I've stayed at several hotels around Daxing Airport, and the Radisson is definitely the best overall experience. The location is a clear advantage, and the shuttle service is very reliable, saving the hassle of taxis back and forth. The room decor is simple yet elegant, and the bed is just the right firmness, leading to excellent sleep quality. The hygiene is on point, with no unpleasant odors. The breakfast tastes good, and the late-night snack service is a thoughtful touch. Michael at the front desk provided attentive and excellent service. It's perfect whether you're transiting overnight or just staying for a short while. Definitely five stars.
Hotel service was good, especially the pick and drop service from and to airport was wonderful due to remote location of hotel. The only thing was disturbing was knocking at the door after midnight by the receptionist accompanied by police officer 5o inquire why we're in Beijing and what's the purpose of our travel, where we're working in China. I do respect the law and the police officer was just doing his job and I cooperated with him answered all his questions that didn't last for more than a couple of minutes but the timing of their arrival wasn't good. We're very tired and were sleeping but the knocking at door woke up disturbing the sleep that resulted in sleeplessness for a couple of hours. We couldn't sleep for another couple of hours due to this situation as it cussed broken sleep and sluggish morning wake up though we'd to go for registration that took a lot of time but due ti poor sleep in last night the whole day went so bad with less energy and tired, exhausted body and mind. Hotel management could at least improve such policy and don't bother the guets staying at their hotel.
The location is super convenient, with a small door directly connecting to the terminal and a main entrance leading to a separate parking lot. The room, though small, is fully functional, clean, hygienic, and quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is just okay, nothing special. The security guard was incredibly nice, helping me push my luggage cart all the way to my room door – fantastic!
The breakfast selection is quite substantial. The live station's scrambled eggs are tender and fresh, and the baguette toasted in the toaster is wonderfully fragrant. There's a good variety of whole grains, and even freshly prepared knife-cut noodles. With such a wide range of hot food options, having breakfast here as a guest is truly enjoyable.
I had an early flight, and staying here made getting to the terminal incredibly convenient. The room was well-designed, spacious, and clean. I could see planes taking off, and the sunset was beautiful. They offer complimentary late-night snacks like wontons, noodles, and various porridges, which was a very thoughtful touch for late-arriving guests. The fridge was stocked with mineral water and drinks. The soundproofing was excellent. Vivi, the manager on duty, was very attentive and thorough. I'm extremely satisfied! I'll definitely stay here again if I need to.
The hotel is very close to Daxing Airport and offers a dedicated shuttle service, which is super convenient. The facilities are excellent, the room was clean and tidy, and the environment was very quiet. The service was also very thoughtful. We were scheduled to go to the airport at 9 AM, but my child delayed us a bit. By the time we got to the entrance, the shuttle had already left. The hotel front desk then arranged a separate car just for us to the airport. Many thanks!
We stayed at Beijing Yueting Preferred Hotel for two nights and unfortunately had several issues that made our stay less comfortable than expected.
First, the airport transfer. We waited for a very long time. We ended up asking a driver of another shuttle bus to help us. He contacted someone, and only after that did the hotel bus arrive. The most confusing part was that the bus did not have the hotel name on it. How were we supposed to guess that the word “Delux” on the bus meant this hotel? Please at least include this information in the transfer instructions.
Second, the room numbering system. What is the meaning of the number “8” before the room numbers? The hotel was almost empty, but for some reason we were placed on different floors. That would not normally be a problem, but the key card from the sixth floor does not work on the upper floors! We had to walk up and down the stairs.
Third, one of the elevators does not respond to the key card at all. You cannot press any floor inside. Please put a sign on it saying that it is a service elevator so guests do not waste time getting in.
Overall, it feels like something strange has been done with this hotel. Previously we stayed at Xana Delux and everything was excellent. This property seems like part of Xana was given to another hotel, but the operations still have not been properly sorted out.
Driving a long distance with an electric car, I was constantly worried about the battery range, but this place has plenty of charging stations, which completely relieved my anxiety. Xinxin patiently explained how to operate the charger. During the day, we rode electric bikes along the coast with the kids, and in the evening we watched peacocks. We even enjoyed the pool during the dog days of summer, all without a single worry.
Extremely close to the airport, and the shuttle service was incredibly thoughtful. They pick up right on the hour and drop off on the half-hour. The front desk staff were very helpful, reminding me to confirm my shuttle time for the next day. It only takes less than 30 minutes to get to the airport. The room was huge and fully equipped, much better than I expected – it felt like a significant upgrade from my previous accommodation choices.
Due to a flight delay, I was absolutely exhausted when I arrived at the hotel. As soon as I stepped into the lobby, a lady named Zhao Guangyue from the front office department greeted us. She immediately took our luggage and promptly offered a warm welcome tea. Her tone was genuinely warm, not forced, and in that moment, I truly felt like I had 'come home'.
During check-in, Ms. Zhao Guangyue's professionalism and attentiveness left a particularly deep impression on me. She arranged a quiet room for us and specifically mentioned that we could request an extra set of amenities. Afterwards, she pulled out a notepad and hand-drew a map of nearby breakfast and late-night snack spots around the hotel, meticulously marking walking distances and operating hours, even noting which places offered lighter options. Honestly, this went far beyond the standard front desk service; it was genuine care for people. Such thoughtful and effective service, delivered without a word, is impossible without sufficient professional integrity and empathy.
Now, about the hotel overall. The bedding in the room was skin-friendly and breathable, the shower water pressure was just right, and the soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly straight through until morning. The breakfast selection was rich, and beyond the standard Western offerings, the local specialty snacks were a delightful surprise. The city skyline view from the window was also very soothing.
After check-out, Ms. Zhao Guangyue thoughtfully asked about my sleep quality the previous night and informed us about the departure time for the hotel's airport shuttle. It truly warmed my heart.
This experience truly made us feel Hilton's 'hospitality' service culture. Especially Ms. Zhao Guangyue from the front office department, she transformed a regular stay into a wonderful memory with a series of seemingly small but perfectly executed gestures. I hope the hotel management sees this review and gives such an outstanding employee the recognition she deserves. The next time I come to Beijing, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Daxing International Airport to my colleagues and friends.
Thank you to Ms. Zhao Guangyue and the entire hotel team for their efforts in making travelers feel treated with kindness.

Came to Peking University First Hospital, Daxing District with my child for an appointment. It's a convenient 15-minute drive from the hospital! The hotel is very new and comfortable in every way. They even gave us 6 bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch! The staff also helped us upgrade to a king-size room, much appreciated! Highly recommend it! It's much better value than staying right next to the hospital.
The weather in Beijing is very hot. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I felt very cool. The front desk lady was very gentle and attentive. The room was very clean and the air conditioning was very strong. I didn't want to go out of the room. There was a restaurant downstairs and a supermarket opposite, which was very convenient. It was very convenient to order food from the restaurant and have it delivered to the room. In short, I was very satisfied with this stay. I will choose this hotel next time.
The room was great overall; it was spacious, bright, and quiet. The receptionist was also very helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.
I have to give a thumbs up to the front desk lady! Their service was enthusiastic and proactive. Since my package arrived early, I asked the front desk to help me collect it. The lady didn't complain and was very helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The sheets were pristine white, and the bathroom was fresh and odorless. You could tell they'd taken great care of it. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the subway station and shopping mall. The front desk lady even offered to help with my luggage (even though I did it myself). The price was affordable, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
The room seats are complete, the sanitation is clean, the environment is good, the service is very good, very suitable for friends, couples to leave, the front desk service lady is very good.
