Great Hotel to stay in Berlin / very centrall Rooms are great and super clean Walkwise you will reach Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain in about 10-15 Minutes Parking is convenient as well at the hotel

A really clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable and good, with lovely pillows and duvet. The rooms were tidy and had a large mini-bar. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and plenty of space. The hotel's location is excellent, close to restaurants and shopping. It's also a relatively short walk to the nearest metro station.

We stayed for four nights at the Sana Hotel in an apartment. The accommodation was very nice: clean, bright, and comfortable. The only downside was the hotel's wellness area (swimming pool, sauna, and hammam), which was unfortunately very difficult to enjoy. It quickly turns into what feels like a water park because many families come with their children and do not respect the rules. The children run, shout, dive, and jump into the pool, and the parents often do the same. It is impossible to enjoy this area, which is supposed to be peaceful and relaxing. Whether you're in the pool or lying on a sun lounger, you end up getting splashed every time someone jumps into the water. The rules are clearly displayed at the entrance to the wellness area, but there are no hotel staff present to ensure they are respected. The same applies to the rule stating that children are not allowed after 8:00 p.m. Unfortunately, there were children in the wellness area until 11:00 p.m. every evening during our stay. This is a real shame, as the wellness area is of little use if you are looking for peace and relaxation.

The room was nice and comfortable for business, but the location was further from Potsdamer Platz than I expected. Plus, there aren't enough streetlights around, so if you're coming from the station, you might have to walk through a pretty dark patch of woods.

We stayed at NH Collection Berlin Mitte for two nights over the weekend. Overall, it’s a great value for a short trip. The location is excellent and the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed (comfortable bed, great bathroom, TV). The best part was the sauna included in the price — perfect after cold winter walks, and it’s open until 10 pm. Two small downsides: we felt a slight draft from the balcony window (winter stay), and there was a faint “old” smell in the room. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning. We didn’t try breakfast, so can’t comment on food.

The room was super clean. The hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from a shopping mall and the train station. We tried ordering room service but we didn’t have a way to do it and when we called reception they basically told us to just look in the room for the menu. We only had a breakfast one. Other than that, everything else was awesome.

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte. The room is very clean & warm, the hotel staffs are very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was also great! They even let me use their gym/shower after the marathon even past the check out time, so thoughtful! I will highly recommend this place. Danka schön, Wyndham Garden Berlin Mitte! See you again.

**Location: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟** Absolutely STUNNING views! Perfect spot for your Insta stories! The surroundings are so breathtaking you'll forget everything else... which might be exactly what they're hoping for! 😉 **Cleanliness: 🌟** Room roulette! My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion

It is a nice hotel. The price for what you get is very good. Gym, pool and room all very good. Only thing that I did not like is that cleaning of room costs extra. They did not change any towels or empited our garbage bins during our stay (4 nights). If we wanted this, it would cost extra. Overall all good.
