lovely views and a contemporary aesthetic. lots of parking spaces. I enjoy that it's not crowded. The food was good. The Asian staff was polite and made an effort to provide a customer-focused attitude. The majority of the workers are backpackers, so they are not particularly formal—they don't smile or greet others, they just stand and talk—and the place doesn't look like a five-star hotel. There was still hair on the floor and the room was a little dusty . Nothing special, simply an overnight stay.
Beautiful big room, quite a walking distance from the city though. But great hotel with loads of amenities like teas, coffees, refreshers and complimentary water. Overall great big room definitely worth for its price.

When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, there was only a concierge, no one at the front desk, and we needed the concierge to call the front desk to help us check in. The concierge service was commendable, but when I entered the room, I found that there was no amenity or mineral water, and I was even angry that there was no bottled water in the minibar. This is completely different from my experience at The Star and The Darling in Gold Coast and Sydney! The Star in Brisbane has a long way to go to become a good hotel!
Very nice hotel with great amenities and really nice to actually be able to cook dinner in the room, with an oven and everything. All for a very reasonable price comparatively.
Would stay again for sure.
We absolutely adored our stay here! Amazing location - right by the train station and the ferry port and southbank is such a great spot with the bars, restaurants and beach by the river. The hotel was stunning with beautiful rooftop pool and decor throughout our room and main areas. We were just sad it was only 1 night! We didn’t want to leave. All the staff were amazing and food and drinks were delicious!
I was shocked to see how outdated the room was with broken furniture, the toilet has no door and not enough lights, breakfast was good, pool area was beautiful, the best thing about the hotel was the luxurious lobby. I won’t consider staying here again
Amazing motel with great beach views and awesome location close to everything in Surfers Paradise. Me and my family loved it and would definitely book again!
Environment: Very comfortable, by the beach, the overall style is typical of Sheraton Resort Hotel, you can refer to Sheraton Sanya, which is basically the same. There are palm trees and a big tree on the path from the hotel to the beach, which is very photogenic.
Hygiene: Very, very clean, impeccable.
Service: Marriott Hotel Group's service is also impeccable, it can be said to be comprehensive and comprehensive.
Facilities: The breakfast restaurant is great, with both scenery and delicious food; the swimming pool is open from sunrise to sunset, and there are bath towels and other service supplies by the pool, which is very meticulous.
The only drawback is that the hotel is a little far from Surfers Paradise, it is an independent existence, relatively not so lively and convenient. But there are many restaurants in the mall across the overpass from the hotel, and the products are very good.
The Langham Hotel Jewel Residence in Surfers Paradise is the Gold Coast’s fancy pants option, tucked into the shiny Three Jewel towers. This 5-star spot has rooms and residences so nice you’ll feel underdressed in your own pajamas—think marble bathrooms and views that could star in a postcard. Dining’s a treat with fresh seafood and an afternoon tea that’s basically a posh snack attack. The pool’s a chill oasis, perfect for pretending you’re a VIP (or Movie Stars, we literally saw Luke Evans walked passed us..) , and the spa’s a solid “yes, please.” It’s steps from the beach and the buzz, but it’ll cost you, and the area can get rowdy. Still, for a swanky escape, it’s a cracker of a choice! ;)

The hotel is very nice, and the location is perfect near the beach, bars and restaurants. Breakfast was great too.
Pools and gym are a bit small but they’re nice and clean.

FFeixingdarenThe room layout is very good, suitable for family travel, there is a business district downstairs, and you can go to the supermarket to buy some ingredients to cook. It is no problem for a family of six to stay here, and the scenery outside the room is also OK. The disadvantage is that the cleaning is so-so. If you don't like Western breakfast, don't book it, because it is indeed a bit different from the taste of Asians.

PPrasadThis hotel is spectacular!!! Not enough words can express how beautiful it is. Every staff member made you individually feel welcomed and genuinely looked after. Each person always had a smile and genuinely wanted to help. For example Gina and Alex in the breakfast restaurant Critique were extremely helpful and at your service. Rahul at reception was helpful and explained all the hotel facilities. The maintenance manager was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The lagoon area made you feel as if you were in Bali, Phuket etc. To say it is spectacular is an understatement. For my entire stay, each staff member made my birthday extremely special, memorable and second to none ever experienced before. Thank you all the staff at JW.
YYEThe breakfast is good. The swimming pool is suitable for children. The location of the hotel is more convenient to find by car. We checked in after dark. The parking lot is free. Many parking spaces are right in front of the check-in point. Very convenient
KKathie PikeThe hotel was extremely customer friendly. We had booked an ocean view room and they initially did not put us in that. When we went to get it corrected, they not only put us in an oceanview room but also gave us free breakfast for two days. The staff was incredibly friendly. The location was super convenient.Overall was a fantastic stop.
GGuest UserThis booking is one of the rare ones I had serious dissatisfaction so I had to write a long review. First the information on the booking page is not fully transparent. We were only made aware that the 2 bedroom suite we booked does not offer daily room cleaning service. Cleaning service comes in only every 3 days of stay (so for 5 nights we stayed, the room was cleaned only once!) If this was well informed, I probably would not consider booking this room.
Second, the service was almost non-existent. When they said clean towels can be offered upon request, the towels were literally left on the table top immediate behind the front door. On the “clean day”, we were amazed to find toilet brush and bin left on the closed toilet bowl, ants were spotted near the sink, tissue boxes were not refilled, and pillow cases had clear sign of dirty marks.
Despite a 5-night stay, hotel didn’t allow any late check out beyond 12pm. Front desk insisted an hourly fee and different people were giving different fee rates. This was again confusing and disappointing.
Pls also note overnight parking is charged at $12 per night.
Breakfast offered at $28/pax had limited choices (basic international breakfast)
Other than above, the room is generally clean. We didn’t have a chance to explore other parts of the hotel so no comment on the amenities. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to the pier and good selection of food options.
ZZoran & Sharlene VekicGreat hotel right on the river
A little bit further away from centre of cbd but worth a little extra walk
Only negative is no free parking for guests
$49 is a bit steep when you are already paying top dollar for the room

HHoSylviaWe were granted early check in shortly before 12pm. Unfortunately due to some issues, I was given the keycard to a room that’s already occupied and the occupant slammed the door in my face when we opened the door. I assumed he was shocked too. Was quite upset and shocked and went down to the concierge. Thankfully they were able to give me another room and we were compensated with 2 days of breakfast as service recovery. That was much appreciated. Breakfast is amazing.

GGuest UserWe certainly enjoyed our ladies' Christmas Weekend away. The staff were absolutely fantastic from the day we checked in and the day we checked out. Food and services at the hotel was 5 star, rooms always clean and very comfortable beds too. We will definitely be returning again.
