comfortable shower helped me relax and sleep well!
The hotel's airport shuttle bus departs punctually every half hour and on the hour, saving guests the hassle of needing to pre-book. It's convenient and stress-free.
This is an excellent airport hotel. I will definitely choose China Southern Airlines Pearl Hotel again for future overnight layovers in Beijing.
Traveling with my child, we took the subway directly from Daxing Airport station to the second floor of the terminal, then found gate 13 and followed the signs straight to the Kapok Hotel. The entrance design was a pleasant surprise; as the automatic doors opened, it felt like entering a time tunnel, with layers unfolding, as if stepping into another dimension. The room also had a great ambiance, though personally, I prefer a slightly brighter style, so it felt a tad dim. We went to the pool at 9 AM and enjoyed the hotel's amenities, having a fantastic swim with my child.
Our stay at the Westin Sanya Haitang Bay was fantastic! The hotel's coconut grove and canal create a wonderful ambiance. You definitely have to try paddleboarding, weaving through the lush waterways – it's so relaxing and therapeutic. We also booked a hotel photoshoot; the photographer was great at finding angles and captured natural, lively shots. The paddleboard photos were stunning even before editing. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided thoughtful service. The hotel is close to the duty-free shop, making it very convenient for getting around. If you're looking for a one-stop vacation to relax, swim, and take beautiful photos, you won't be disappointed here. Highly recommend!
The hotel's airport shuttle was punctual and reliable, and the driver was polite and thoughtful. Check-in was quick, and the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The convenient location saved us a lot of hassle getting to the airport. The service was attentive and thorough, and it offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended for transit stays.
The first time I entered the store, I felt very comfortable and the lobby was clean and bright. The check-in speed at the front desk was very fast, the attitude was gentle, and the surrounding food and transportation routes were actively informed. The room was cleaned meticulously, the bathroom was free of water stains, no hair, the bedding was fluffy and soft, the sound insulation effect was very good, and the night was particularly stable. Toiletries are complete, hot water is sufficient, and Wi-Fi is smooth. The cleaning aunt cleans meticulously every day and responds promptly to needs. The location is excellent, it is very close to go shopping and eating, the overall price is super high, I have recommended it to my friends, I will choose this next time!
Extremely close to the airport, and the shuttle service was incredibly thoughtful. They pick up right on the hour and drop off on the half-hour. The front desk staff were very helpful, reminding me to confirm my shuttle time for the next day. It only takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. The room was huge and fully equipped, much better than I expected – it felt like a significant upgrade from my previous accommodation choices.
My stay this time was incredibly comfortable, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Manman at the front desk! My flight was delayed, so I arrived very late, completely exhausted. Manman was gentle and patient throughout the check-in process, speaking softly and handling everything efficiently without making me wait an extra moment.
During my stay, my legs were sore, and I was restless and irritable, unable to sleep all night. When I casually mentioned feeling unwell, she thoughtfully brought me warm water and even proactively told me about the room's blackout blinds and some sleep-aid tips. She also kindly reminded me to elevate my legs to relieve the soreness, which was incredibly considerate.
Her demeanor was friendly and generous when we spoke. She answered all my questions about travel and hotel services clearly and thoroughly, maintaining a warm smile throughout, with absolutely no perfunctory feeling. Her service was professional yet warm, dispelling my travel fatigue and making me feel at ease as soon as I entered the hotel. Such a dedicated employee is hard to find; she significantly enhanced my stay. I'll definitely look for Manman again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Came to Peking University First Hospital, Daxing District with my child for an appointment. It's a convenient 15-minute drive from the hospital! The hotel is very new and comfortable in every way. They even gave us 6 bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch! The staff also helped us upgrade to a king-size room, much appreciated! Highly recommend it! It's much better value than staying right next to the hospital.
The weather in Beijing is very hot. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt very cool. The front desk lady was very gentle and attentive. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was very strong. I didn't want to go out of the room. There was a restaurant downstairs and a supermarket opposite, which was very convenient. It was very convenient to order food from the restaurant and have it delivered to the room. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this hotel next time.
It was originally a good check-in experience: the staff are polite and enthusiastic, internal security requires card swiping, the room is reasonably arranged, the bedding is comfortable, there is a small smart system, the water flow is large and not blocked, and the hygiene is also very good.
But there are two problems:
There is a row of bungalows at the back of the first floor. The doors and windows are directly facing the guest room windows. The guest rooms can be clearly seen from outside, so it is impossible to open the curtains at all.
Secondly, the soundproofing is poor on all sides. You can hear people talking outside the window, making phone calls next door, and talking in the room across the corridor. Especially on the night of April 12, a group of male guests talked loudly to each other in the corridor from 12 to 1 am. The noise was so loud that no one could fall asleep. In the end, guests from other rooms came out to persuade them. So since the sound insulation is very poor, I hope the hotel can do its job to inform and persuade. After all, many people staying here are tired airport passengers.
The room was great overall; it was spacious, bright, and quiet. The receptionist was also very helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
The room seats are complete, the sanitation is clean, the environment is good, the service is very good, very suitable for friends, couples to leave, the front desk service lady is very good.
