The hotel was extremely clean and helpful with putting our luggage into our room. The front reception has lots of little snacks, water, fruit juice, tea and fruit that you can take whenever you want! An added bonus was that they have a free laundry room which really helps with the hot whether during our stay. We got to leave our luggage in the hotel on our last day which helped us with be able to see Beijing for the last day, free of cost. I definitely recommend staying here. The only con I can think of is the fact that there aren’t any convenience stores near this hotel, however we couldn’t really see many in general in Beijing. M

For our family trip to Beijing with the kids, choosing Orange Crystal Hotel in Sanlitun Taikoo Li was a perfect hit, meeting all our needs: location, cleanliness, family-friendly details, and service were all top-notch. Everyone in the family was happy! 📍 The location is absolutely fantastic: The hotel is right next to Tuanjiehu subway station (lines 3/10), just a 5-minute walk directly to the Taikoo Li commercial district, making it super convenient for browsing trendy shops and dining at popular restaurants. Buses right outside the hotel go directly to the Forbidden City, Wangfujing, and Tiananmen Square, so there's no need for long taxi rides with seniors and kids. Despite being in the bustling Sanlitun area, the hotel's high floors provide excellent soundproofing, so no matter how lively the commercial street outside gets, the room remains perfectly quiet. The 65-inch TV supports screen mirroring from phones, so kids can relax and watch cartoons in the evening. Minibar mineral water, coffee, and tea bags are replenished daily for free, which is both thoughtful and hassle-free. The hotel is equipped with Tsinghua acoustic soundproofing, so closing the door completely blocks out street noise, ensuring the kids sleep undisturbed. Service is gentle and professional: The staff were patient and enthusiastic throughout, proactively recommending nearby family-friendly spots and sightseeing routes. They were always responsive to our needs, never intrusive but always there when called upon. The overall luxurious and quiet environment, free from noisy crowds, provided a much better experience for our elderly and young family members than other hotels in the same area. Next time our family comes to Sanlitun Beijing, we will definitely stay here again. I sincerely recommend it to all families traveling with children.

The location is excellent, and the surroundings are quiet, not noisy at all. The hotel's environment and cleanliness are well-maintained; both the corridors and rooms are clean and fresh. The room space is adequate, and the furniture and appliances are in good working order. Hot water comes quickly, and the air conditioning works perfectly for both heating and cooling. The bed is comfortable to sleep in, and the facilities are comprehensive and sufficient. The room facilities are new, not old or run-down. Overall, it was a reassuring and comfortable stay.

This was our first trip to Beijing with the kids, and we chose the Family Suite at Sofitel Beijing. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Jianguomen subway station, making it super convenient to transfer between Line 1 and Line 2. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly attentive. Seeing that we had two children, they kindly offered complimentary breakfast for them and made every effort to accommodate our requests regarding our stay. The room itself was spacious, 80 square meters, featuring a 1.8m king-size bed and a 1.6m sofa bed. It also had a dining area with a round table and a separate relaxation area with a small coffee table. The bathroom boasted a massive circular bathtub, which the kids absolutely loved! The housekeeping staff, Zhou Xiuling, Su Nannan, and their supervisor Feng Jun, provided exceptional service. They replenished our amenities promptly and were very responsive to our needs. We'll definitely choose Sofitel Beijing again on our next visit!

Traveling to Beijing with my child this summer, and they picked this hotel, which turned out to be quite good. The room had bright windows that allowed for some fresh air. The bedding was also very comfortable; initially, the mattress was on the firm side, but the staff kindly flipped it to the softer side for us. The room was very clean, and the shower and toilet were separated, with no hair or stains anywhere. There's also a self-service laundry room. The service was excellent, always accommodating our requests. Overall, the environment is quiet and comfortable, perfect for a short stopover.

The hotel's overall ambiance is stylish and comfortable, with direct views of the CCTV Tower from the window, offering great CBD cityscapes. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and handled check-in efficiently and patiently, providing a perfect service experience. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy, with a well-organized layout, making for a very comfortable stay. The only minor downside was the breakfast area; service was a bit slow during meals. I hope the restaurant service can improve in the future. Overall, it's still excellent, especially the front desk attendant who was gentle and professional, handled procedures quickly, and responded promptly to any requests. Housekeeping cleaned the room meticulously every day, even the corners were spotless, and amenities were neatly arranged. It's a very comfortable place to stay, making it my top choice for business trips or vacations.

We chose Beijing for our high school graduation trip, and stayed at this hotel for five nights out of our six-day journey. Since it was before the peak summer season, the price was quite reasonable, and the overall experience was very smooth! The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. I didn't experience any skin discomfort during our five-night stay (though this can vary for different people). The robot delivery for takeout was prompt and convenient; no need to go downstairs. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. It wasn't just generic pre-made food; the dishes were fresh. We stayed in a twin room. The room had good natural light, and the window size was appropriate. Some rooms seemed to face office buildings, while others faced the road, but overall it was quiet. The air conditioning made a slight noise, but it didn't significantly affect our sleep. The laundry room on the second floor was well-equipped with washing, drying, and steam ironing facilities. You could do it yourself or leave your laundry card for staff to assist. Also, we requested room cleaning every day after we left. Coming back in the evening to a tidy room was a pleasant feeling, and they never moved our luggage around. Issues were resolved promptly. One evening, our key card wouldn't open the door, and someone came upstairs to fix it very quickly. Additionally, opposite the front desk on the first floor, there's a coffee machine, ice dispenser, small fridge, and lemon water, all with disposable cups provided – very convenient. There are many shopping malls near the hotel. Across the street is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. A bit further is a mall called 'Saite +' (赛特+), which isn't huge but has everything you need, making it quite practical for daily life. If you don't want to go too far but want to eat at a restaurant, you can check the food establishments on the map in advance. The subway is about 600 meters away, I think? There's a shared bike parking spot right downstairs, so you can cycle if you don't want to walk. Plus, the subway is Line 1, which makes it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Mixue Bingcheng (蜜雪冰城) nearby~ For taxis, the pick-up point is directly at the hotel entrance, so it's easy to find.

Every time I come to Beijing, I stay at Atour, and this Atour location near Guomao (CBD) is excellent. The soundproofing is good, and the service is exceptional. A big thank you to employee #1! First, they upgraded my room for two nights free of charge during check-in. When I checked out, I had a lot of luggage and it was hard to manage, so they helped me carry it all the way to the taxi. Later, I realized I had left a valuable item in my room and returned to the hotel, and they accompanied me back up to find it. They were incredibly patient and provided outstanding service.
