The rooms are generously sized at approximately 40 sqm, perfectly proportioned, with an interior executed to near perfection. The atmosphere is calm and composed, and the service is polished, discreet, and highly professional. Luxury hospitality is ultimately remembered less by rules than by judgment and generosity. When pricing or policies feel disproportionate, the moment lingers longer than the gesture itself—and guests inevitably carry that memory forward. A more flexible approach would have elevated an otherwise outstanding experience. An exceptional hotel overall, offering remarkable value within its category.

Absolutely amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is wonderful, and every detail makes the stay special. It was a pleasure to spend time here, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great hotel experience!

The hotel is surrounded by excellent amenities. It's a 10-minute walk to the zoo, and there are bus and subway stops right outside. The breakfast spread is generous, and both the gym and swimming facilities are well-equipped and complete. The front desk staff are welcoming and provide excellent customer service.

Love this hotel so much! It has the amenities we needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenette to cook. Clean and tidy. Room comes with smart tv and location is great! Walking distance to the Christmas market!

Dissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that ”renovation” meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside... The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge. All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money... Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then. Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.

This business trip was to go to the exhibition, because this hotel is the closest, so I chose their home, the first foreign hotel. The overall feeling is not bad, mainly close.

Ich habe gestern eine Nacht in diesem Hotel in Berlin verbracht und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich freundlich empfangen, alles lief schnell und unkompliziert. Genau so sollte es sein. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und angenehm ruhig, sodass ich richtig gut schlafen konnte. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass alles gepflegt und durchdacht wirkte, nichts war abgewohnt oder lieblos. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls top – gute Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden etwas dabei. Auch der Service war aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Lage ist ideal, man kommt schnell überall hin, egal ob geschäftlich oder privat unterwegs. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen.

The hand soap and shower gel were both unusable because they were broken and wouldn't dispense. The carpet on the floor was quite dirty, but everything else was fine.

Good hotel, reasonable, great location and attentive staff. Breakfast is very generous, so pay for that. room was small, but had a desk and full bathroom and double bed, what else could you ask for. View was a parking lot but it also meant that it was quiet. Hot water pressure and internet speed were both good. Bathroom showed its age a little, but was fine.

Room was OK. Clean at first glance, but otherwise so-so (e.g. completely dusty under the bed, shower head very calcified, unpleasant smell from the bathroom). Very small, you had hardly any room to move around and not in the bathroom anyway, so not suitable for tall people. Overall, it was OK for the price. Definitely suitable for a party holiday in Berlin, less so for a couples holiday. We didn't eat the food.
