Here is suitable if you looking for hotel budget, good location and have the parking, the room size a bit small but worth the price you’re paid.
The staff are careless, they forget to activate the room card, once I reached the room the card unable to open I need to go down at reception again and activate the card, it was a bad experienced.

The price is ok and the room is very spacious can fit up to 4 regular-sized people. The receptionist that we met was a bit snobby, and we are not informed that they are going to clean the room when we left even when we did not put the sign to make-up the room. They did not sweep the floor clean though.
The Hotel has a excellent pool, go for sun tan in there, and near rhe receptuon area has a small shop can buy drinks and food, they have choices of Sandwish and rice or spegattis, also has the instant noodles.

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.
Brand new hotel, super clean, very good service staff, shady, the parking lot is a little less. At night, there is a barrier to the hotel door that day, it rained heavily. The security guard is sleeping well. Must dry the rain to go out to the barrier of the door to slide into the parking lot. Overall is very good.
Super clean, have slippers and everything you need, big room compared with the price you pay, 5 mins walk to the beach, restaurant nearby, quiet location just dogs barking 2 nights during my stay the rest is great, recommend and will cole back to stay again
I stay first floor bad oder from toilet but this hotel price has reasonable entry to hotel nearly dark in hotel have stray dog however next time maybe I stay again because price reasonable
We are a mixed couple (Chinese and UK).
The reception staff were very friendly upon check in. Our room was clean and modern. They provide water, shampoo, soap, body wash and a fridge, slippers, bath robe and a safe.
Location - the hotel is located a 10 min walk to the Park Market and Toshin Market and a 20 minutes walk to the fish market. It's about a 20 minutes walk to the beach. There's some little shops around the hotel, but be careful on the little back roads due to fast cars.
Breakfast - You have to make your breakfast selections on Check in, so you have to know in advance what you wish to eat and drink in the future. The coffee is nice, but the food is just a microwave wrap. It's fine for a breakfast.
The first night at the hotel was good, and we got a decent sleep. The second night, we arrived back, and there was a loud game of Mahjong or poker going on next door. The problem is, they put us in a room with a (locked) adjoining door. The door is not sound or light proof. This meant we could hear every word and clink of the gambling chips and had light shining in during the night. We said to reception, but this kept going on. It really puzzles me why they put us into an adjoining room. The next morning, the next door was open, and I saw it's a room without beds, so perhaps designed just as a games room (see last picture). It definitely made me a bit wary that if one of the players had a key, they could open the adjoining door to our room. Definitely avoid the rooms ending in 09 or 10 if you want to guarantee a good sleep. This isn't the fault of the lovely workers. it's a design problem/owners issue.

PPerce WilliamsThe room was way beyond expectation, very big , very clean, great kitchen had everything you could ever want and the breakfast was fabulous, very comfortable bed, great pool, l will definitely stay there again and the only problem was the pool closed too early and opened too late
GGuest UserWhile the location was a great deal, the rooms lacked some amenities. They did had shampoo when i wanted to take a shower after long travel but they refilled after a while. I did not like the dark colored bedsheets and pillow covers, as the room was feeling dull and dark. However, they changed it to white-colored on the next day. Overall, good experience if you can compromise on few things.
KKelvin uaeBetter to get Deluxe room if u want space with family.
Superior room is good for solo travelers or guys. No wardrobe area for girls.
Overall good stay.
Better if they give extra access key for families or friends visiting.
Ppiyawan singhGood services, best price and best environment. The location of hotel is near the walking street and lots of famous place which feel very convenient
GGuest UserLocated in the Venice Villa area of Pattaya, there are hot pot restaurants and supermarkets at the door, which is very convenient. It has an independent swimming pool, which is very beautiful. There are 4 bedrooms that are clean and tidy. The living room is large and the kitchen is also good. It is very convenient to cook by yourself. The main price is very cost-effective.
AAngelMoralesThe room is big enough for couple and with complete amenities inside the room. Thr pool is amazing though we didn't had the chance to use it. The hassle only was the check in, because the details wasn't complete about which tower or room no and floor. And can't understand English. But the location was great. Lots of street foods and bars and just in front of the beach. Easy access in everyday needs specially when you rent motorcycle it's more convenient for 300Batts a day. Wonderful experienced on my pre birthday celebration. Thank you.
GGuest UserService is great, just a short walk to the beach and near a lot of food shop.
However, there are only 2 power outlets in the room and one of them can not use then it took time to charge device for members of family
RRrahulReally good hotel, close to the Pattaya beach and other shops. 15 minutes walking from the Walking Street. Helpful staff and good cleaning, only minor issue was the room size. My room was ok for a single person. Also, there is no wardrobe for or a hook to hang clothes.
IIpBasically the price is possible but the management is too petty non-buffet breakfast 2 per set choose one is also good but the coffee or milk tea is only a small cup to add a cup to add money was a minor problem but this should be one of the hotel's services swimming pool The most ideal but this time I mistakenly settled in the A area room because to 2 beds next time must be right in the pool room is more ideal
