Family Room was surprisingly spacious and very comfortable for 3 people. The biggest selling point is the location. Being inside the airport terminal means you can walk straight to the hotel without leaving the building. For anyone arriving past midnight who is too tired to deal with airport transfers or taxis to the city, this is the ultimate stress-free choice. Highly recommended for families.
My stay was quite good. The location is very convenient for getting around, and they offer free airport shuttle service. The shuttle bus was quite new. The front desk staff were very attentive, and check-in was quick. The room was clean, tidy, and odorless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. If you needed anything in the room, the front desk had a robot that delivered it quickly. The cleanliness details in the room were very well done. The hotel is located within a complex, and even though it's close to the airport, it's very quiet. The overall atmosphere is very comfortable, offering great value for money, and I felt very safe staying there. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning wasn't very strong, but it was still acceptable!
I picked this hotel because my kids really wanted to stay in one, so the plan was to find a place with a pool and a big bathtub after visiting Beijing Wildlife Park. I had initially considered the Four Points by Sheraton in Gu'an, but while browsing Xiaohongshu for North Park tips, I stumbled upon a mention of Kapok Hotel. A quick search showed that the 'Egyptian萌神 Theme Suite' was the only room type that met our requirements. It was priced at 1288 RMB, but I could redeem points, bringing my out-of-pocket cost down to just 50 RMB. I booked it immediately.
The location is right next to Daxing Airport, a 15-minute walk through a connecting corridor takes you directly to the airport boarding gates. Getting to North Park took about 30 minutes, which was also very convenient.
The hotel's decor is quite avant-garde, with a lot of metal and marble giving it a cool vibe. There's a 'pitaya dragon' at the front desk [laughing-crying emoji]. The coffee and creative shop in the lobby is a popular spot for photos. My favorite part is the corridor leading from the front desk to the airport – it has a series of door frames that progressively get smaller, like Doraemon's 'big/small door' gadget, giving a real sense of stepping into a different dimension.
The room was a small suite, over 50 square meters, with a cute 'Egyptian萌神' theme. The bathroom was huge, and the bathtub was big enough for both kids to play in without feeling cramped – that was a real highlight! The room controls were quite unique, with old-fashioned joysticks. They provided a children's toiletries set, a small snack platter, and six Nespresso capsules. The first round of the minibar was complimentary (though it only had three drinks), and there was an ample supply of bottled water, easily 10+ bottles in total.
Service was also excellent. Check-in was smooth, and extra blankets and children's amenities were delivered quickly upon request.
We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant, Xiao Nanyang, on the day we checked in. During the May Day holiday, group discounts weren't allowed, so it was a bit pricey. The food was decent, service was good, and most importantly, it wasn't crowded, which was a great experience during a holiday.
The breakfast the next day wasn't extensive, but it was refined and satisfying, offering good value.
The hotel pool is not very big and doesn't have lanes. On the first day, the staff kept emphasizing that the lights would be turned off at 9 PM and asked us to leave by 8:45 PM. Since we arrived late, we insisted on swimming a bit longer and were grudgingly allowed until 8:50 PM. However, when we left after 9 PM, the changing rooms were still lit. I felt like they were just trying to rush people out, which was a very unpleasant experience. We went again the next day to make up for lost swimming time. As a hotel near the airport, you'd think it would be open 24 hours or at least until 10 PM, given that travelers arrive at all hours [laughing-crying emoji]. I don't understand it, but I respect it....
To summarize: I really love the hotel's design. Being built in 2020, it's very new, and the service is excellent. I highly recommend it for anyone whose last stop in Beijing is North Park and needs to catch a flight. It couldn't be more convenient for the airport. I even strolled to the airport in the morning to buy Quanjude's almond tofu milk tea, which was delicious [drinking milk tea emoji]. I feel the hotel leans more towards business travelers, but the rooms with bathtubs are really great for families too. My kids gave the hotel five stars and said they'd come back. I'd give it 4.5 stars, deducting half a point for the pool. It's definitely worth a visit.
An ideal hotel for tourists arriving in Beijing. Luxurious mattresses and comfortable pillows. Comfortable air conditioning (not blowing directly on the bed). New plumbing. Very clean. A 24-hour shuttle bus runs from Exit 15, which also takes you back to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel.
True to the Radisson Hotel Group's reputation, this hotel consistently delivers excellent facilities and top-notch service. It's incredibly close to Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service every half hour. The breakfast spread is extensive, and a staff member even brought supper to me after my late-night flight. I truly commend every hotel employee for their warm and enthusiastic service.
Excellent, absolutely fantastic! I'm a frequent guest here and will definitely be back. Every time I visit, the conditions are great and it's super clean. It's incredibly close to the airport, and they offer free, very quick airport pick-up and drop-off. Truly perfect experience, I feel.
Cloud Hotel Daxing Airport Branch is a real gem for transit travelers! It's only 5km from the airport, and they offer 24-hour free shuttle service, so there's no need to panic if you land late. The rooms are clean and tidy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The whole place has underfloor heating and high-speed WiFi, which is super thoughtful, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and they can even provide travel tips. It's also convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The value for money is amazing; you get a comfortable experience for around a hundred yuan. It's the perfect place to stay if you have an early flight or a red-eye.
Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness standards were very high; even the corners were spotless. The room was spacious and well-laid out, making for a comfortable stay without feeling cramped. The location is excellent, with convenient transport links. A perfect experience!
The water from the tap was yellow at first and took a long time to run clear. The room had quite a bit of dust everywhere, making it seem like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. Downstairs, a robot delivered the takeout, but it took the front desk ages to get it to me. The delivery driver had been there for half an hour, and my food still hadn't arrived, even though the front desk staff kept saying it would be brought up. The service was pretty subpar.
The hotel is quite convenient for the airport, with a shuttle bus directly to the terminal. It's great if you have an early flight or arrive late, as you can catch the bus from Gate 3 on the departure level; they run every half hour. Breakfast was decent. My main issue was that the air conditioning wasn't working well during my stay. The room wasn't particularly spacious, but it was otherwise fine, and the decor was consistent with the overall style, which was good. The price was a little on the expensive side, though.

AAnonymous UserI booked this newly opened hotel near Jinxingqiao in Daxing District for a business trip. Parking was free, which is great value for a hotel at this price in Beijing. The room had a separate wet and dry area, a nice design. The room was very well cleaned, and the front desk service was excellent. They even contacted me after I left my tablet at check-out. Thank you so much! [fist bump][fist bump] During this trip, I also discovered a delicious restaurant called Shangpin Duck Feet. I tried it, and wow! It was amazing!
GGuest UserThe hotel has a good environment, new facilities and considerate service! I had a small gathering with friends on the weekend. In order not to be so tired, I booked this hotel. It was a very pleasant and comfortable trip!
LLëlяTitle: Spacious, Clean, and Easy to Get To
Pros:
· Huge room: Seriously, there's so much space. You can easily spread out your luggage without tripping over anything. It feels like a proper room, not a shoebox.
· Comfy bed: Large, wide, and an absolute pleasure to sleep on. The mattress is comfortable, nothing creaks, and the linens are fresh.
· Impeccable cleanliness: I was really impressed with how clean the room was. No dust, the bathroom was sparkling, and the floors were spotless. The cleaning was thorough yet discreet.
· Transfer: Superbly organized. They met and dropped us off without any delays, the car was comfortable, and the driver was polite. This was a huge plus, especially after a long journey.
AAnonymous UserThe service is very friendly, the hygiene is very clean, and the equipment is complete. It has a microwave, a washing machine, and a dryer. It is really convenient. The transportation is convenient. It is very close to the subway. It is very convenient to travel. This is a budget hotel. Friends who are traveling Highly recommended
AAnjisuandongnaojinIt is in a village next to Daxing Airport. This village basically changed the yard to a homestay. If it is not necessary, it is not recommended for people who travel alone to live here. There is an airport transfer, just say it in advance, but the car is to refit the van, and it will pass through the high speed. If you care about safety, it is not recommended to live here. The room was cleaned very clean, not the wall, but the large glass. The door is also a glass door, and the security is very general. Sound insulation is still ok, but other decorations are basically the most basic decoration. And I had to leave early the next day. I originally set a drop-off, but I didn't send it. I called me a drop-off. As a result, there was a car on the road, which was very annoying.
GGuest UserOriginally a very good stay experience: the staff is polite and welcoming, the internal security needs to be swiped, the room is arranged reasonably, the bedding is comfortable, there is a small intelligent system, the water flow is not blocked, and the hygiene is also very good.
But there are two problems:
There is a row of bungalows on the back side of the first floor, the doors and windows directly facing the room window, and the room is clear from the outside, resulting in no way to open the curtains.
The second sound insulation is poor on all sides, talking outside the window, calling next door, talking in the room opposite the corridor, can be heard clearly. Especially on the night of April 12, there were male guests, from 12 am to 1 am, talking loudly to each other in the corridor, noisy no one can fall asleep, and finally the guests in other rooms came out to persuade. So since the sound insulation is very poor, I hope the hotel can do a good job of informing and persuading obligations. After all, many people live here are tired airport passengers.
WWang᳐xiaoxiaoxiaoxiaoxing᳐੭Come to Beijing to watch the concert + play, because the flight on Friday night, to Beijing is already 10 or 11 pm, from Daxing Airport to the city is quite far away, so I chose a nearby homestay.
You can pick up and drop off Daxing's flight, which is very good hahaha, just the driver rested, the boss came to pick us up, the service attitude is super good.
The room is quite big, except that the bathroom is a bit slow, the water is easy to overflow to the washbasin location, other experiences are very good. Very good value for money! Recommended ~
GGuest UserI often come to this hotel. The room is clean, warm, and not cold. It is very comfortable to live in. The overall service attitude of the hotel is very good, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. The hotel also has robot delivery, and provides free coffee and moxibustion. I often come here on business trips, and the transportation nearby is convenient. I am sure of this hotel!
EEyumiiiiThe location of the homestay is not far from the city. The boss contacted the group one day in advance.
Butler service is awesome, prepared a carbon stove
Breakfast for the next day did not get up and sent it again.
Service is superb 👍🏻
