We arrived late at the train station and the host picked us up from the train station within 5 minutes time. We are so surprise of the pick up service provided and the host helped us to carry our luggages and fast check in process within 2 minutes by the host as she knew that we were tired. Room is clean with nice view and excellent facilities provided. Overall highly recommended to everyone.

This is my first positive review. I have stayed in many hotels and have always been too lazy to review them. However, good businesses must be encouraged and supported. First of all, it is very clean. In other words, the details are carefully considered, which guests can feel. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and snacks are given. The quilt and sheets are washed by the owner's mother. When I went to have breakfast in the morning, I kept asking her to eat more. The triple room we stayed in had a view of the snow-capped mountains through the window. It was a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. I won't say much, just look at the pictures.

We had a great stay at this hotel everything was just right. The location is very convenient, close to the train station and within walking distance to a Halal restaurant, which was perfect for us. What truly made our experience special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff were so kind and helpful, and even drop us off at the train station, which made our travel so much smoother. The proprietress of Xiyun is really really kind and nice. I arrived at the B&B at about 1 a.m. and called the proprietress to check in, but found out that I had booked the wrong date. I booked for June, and the check-in was on April 24th, and her rooms were full and they couldn't accommodate me. As a result, the proprietress took the trouble to take me to a nearby hotel. I was really touched by her behavior. I was a girl at the time, and it was the middle of the night, so I was quite helpless. In fact, under normal circumstances, if it was my fault for booking the wrong room, she could have ignored me, and it was the middle of the night, but she just found a place for me to stay first, and she didn't leave until I checked in at another hotel. I had booked this Hotel largely based on its reviews and location. What a really nice hotel this is. Its very close, 7 minutes or so walk from the high speed Lijiang Railway station. There are a lot of places nearby to eat ranging from a really good beef specialist restaurant to the far more expensive Mcdonalds. There are several convenience shops very nearby too. But the real reason for it being so good is the incredibly kind and helpful staff who honestly went out of their way to make my 5 day stay as good as they possibly could. The price charged for a room here seems far too low for the quality of room, convenience of location and genuinely wonderful service given by all working there.
