Although the hotel is old, the quality is good, the price is not expensive and breakfast is included. There are many green plants and a swimming pool. There are many children walking on weekends. The rooms are all pharmacy and the sound insulation is poor.
The hotel is large, divided into two parts, connected by a corridor. The room is also very large, there is a large conference hall, you can have a large meeting here. Surrounded by woods, there is a small lake, the environment is very good.
The hotel has been recently renovated, and the bathroom is new, but the water pressure is a bit low. The overall noise level isn't too bad. The front desk staff, a black woman, had an average service attitude. Check-in was significantly delayed because a tour group was ahead of me. The free shuttle only goes to the AirTrain station, so I had to take an Uber to the terminal because I was in a hurry.
The room is good and the health is very good. There are several hypermarkets around, there are big supermarkets, there are restaurants. The boss seems to be Chinese, and Mandarin speaks well. The hotel is right next to the overpass, and it is easy to find with the navigation.
Nice hotel for one or two nights.
Good value for money.
Breakfast is nice not WOW.
But one thing I don’t understand and it’s a huge disadvantage, Why are there no shading curtains?
At 6am you waking up because the sun is rising.
There are Mexican restaurants and Vietnamese noodle restaurants nearby. The portion of meat is very large. A bowl costs about 16-17 dollars. There are Japanese restaurants, Indian restaurants, and Korean restaurants. Hot water is available 24 hours a day. There is a park environment within 10 minutes by taxi. Very beautiful, there is a cherry blossom tree near the hotel, the falling cherry blossoms are colorful, the romance of spring is pink
The room is comfortable and clean, the facilities are complete, the overall environment is good, the breakfast is also very good, whether it is the front desk or the breakfast service staff are very polite, active and enthusiastic.

Very Good
王王The hotel is very good, one room and one living room with kitchen and dishwasher. Better than the hotel
CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.
Ssherj102This quick overnight trip was to celebrate the birthday of my husband. We like staying at this hotel as the amenities and the close proximity to everything on the boardwalk is exceptional. The staff was nice and our room was nice as well. We had no issues.

AAnonymous UserThe room design is quite comfortable, the bed is big, the overall hygiene is good, the air conditioner is an old-fashioned one, which is quite noisy. The hotel provides breakfast and dinner, and there are not many choices, but the taste is good. It is quite comfortable overall and a good choice for business trips.
MM42521****I thought I had booked an ordinary single room, but I didn't expect to stay in the governor's suite, which is next to the presidential suite. It has all the facilities and free airport shuttle. The front desk is very friendly and one of them speaks Chinese very well. The Medallion restaurant on the first floor has an elegant environment and the lobster steak chicken soup is worth a try.
GGuest UserThis is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It works out well for us because it is close to Newark liberty airport. There are a few places to eat around this hotel but not much. There is a very large mall within walking distance and it has a few restaurants in it as well. I'm talking IHOP, tgi Friday's and the like. As for the hotel, it's somewhat average but OK for at nights sleep prior to flying out, or just before a cruise. In our room, just like before, the USB ports at the bedside don't work, and the water pressure is fairly low. On this particular trip they even ran out of paper plates for the morning breakfast. I thought this was a easy fixable problem by just sending somebody to go buy some. It was somewhat inconvenient for the guests as they only had bowls for your eggs and sausage. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but I felt like somebody should have taken care of this. The coffee is good they have free transportation to the airport running on the quarter hour, 24 hours a day. When we stayed there prior to taking a cruise, they also provided transportation to the cruise port costing$36 per person. They also offer round trip transportation from the cruise port if needed.
Would we stay there again? Probably not. There are several other hotels that are right across the street and I think we'll give them a try next time.
GGuest UserI didn’t like the room because it was a conjoining and the other guest next to mine was very loud all night. Didn’t get any sleep. And also when I opened the closet it was a roach in there I killed it.
OOSAKAVery nice Hotel, which offers 24h free tee and coffee and free shuttle service to airport. The only minus point was the hair dryer in my room didn't work.
