House keeping carried out if you require it but reception needs to be informed daily. This is becoming normal practice here and other hotels. Only negative there is no fridge which is unusual for a hotel of this grading"

"have high expectation of hilton ad high stars chain hotel of the worldwide 1. The Room table beside the bed was not clean as expexted. can easily to see the staub under the folie 2. on the entrance door has so many sctrach and see finger print of the door bar, the door of the minibar was broken and obviously to see it is not match to the door and how it can happen as in hilton) 3. no free bottle water ( at least 2 bottles water as standar welcome water to show the difference as other low star hotels) i have to pay 12euro for two bottles of water which we took. which is crazy with the high cost of high stars wordwide chain hotel. 4. the park haus entrance is two narrow. with big cars are really difficult to drive in without damage on the top have to pay the park as guest of hilton. 5. the recieption service not so friendly as expected . do not feel wellcome and try to help resolve customer's concerns ( specially when we try to clarify the water in the mini bar) the staff mentioned that actually he can help to move the water out of the check out list but since we ask why it was chaged 14 euro instead of the 12euro. he mentioned now he can not help and have to change 12 now. actually was mistake from him charged wrong ad 14, we just try to clarify, why he need to say like that??) anyway wad just 12 Euro but very bad customer experience. sorry to say that. was only one night but already enough for us to say Hilton in Berlin is different as in Beijing as we experience but should have same standard with all stuff"

"I experienced severe but subtle racial discrimination at the front desk. On my first day, the young man at the front desk looked at me with disbelief. When I said "Good evening, sir," he didn't respond, seemingly not believing that a Chinese person would stay in a hotel like theirs. However, I politely checked in anyway and let it go. What was infuriating was that the next day, when I went to the front desk to ask for a bar of soap and a shaving kit, another white man there gave me a disdainful look, as if I were a beggar. He didn't move, just made me wait, and pretended to be busy as he rewrote the words on a form before slowly going to get them for me. I said "thank you," and he didn't even look at me, just said "very well." This is typical German racism—ignoring Chinese people, making you wait in line for ages, and then not even giving you a second glance. When I said "Good afternoon," he didn't reply at all, just stared at me. Racial discrimination is the most intolerable thing when traveling abroad. The hotel itself was indeed luxurious, with large rooms in a good location, a grand entrance, and convenient transportation; there were many restaurants and train stations nearby. However, the air conditioning in the room was weak; even at maximum setting, it didn't feel effective. Adding to the problem was the racial discrimination. Soap and razors should have been provided in the room, but since they weren't, I went to the front desk to ask for them, only to be met with classic German-style discrimination. The young white man at the front desk didn't even believe a Chinese person could be a guest at his hotel. Those who don't care about racial discrimination can come and stay."
