5-Star Hotels in Queensland, Australia

A brand new hotel with spacious, very clean rooms and excellent facilities. It boasts a fantastic location, right near Surfer's Paradise, and there's a train station nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. The only minor downside was that parking required a two-minute walk, as it wasn't directly in the hotel's underground garage. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Gold Coast.

✨ Luxurious Rooms– Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the Surfers Paradise skyline. The signature Langham Blissful Bed was so comfortable, we slept like royalty. 🍽️ Exceptional Dining– Akoya Restaurant delivered an unforgettable culinary experience, with fresh seafood and impeccable service. The high tea at The Palm Court was a highlight—delicate pastries and premium teas in a sophisticated setting. 🌿 Tranquil Pool & Spa – The Chuan Spa was a sanctuary of relaxation, and the lagoon-style pool (with private cabanas) felt like a hidden paradise.

We stayed in the hotel for three days（7/7-7/10）. On the first day, no one came to clean the room. We thought we needed to notify the service counter to arrange cleaning. On the second day, we used the ”cleaning notification” button on the phone in the morning, but no one came to clean the next day. On the third day, we reported it to the service counter in the morning, and they said they would arrange for a cleaning staff. As a result, when we returned to the room on the third night, we found that it was still not cleaned (this was the first time we were deceived). So we called the service counter again, hoping that at least they could change the bath towels for us to use. The service counter staff replied that they would ask someone to bring us clean bath towels, but they did not keep their promise in the end. We were deceived again.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was spacious and cozy, and the location was fantastic for dining, shopping, and getting around. It was surprisingly quiet with virtually no noise, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Unfortunately, the price for the second night increased significantly, forcing me to switch hotels. Despite that, I would absolutely consider staying here again!

Hotel centrally located at Surfer Paradise,very convenient. Hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast is fantastic. Laundry facilities at the apartment was excellent. Hotel staffs at reception was helpful.

The apartment is large, with a swimming pool, furniture/kitchenware is all available, very suitable for vacation, there is a beach next to it. The check in grandfather was very friendly and had a good attitude, and helped us catch the gecko.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with superb views! There are plenty of diverse restaurants, a supermarket, and a tram stop nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The room was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The service was great, let us check in 5hrs early due to cyclone. Then extended our stay with no problems. Thank you to Cian, so helpful and a delight to talk to. Beautiful place to stay and very welcoming.

Excellent hotel with good front desk service. The hotel is on the mountain and you have to walk up and it will be tiring. But you can see the white parrot!
