"Some of the pillows were very dirty, and some had obvious marks (I don't know if they were worn through or burned). The front desk staff were very friendly, upgraded our room, and even gave us fruit. However, the pillowcases in the upgraded room were torn, with a hole in them. The air conditioner was also broken; even though it was on cooling mode, the room was consistently very hot, leading us to believe there was underfloor heating. We couldn't sleep all night because it was so hot. We eventually guessed the cooling system was broken and slept with the window open. Although the price wasn't high, using such torn and dirty bedding really shows the hotel's concern. The sheets were also yellowed, which the housekeeping staff said was due to the lighting. I suggest the hotel change the lighting to avoid any misunderstandings."

The housekeeping was impeccable; the floors, tabletops, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The front desk staff were quick and welcoming during check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. Mineral water and toiletries were replenished daily, and clothes were tidied up. Any requests made by phone were attended to within minutes, very responsive.
