"The location is very good, even on foot you're close to some main attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we appreciated the free water, tea, and coffee in the lobby. Our room had two single beds and, although not mentioned beforehand, we were pleased to find that it included a private bathroom. Towels were also provided.
However, the bathroom had no shower gel or soap at all. The room was meant to have underfloor heating, but we were cold for two nights due to a draught from the balcony door; only the last night was warm, and there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. The beds creaked loudly with even the smallest movement. Finally, entering the room with the key card was surprisingly difficult — sometimes it took 2–4 minutes for the door to read the card, even after replacing it."

"The hotel location is superb and really worth its value. The staff are also excellent with their services.
Few observations for the management:
The pillows are too soft and not all travellers like soft pillows. This didn't allow me to enjoy my sleep at all. There should be an option to choose between hard and soft pillows just the way options are given between two beds or large for the queen's room.
Secondly, there should be a chair where customers can sit and relax their backs when lodging. I was forced to sit in the bed throughout when I wanted to relax and study. So many hotels like Intercity hotel have chairs in their rooms for customers."

"The hotel's decor and facilities feel a bit dated, giving it the vibe of an old local establishment. The room was very spacious, more than enough for two people, and the bathroom was also large, though the sink was quite high – perhaps for taller Europeans. There's complimentary water in the room, but it's only replenished when the room is serviced. You need to hang the 'Please Clean' sign on the door if you want housekeeping. We stayed for 4 nights and our room was only cleaned twice, providing only two bottles of water, as we didn't realize we had to hang the sign for cleaning. The hotel has convenient parking for 30 Euros/day. The front desk service was excellent, very warm and attentive, and communication in English was easy. The hotel's location is superb, with an Asian supermarket, Chinese restaurants, local eateries, and Italian restaurants nearby, along with many shopping malls and a 24-hour McDonald's. There was also a Christmas market. It's not far from attractions; a 9.5 km walk will get you to the TV Tower, Museum Island, etc. Driving is also an option, but parking near the attractions is difficult. Overall, I'm very satisfied!"

"Overall, it was a great stay. The location is super convenient; bus 248 is right outside, and it's just a 2-minute walk to the U2 Spittelmarkt station. Taxis are always available downstairs, and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby. If you're visiting Berlin, it's also very close to the main attractions.
We went around Christmas, and the hotel atmosphere was lovely. The only minor issue was finding a bit of trash under the table on our check-in day, but the front desk was fantastic and quickly resolved the problem. Thumbs up for them! 👍
All in all, it was a wonderful experience!"
