The location of the hotel is pleasing, it is a 6-minute walk from one of the major S-Bahn stations, Savignyplatz, where you will also find lovely cafes, bookshops, local supermarkets, resturants and bars. The neighbourhood is quiet, and people are friendly. One complaint I would have is tthat he escalator from the ground floor to the first floor (the reception is on first floor) is broken, and it could be quite confusing for travellers with bulky luggages and not knowing where to look for a lift.

The hotel service was excellent. We received our room card immediately upon arrival, turns out the front desk staff had prepared it for us in advance. The room came with a double breakfast, which was great value for money, and the breakfast spread was quite generous. The room itself was clean and spacious, definitely not cramped for two people, and it was cleaned daily. The hotel is conveniently located near a pedestrian street and shopping mall, making it easy to go shopping. There are plenty of dining options, so you won't have to worry about finding food. Getting to tourist attractions by taxi from the hotel's location is also very convenient. The price is definitely justified by this location.

The room facilities were good, and I was very satisfied with the luggage storage service. However, the newly carpeted hallway had a strong plastic smell that will likely take a long time to dissipate. I suggest the hotel keeps the area well-ventilated.

The front desk staff were exceptionally dedicated and very friendly. Luggage storage was free. The hotel was new and stylish; there was even music playing in the room upon entering. The location was excellent—quiet and safe at night, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Very clean hotel with excellent room facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and also great with kids – we felt completely comfortable. Would definitely come again.

Good location, large rooms. We have been to this hotel for many years, but unfortunately, this year, starting with the reception day, the smell of fried fish is terrible, like a cheap eatery. All the furniture in the room is worn out, the bed creaks a lot. For 5 stars - you need to ask for a dental kit at the reception, water-compliment put 1 small bottle for 2 people.

This hotel is excellent! The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, but everything else is perfect. I especially loved the artwork throughout the hotel; it creates a very relaxing atmosphere for travelers. I highly recommend it. There are also buses to the city, so transportation isn't too bad.

There was absolutely no service...they didn't even provide bottled water every day! The room I booked was completely different from what I expected.

If you are not a fans of “american horror movie” do not choose this hotel. Old building, many stairs and so noisy. You can even “cracking” sound when someone walking on the floor. But the location is very good and the toilet is clean 👌🏻

Music too loud at night, can’t sleep, we have three rooms in different floor, all hear loud music at the hotel bar/disco at night. If you looking for a quiet place, this is not the one. Also, they don’t give you complementary all the time.
