It was a pleasant experience. I got what I really needed.
I only stayed for 1 night and I spent the night at Room 306. The room is clean and neat. It’s not as spacious as I thought it would be, but for a solo traveler it’s just the right space.
At the lobby, it’s like a combination of cafe and library. Yes, they provide books to read.
I would love to stay here again in the future.
hotel location is good, view is ok.however hotel facilities are very far for the price 800.000 per room.in room provided electric kettle but no tea, coffee and sugar. the hot water in the bathroom on the living schedule starts at 5 o'clock, but until 6 o'clock the water is far from the word warm.the super duper elevator is small and only 1.the breakfast menu is limited, not suitable for the room price. Service is also lacking. You have to ask first to be given, such as mineral water, towels, foot mat on the 2nd day we have to ask for even though the mineral water is gone, towels and mats have been lifted. The sheets are not changed.. If maybe the price of the housing is not that, I still accept the minimum facilities, but this is a high price but the facilities are minimal. Because other hotels have fullbook, well, what can you do
Front desk n security guard are helpful. Normal room cleanliness condition, small room enough for 2 persons, a bit congested bathroom & toilet space. Cleaning trolley park beside room door for 2 days, eyesore everytime in and out from hotel room, this can be improved with management involvement.
It was a good experience. The room is just like how it’s shown in the pictures on the app. I was assigned to room 201. The room is quite small, but spacious enough for an adult. They provide television, a small desk and a small cupboard without hangers. I guess you may ask for them. There are 4 sockets as I remember it; one near the door, one near the TV, and the other two are by the bed. The wifi works well.
The bathroom is okay. The water runs well. The toilet flush works fine. They only provide a towel. There is a water tap near the bathroom door, but in this room the faucet is broken.
There is one small inconvenience though. The at the top of the room door, there’s only glass. So it’s visible from inside the room or from the outside. Nothing happened, though, but just in case you are considering some more privacy.
Overall, the service is good, the receptionists are friendly.
GGuest UserThis location is perfect! Stunning and looks onto the river. The rooms are spacious and very comfy, with mosquito nets to over the whole bed.
Service at reception was excellent and we were able to keep our luggage there over night for storage while we did an overnight jungle trek. (Highly recommended) I used Izoen, the guide, to help me organize everything needed for an enjoyable hike. Hafiz was also amazing and such a wonderful person to help when I didn’t feel well and took me to the pharmacy nearby. Very convenient, warm people and safe👌
There was just one thing I would have really liked. In the room there is no kettle and coffee/tea cups to make your own coffee and tea in the room. I think this could be a nice addition - since there are such beautiful balconies and porches to sit outside.
Also there was no shower gel or hand soap in shower area. But there was a hand soap by the sink.
Nnhi97we have a short stay here. the room is tidy and clean. for the price, the room was suprisingly nice and comfortable, its just there is no place to put your toiletries in the toilet. the room check in also a tad bit slow , would suggest to improve on that part. overall we have good stay here.
GGuest UserI booked a one-night stay in a room for one person. The room had an air-con but the hotel refused to give me the remote control device to turn it on. I did not know I had to book a different room to get the air-con working. I asked them repeatedly to upgrade and pay the difference in cash but they insisted not to allow an upgrade even though I had no upgrade option available in the Trip App. They wanted me to forgo the booking I did and book a room with an air-con at full price. I refused to waste the booking I did and they insisted not to take money and upgrade my room, so I ended up staying in an extremely hot room that night, which was unusually hot compared to the temperature outside. The room was very basic despite being big. No shampoo was available in the bathroom.
HHiro travelThis is a good inn. I stayed in a single room, a bus, a room with a toilet 80000. The inn was large and the inn was in contact with the lake, so it was good to swim every day. The downside is that there are many insects. The shower is shared and only water comes out. Nothing, it was really cold, it was noisy at night, and when I was sleeping, I fell on the roof of the totan, fruits, wood fruits, and there was a great roar.
but i recommend it.
AAnonymous UserWe stayed for 3 days 2 nites at 2 (side-by-side) superior bungalows. All bungalows have their own balconies & 2 rattan chairs + small coffee table. Perfect place to enjoy majestic view of the lake toba with your tea/coffee/snack. All rooms have fantastic lake view.
It was a very relaxing stay, you can swim in the lake or dip in the swimming pool. They served good food. My kids loved the pizza. The lady boss prepared the pizza from scratch ⭐❤️ and it tasted way better than pizza hut or domino's...We ordered thrice 👍
Clean rooms, with hot shower & modern toilets. We had great sleep with comfy beds & pillows. The staff were very helpful too. Highly recommended! Thanks Tuk Tuk Bungalows 🌹👍
GGuest UserPerfect for a short stay over! The room’s small but there’s space underneath to put your bags. It was very clean, the bed super comfortable, bathroom/shower good and the A/C added so much comfort. A bonus: we could use our Netflix here! The taxi service to the airport worked well and was easy to book (50 000 IDR for 2 people). Just the breakfast was so-so; coffee and tea great, but only toast + a choice of old butter / chocolate sprinkles / green matcha spread to put on. If that’s not your thing, better plan for a better breakfast!
ЕЕвгенийThe main problem is the lack of workspace in the room. There is a normal table only in the room where there is no window, but it smells terrible there due to the fact that there is no sunlight coming in (dampness and high humidity do their job). Therefore, under no circumstances stay in a room without a window.
Otherwise the hotel is decent. The staff is very responsive, they rush to help in any situation. Wi-Fi is normal.
Excellent restaurant on the ground floor at normal prices. This hotel is worth the money.
GGuest UserTerrible air quality. People smoke indoors, including one staff. I complained to one of them and he thought it’s not considered smoking indoors if the window is open. Scandalous how standards are low. Also complained to reception, who only had a look at the security camera but didn’t do anything.
Free breakfast is just toast with chocolate sprinkles, matcha spread or margarine.
Close to the airport so good for a 1 night stay if flying the next day.
