JijirulvLEENVery good hotel, worth writing a long review
🩵Service: The hotel has self-check-in. After booking, you will be sent an email to fill in some contact information. I gave my previous mobile phone number in the UK so that we can contact each other through WhatsApp without any problems. We landed in Berlin at 6:30 in the morning and arrived at the hotel at around 8:00. The hotel did not have a front desk, but the coffee shop of the same name downstairs also served as a front desk in a sense and could store luggage. Before arriving, the staff will ask about the arrival time and then give the password to enter the hotel (all are electronic locks that require password input). I originally wanted to store my luggage so early, but the room had already been cleaned up and the staff activated the password, so we picked it up and checked in. The staff is really nice, praise 👍
💜Environment: The hotel is located in the Charlottenburg residential area. I stayed in Berlin for five days and four nights and traveled around the east and west. In the end, I concluded that it is most comfortable to live in this area. It's quiet here, with less traffic and tourists, and good public security (this is very important). Transportation and life are very convenient. There are two large stations nearby (subway, light rail and train), all within a 15-minute walk. It only takes about ten minutes to reach Potsdam Square in the city center, which is very convenient. There are many small restaurants nearby, including Vietnamese restaurants, Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets, all within a ten-minute walk. Two streets away there is a place similar to the center of this area, with large shopping malls, supermarkets and many drugstores.
🩷Room facilities: The one-bedroom and one-living room apartment is very spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows with large tree views are very pleasant. The living room has a sofa, floor lamp, dining table, TV cabinet, TV, and B&O Bluetooth speaker. The kitchenette and washing machine are stored in the closet, and are equipped with a full set of tableware, kitchenware and a coffee machine. The washing machine is a washer-dryer, but it does not come with laundry detergent. It is recommended to bring some laundry balls with you, so we went to a nearby supermarket and bought some. The bathroom was clean and comfortable with both a shower and a bathtub. I think the bed in the room is about 1.6 meters long, which is quite spacious in Europe, and it is not crowded at all for two people to sleep on it.
All in all, it was a very, very good living experience. I felt like I was home every day after playing outside. It added a lot of beauty to this trip to Berlin. I don’t even want to go to the next city. 🥺 Next time I come to Berlin, I will choose Carlotta first. 👍 This money is well spent.

PokerSWThe room was spacious and new, and the location was super convenient. The staff were friendly, and the food was decent too. I was here for an academic conference, and the organization was very thoughtful. Highly recommended!

We stayed at NH Collection Berlin Mitte for two nights over the weekend. Overall, it’s a great value for a short trip. The location is excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (comfortable bed, great bathroom, TV).
The best part was the sauna included in the price — perfect after cold winter walks, and it’s open until 10 pm.
Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food.

I I had an unforgettable hotel experience. When I arrived, I tried to push the door open, but it was locked. There was no doorbell. Just as I was fretting over what to do, three groups of guests who had booked the same hotel tried to enter, but none of them could get in. Then one of the guests noticed a digital keypad and typed in the code from her email, but none of them could get in. Each of our groups tried their codes, but none of them could get in. As we were still fretting, the door suddenly opened, and a guest came out, allowing us all to enter. That guest explained that the hotel had emailed us a ten-digit start code and a four-digit comfort code. You had to enter the start code first, then the comfort code, to open the door. The other guests had both the start code and the comfort code, but my email only contained the comfort code. The kind guest checked my email and confirmed that it contained only the comfort code. He then called the hotel, and they said our reservation had been cancelled because we hadn't paid the city tax. However, I clearly saw on the check-in voucher that the €29.90 check-in fee was payable upon arrival. The staff member on the phone later said they would email us the payment and, after payment, gave us a new start code and comfort code. After payment, we finally got a room. However, upon checking in, I discovered it wasn't the Standard Studio with Balcony we'd booked, but a Standard Studio. I didn't want to call them again to complain about the mistake; I just wanted a comfortable room. The hotel's location is convenient, about a 5-minute walk from S train station, and the room was generally acceptable.

Guest UserHotel location is very good, in the shops on the Kurfürstendamm street - the front desk service is very good, but also upgraded the suite for us, the suite is very spacious and bright, although it is more than one hundred years old house, but the facilities are well maintained

**Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟**
Absolutely STUNNING views! Perfect spot for your Insta stories! The surroundings are so breathtaking you'll forget everything else... which might be exactly what they're hoping for! 😉
**Cleanliness: 🌟**
Room roulette! My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥
Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise
**Service: 🌟🌟**
”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪
WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

DavidMarquezIn terms of value for money, the hotel was absolutely unbeatable in my case. The only annoying thing was the newly implemented self-check-in and the impossibility of getting a room before 3:00 PM. Also, the iPad battery died at one point, so some guests couldn't check in or had to wait… but since this was still in its early stages, I didn't factor that into my rating. Therefore, a very, very good rating.

I stayed at Aparthotel Vega Berlin during my trip to Berlin.
At first, the building was a bit confusing to find, as it looks like it might be closed from the outside. However, there is a clear sign indicating the hotel, so you are in the right place. It is about a 15-minute walk from the nearest train station, which is manageable but not the most convenient if you have heavy luggage.
One thing to note is that access to the building requires a passcode, which was not provided in advance. I had to call the reception to get the code, which could be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals. The staircase inside the building is also quite narrow, so carrying large suitcases may be a bit challenging.
That said, the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped for the price. It had everything needed for a short stay, making it a practical and budget-friendly option.
Overall, despite a few inconveniences with access and the building layout, I had a decent stay. If I visit Berlin again, I would consider staying here again.
