I love strolling along the boardwalk, it's so relaxing! **Full of resort vibes**: My favorite is the outdoor pool with an artificial beach – sunshine, clear water, and sand, perfect for photos! There's also a safe shallow area for kids. **Breakfast recommendation**: The breakfast is extensive. You absolutely have to try sitting in the outdoor dining area, enjoying a delicious breakfast while overlooking the ocean. It's the perfect way to start your day energetically. **Thoughtful details**: The rooms are modern and minimalist, and the bedding is clean and comfortable. Overall, this is a luxury hotel that blends modern design with a tropical flair, suitable for both couples on a romantic getaway and families on vacation. Next time I'm in Cairns, I'll definitely choose Crystalbrook Riley again!

My stay at Meriton Suites Broadbeach on the Gold Coast far exceeded expectations. The location is superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to the white sandy beach, and conveniently close to the light rail station and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, making getting around, dining, and shopping incredibly easy. My high-floor unit featured a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window balcony directly overlooking the magnificent coastline. I could watch the sunrise over the ocean in the morning and enjoy the sunset with a sea breeze in the evening – the views were expansive and incredibly relaxing. The apartment has a complete home layout, with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo, which was very convenient for buying seafood and cooking ourselves. The room was clean and dry, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The complex offers two swimming pools, a gym, and a sauna, all surrounded by lush tropical greenery, creating a peaceful and serene environment. The 24-hour front desk service was attentive and thoughtful, and the WiFi was stable and fast. This place is perfect for both couples on holiday and families on a short stay, making it an excellent choice for accommodation on the Gold Coast. I will definitely prioritize booking here again on my next visit.

The Story Bridge is visible from the window, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Although a part of the Story Bridge view is obstructed, it's still worth choosing. The breakfast selection is rich and the taste is excellent.

Premium service is all about interconnected elements; if any link in the chain is weak, it negatively impacts the customer experience.

Towels? Maybe. Trash bins? Who knows. Soap? That’s a Tuesday-only luxury, apparently. One day the bed was made, but the sinks and mirrors clearly hadn’t been touched. Another day, they left their cleaning supplies in the bathroom—so at least some effort was made, I guess? The shower floor remained perpetually sandy, a charming little ecosystem of ants set up camp in our kitchenette, and the grand finale: we returned from a day exploring the stunning Daintree to find our room door left wide open. Thanks, housekeeping. Truly unforgettable. By day five I wasn’t even mad, I was invested. Was this performance art? Were we part of a social experiment? Is this how minimalism starts? So yeah, stunning hotel, flawless front desk, but housekeeping? Shithouse! Blinds are filthy in the rooms and no sheer curtains for day time privacy. Would I return? Maybe. But I’m bringing my own towels. And a mop.
