Decent and new hotel located at the edge of Neukölln. Easy access to U7 which can get you into many parts of Berlin. Some rooms faces the street which meant we had to keep our curtains drawn all the time. Rooms were clean and well equipped too, would appreciate more hooks in the bathroom and lights in the wardrobe

The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to Berlin Haufbanhoft and convenient for travellers who are travelling by train.
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff and I was attended by Esmet who was friendly as helpful. Room was large, clean, air conditioning good and water pressure strong. Bed was comfortable too.
You can walk to Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag in 10 minutes and if you are game for walking around, you can reach Berlin Cathedral, Potsdamer Platz and Checkpoint Charlie around 45 minutes. Take a slow walk and enjoy sightseeing Berlin's great historical architecture. I took the walk and the weather was cool at 12°C and I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery.
Will return to stay at Intercity Berlin Haufbanhoft when I travel to Berlin.

It was good for the price I paid.
There was a firealarm twice during my one-week-stay.
You can go there, it’s not too bad. I never saw another person in the shared bathroom for instance.
The reception is nice but the coffee small for its price. While you can hear in your room everything that is happening in front of it, I never had enough people on my floor to find it too disturbing. It’s a big building.
What I really liked was the cozy room, the desk, the arrangement of the light and the sink. I felt at home in the private space.

This hotel is a little far from the city central. But the tranport is convenient and I would like to strongly recommend the Kebab just opposite this hotel. It is cheap and very delicious. You can take it back to the hotel bar next to the reception with a free drink. That is wonderful :)

I traveled through the Balkans, Germany, and the Czech Republic. But this hotel was truly shocking. The size was decent and the location was good. The room was also clean. However, there was absolutely nothing in it. No electric kettle, no cups, no refrigerator. Out of all the places I’ve stayed during my travels, I’ve never encountered a room with so little.
That hotel left such an impression that I started checking for a fridge every single time I booked a room. Luckily, I never ran into that problem again.

Loved the hotel, location is perfect in the *** area, the staff was super nice and sweet! The room is cool, bathroom could use some better products, the soap bar feels super cheap and so does the shampoo and conditioner.
The red bathroom wall is very nice and gives a vibe to the shower.

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

GGuest UserLocation is a little far out depending on what sights you wish to see. However, the city has amazing initiatives such as bikes, scooters and mopeds which you can rent for a low price to get around the city. Easy to make an account and start travelling around on either, often they are nearby the hotel. Obviously they have great transportation links like bus, tram and train too. The Warschnauzer StraB is the closest train station to the hotel which is around a 15 minute walk so super convenient, although we found the train maps a little tricky to understand so heavily relied on Google Maps to tell us which trains to use.
The service and cleanliness of the hotel is great, we had no issues what so ever. Overall, the towels, bedding, bathroom and bedroom was spotless. Nothing to complain or comment on negatively. We didn’t use room service, the continental breakfast additional option or bar downstairs so unable to comment on those. But staff are very friendly and helpful.
Amenities are fab, the fitness centre has a gym which is larger than most hotel gyms, super handy with plenty of variety of machines. Like a downside commercial gym with generic machines. Handy free shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps and shower gel in large containers. Again, this is the only amenities we used so unable to comment on other things.
Overall lovely very quirky hotel with lots of charm. Would certainly recommend to others as we are very happy with our stay and would be happy to stay at other Nhows.

DDoreen TeuchertI have stayed several times at this Hilton hotel. The location is great, with plenty of parking all around if you want to avoid the hotel parking charges. The rooms are basic but very comfortable. I always request a courtyard room, as this is more quiet. Breakfast is mainly organic produce, not overly extravagant but enough to not get bored eating the same breakfast every day. The staff is generally very helpful. I do find the receptionists a little abrupt especially when checking in and it seems to be very random who gets a cookie upon check-in.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, and transportation is the biggest plus. The light rail and subway are right in front of the hotel and very close to the city center. The single room I booked was an attic room with a sloping roof and an area of less than 15 square meters. It was a little cramped and depressing when I checked in.
The front desk service is good, professional and enthusiastic. The room price is more than 900 per night. I feel that the price/performance ratio is not high. If I come to Berlin again, I probably won't stay here again.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, and it is a very clean hotel. I am very satisfied. There is no kettle, but there is a water dispenser in the hallway, so you can easily get hot water. I highly recommend it. I will stay here again when I go to Berlin.

MMosixiyanuo-shenganjiluoqiuruiThe service attitude is good, clean and hygienic. It seems that they helped to upgrade the room type for free. But I don't know why the water in the bathroom is green. I don't know if this is a common phenomenon in Germany. I told the front desk to change a room. The location is right at the subway station. It may take more than 20 minutes to walk to the general attractions.

MMarius17The accomodation has not the best location but is quiet and tram station is right in front.
Reception services were good and could stay in lobby kitchen before check in time.
The room had oven, fridges, sink and the bathroom and shower is common.
The surprise was that there was also a tv.
The breakfast has not many vegan options as announced but it was quite good and is taken outside where is also garden.
