Five star disappointment. They put us in a room in a back building then blocked our access to our room all week due to various events they had on the first floor. To get to our room we had to go up one set of stairs, walk an entire hallway, then take two more slow elevators. Very inconvenient and not a 5 star experience. I left a message of complaint with the manager and got no response. Very disappointed with this hotel experience.

Guest UserThis was a good hotel for our trip to Berlin. Its very close to the Potsdamer Platz station which has multiple connections via train and subway. Its one stop earlier than the Berlin Hbf on the train station from the airport. There are some good restaurants nearby including two Indian and Vapiano, an Italian chain - this branch has pizzas. We got a two double bed room. The room was clean, and the facilities felt new. Bed was slightly harder than I prefer, but acceptablle. Pillows had no smell. There was an ice machine on the 4th and 6th floors. Gym was acceptable -- its in the basement and is reached by a separate elevator.

Guest UserMy stay at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof was simply outstanding. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel that special blend of elegance, tranquility, and warmth that immediately makes you feel at home.
The rooms are stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail – spacious, incredibly clean, and equipped with every comfort imaginable. I was particularly impressed by how quiet it was despite the central location – a true luxury in Berlin.
The staff deserves special praise: attentive, professional, and always genuinely friendly. You don't feel like just one guest among many, but truly welcome and valued.
The breakfast is a real highlight – a wide selection, excellent quality, and everything beautifully presented. The spa and pool area also invites relaxation and perfectly completes the overall experience.
The location couldn't be better: central yet pleasantly quiet, with short distances to many sights and shopping opportunities.
In short: A hotel that impresses in every way and makes the stay something special. I will definitely be back.

The hotel's dinner and breakfast were great. The embassy area was also very quiet.

The hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before.
I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

@Danie1CWhat a great hotel! Staying in the first 2 months after opening has always been a risky endeavor in our travels, but the Hotel Luc has knocked it out of the park. Incredible service, beautiful artwork, delicious food - everything was perfectly executed to give us a great 3-night stay. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. I also had a great view of the neighboring square.
The attached restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner with fresh local food and great service. A champagne check-in always sets the right tone, and from there, every interaction with every staff member was fun, engaging, and helpful. They went above and beyond to the point where you start to feel a bit guilty as if you don’t deserve to be spoiled this way. But hey, who can complain about feeling like a Queen or a King for a few days!
Would definitely stay here again!

Guest UserThe facilities are new and the design is modern, with spacious rooms. Breakfast isn't the best, but it's decent. The location is superb; you can see the cathedral right from the balcony.

Anonymous UserLet's start with the positives: The location is excellent, right next to the U2 subway station and very close to the U6. If you have the Berlin WelcomeCard, getting around by subway and bus is super convenient and saves you a lot of walking. There's a Rewe supermarket across the street with a great selection of food, and their salad bar and hot food counter are both excellent.
Now for the negatives: The staff were arrogant and rude. I waited in line to check in for almost 20 minutes when a white man just walked up and stood next to the queue, not bothering to line up. After the person in front of me finished, I walked up to the front desk with him. He said the balding male staff member at the desk had called him over. I told the male receptionist that everyone was queuing and should be served in order, but he insisted he had called that specific white man. At this point, another front desk was free, so I didn't argue and moved to that one. This is where it got even more interesting. When I tried to pay the deposit in cash, the female receptionist said they don't accept cash. Isn't it illegal in any country to refuse legal tender? And who says everyone has a credit card? I didn't want any trouble, so I pulled out my credit card, but for some reason, it wouldn't go through. Finally, this female receptionist said her colleague could accept cash, and indeed, the colleague came over and took the money. But if I hadn't asked, they wouldn't have even given me a receipt.
For a hotel costing over 2,000 euros a night, they don't provide bottled water unless you're a Hilton Silver member or higher. The coffee is also terrible instant coffee, the worst among the four hotels I stayed at on this Europe trip. The facilities are old but reasonably well-maintained. In short, besides the location, there are no redeeming qualities.

Anonymous UserThe front desk staff were excellent and kindly upgraded me to a room with a kitchen. Since the hotel is newly opened, everything feels fresh and clean. The only downside is that the parking area is still an uneven dirt road, and the pillows were quite flat. Other than that, everything was great.

YIZHUOGood! Must be praised! With family members, four people, booked a two-bedroom, one-room family room, only taxed 700 yuan, went to Germany for four days! This hotel in Berlin is the best! The traffic is so convenient, the environment is good ~ the key is that the price is so good! Push!
