3-Star Hotels in Yerevan, Armenia

The person who invented the idea of paying almost 70% of my room rate to get a 4-hour early check in should be banned from the hotel industry!! Very disappointing to have the room ready yet refusing to make life easier on customers... Apart from that the hotel is in a great location and room is small but adequate... Breakfast is average as u would expect And apart from this early check in setback the staff was generally good but I don't think I will stay again cuz my flight arrives early most of the time and i don't like pointless waiting!!

It's located in the city center, so it's easy to get to anywhere. The front desk staff were very helpful. The shower water pressure was sometimes weak, but the temperature was comfortable. There was no shampoo, only body soap.

Great location just off north avenue.. A customer oriented team who agreed to give me the room early cuz simply it was available rather than asking for early check in money Small room of course but clean and adequate.. Didn't try breakfast but I tried their Terrace cafe and it was great..and it's 10% cheaper than North avenue hotel which is 20 meters away

The hotel is located in a residential apartment building. From what I observed, it's about 10 stories high, with floors 7-10 being the hotel, similar to a Chinese B&B. The reception is on the 7th floor, which was very quiet. The room was nice and had a balcony. The hoteliers were very attentive, sending a greeting email not only before check-in but also afterward. I appreciated the thoughtfulness! They strive to meet all guests' needs, allowing guests to cook and wash their own clothes. The breakfast was relatively simple but filling. Since my flight was early and the hotel didn't open until 8:00 AM, I only had breakfast (for my two-night stay) because I had to catch my flight. The hotel is in a great location, only about 800 meters from Republic Square.

I really liked the location of the hotel, we arrived late, check-in was convenient, communication via WhatsApp, all the amenities were present! Very close to all the beautiful places, the very center of the city! On the last day we contacted the owner and he offered to leave things in their office until the evening, which was very convenient, because we flew out late and checked out at 12, special thanks for that!

The biggest plus these apartments is the location. To the center a few minutes walk the place is quiet, for the night is the most. The room is a little ”obsolete” in the pictures.
