3-Star Hotels in Yerevan, Armenia

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center! Modest breakfast, but you won't go hungry. Very nice and sweet girls at the reception, they will help you with everything they can! Minus - there is no soundproofing, very thin doors. Everything that happens on the stairs and at the reception is heard as if you were in your room, so I couldn't get enough sleep after the road. Had to use earplugs.

This is not my first time staying at this Alex hotel in Yerevan. Everything is fine. The room is clean. Clean bed linen, towels. I booked different rooms, the conditions correspond to the price. The rooms located in the main building have everything listed in the room description: 2 beds, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, shower, hair dryer, etc. The rooms located in the building (entrance from the yard) are simpler, but also correspond to the room description, there is no refrigerator, TV, but there are 2 beds, air conditioning (not in all), kettle, shower without hair dryer (you can ask for a hair dryer at the reception), if necessary, you can use the shared refrigerator at the reception. The rooms are simpler and the price is lower. So everyone will find a room for themselves according to their budget. The room can be booked with or without breakfast. Breakfast can be bought on site. Breakfast is a buffet, a variety of dishes. The hotel cafe is very cozy, a varied menu, you can have lunch, dinner. MIR cards are accepted for payment. At the reception they greet you warmly, with a smile. They help to solve any issues, they speak Russian. They help with the delivery of luggage to the room and back. From/to Zvartnots airport 20 minutes by taxi. The hotel is located not far from the city center, you can walk, the Ararat brandy factory is nearby. I recommend this hotel!

Very friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. The first room we got didn't have a curtain that fit, but the receptionist gave us an upgrade to a room where the curtains fit.

Didn't feel very clean. Stayed 2 days and left. The room was quite large, but there was no view; downstairs was a ruin. It felt spooky at night, and it seemed like someone was knocking on the door, but I didn't dare answer... in the middle of the night... who would dare?

Everything was clean and professional. The breakfast was wonderful, lots of dishes to choose from, you can choose anything. Room cleaning is also done very efficiently. The room is very quiet, good sound insulation, there were no problems with air conditioning, garbage or water. Thank you so much for a wonderful time.

Nice hotel centrally located not far from republic square (10 to 15 minutes walk). Breakfast is good with various choices. Rooms are small but equipped with almost all the utilities you need like fridge, electric cattle, hairdryer, safety deposit box, ironing board and iron. Also they provide free bottled water every day.

The hotel is not in the center, but it’s easy to get there by bus 26 or Yandex taxi for 150-200 rubles (payment in the app with any card). The room is large, new, clean. Everything is. The only thing missing is local lighting for comfort, and a view from the window of the landfill. I really liked the breakfast. The pool is not yet completed (pictured).

Great location, on a quiet street in the center. Large room, comfortable bed. There is a refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, robe, slippers. There is also a kitchen with a microwave and stove, you can make coffee. Shop around the corner. 24-hour reception. Very nice young guys work. Perhaps for someone it is critical - there is no elevator.

Great location just off north avenue.. A customer oriented team who agreed to give me the room early cuz simply it was available rather than asking for early check in money Small room of course but clean and adequate.. Didn't try breakfast but I tried their Terrace cafe and it was great..and it's 10% cheaper than North avenue hotel which is 20 meters away
