The landscape was green and so quiet. Beautiful garden around our rooms. Perfect for recharge our energy and refresh our soul and mind.

Its location is absolutely incredible – just a 5-minute walk to Puji Temple, and super convenient for getting to Xitian Scenic Area and the ferry terminal. The overall design exudes a serene Tang and Song dynasty Zen aesthetic, with a tranquil courtyard, tea room, and scripture-copying corner that instantly bring a sense of peace the moment you step inside. The ambiance is truly captivating ✨. The rooms are clean and tidy, with a warm and cozy wooden decor. The bedding is soft, and thoughtful touches like incense and scripture-copying books add to the attention to detail. The service is incredibly attentive, with a responsive concierge and warm, friendly staff. The vegetarian breakfast is exquisite and delicious. They also offer free scripture copying and evening prayer experiences, which are wonderfully soul-soothing after a day of seeking blessings. GGuest UserThe hotel's private shuttle parking is conveniently located next to the ticket center on the left-hand side after you arrive at the pier. When I booked, I was a bit worried about it being far from attractions, but my actual stay was fantastic. The hotel is right on the main road, making dining incredibly easy. You can walk a short distance to many places, so there's no need to worry about getting back late after dinner. For breakfast, you can enjoy a vegetarian buffet on the main road. Overall, I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, right across from Fayu Temple and the bus stop. If you're heading to Shancai Cave, I highly recommend this hotel. The room facilities are a bit dated, mostly wooden, but the hotel offers shuttle service. I slept pretty well, and the surrounding environment is nice. My room was on a quieter side with fewer guests, so there was less noise. I wouldn't recommend coming on the weekend due to the crowds; Friday is a better option. Definitely try the foot bath!

AAnonymous UserA very satisfying accommodation experience! The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's butler service. I would like to praise the butler Guo Yue by name. He would contact us one day in advance to ask about our needs, and then tell us about the weather, clothing and the situation on the island. Because we brought a lot of luggage, we also arranged a dock pick-up service. After we arrived, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic to help us with our luggage and gave us a bed fence. You can contact the butler for everything during your stay. Guo Yue always responded to us immediately. The service was very good 👍🏻. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was average. The hotel is right in front of the Fayu Temple pick-up point, which is very convenient to go anywhere. It is also very close to Qianbu Beach, just a few steps away.

The hotel's facilities are excellent, with spacious and elegant room layouts. The toiletries are high-quality, and the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, including lounge chairs and a scenic balcony. There's also a heated swimming pool and leisurely garden walking paths, offering suitable places for adults to relax and children to play.
The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. Rooms are meticulously cleaned daily, the bedding is soft and spotless, and there's no dust or odor in floor corners or bathrooms. Public areas are also constantly maintained, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay.
The hotel's location is superb, surrounded by lush greenery and exquisite garden landscapes. Step outside and you're greeted by a stunning sea view, with the sea breeze creating a wonderful ambiance. It's a peaceful and pleasant escape from the city hustle and bustle.
I especially want to commend Cara for her incredibly warm and attentive service. She made check-in and check-out super efficient and thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and dining guides. Her gentle and patient demeanor throughout made us feel very welcome.
The most convenient part is that there's no need to buy extra tickets to Dongsha Beach; you can simply enter with your ID, saving time and hassle.
Overall, from facilities, cleanliness, and environment to service, everything was flawless. It's truly the best choice for a beach vacation in Zhoushan and has already been added to my 'must-revisit' list.

Upon arrival, I immediately felt a strong sense of sincerity. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in efficiently without any delays. They patiently answered all my questions about travel and local attractions with a polite and friendly demeanor, making me feel comfortable as soon as I stepped into the hotel. The hotel's public areas were clean and tidy, with a simple yet elegant decor. The lighting was perfectly balanced, creating a warm and refined atmosphere. Whether in the lobby lounge or the corridors, everything was spotless, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The overall environment was quiet and pleasant, without any noisy disturbances, ensuring maximum comfort.
My room experience was equally great. The room was spacious and bright, with a practical layout. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and tidy, and the mattress had just the right firmness, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep without any discomfort. The room was well-equipped, with the air conditioning and bathroom facilities all functioning normally. The toiletries were of high quality, and the bathroom was clean, odor-free, with proper wet-dry separation. The cleaning staff did a thorough job, even cleaning every corner and crevice. Having such a peaceful resting space truly showed the hotel's dedication and professionalism in every detail.
The biggest surprise of my stay, and what I most want to highlight, was the hotel's Executive Lounge. The lounge had an elegant and private atmosphere with exquisite, high-quality decor. The expansive views from the window seats were lovely, and the overall vibe was quiet and therapeutic. It was perfect for relaxing, a quick work break, or chatting with friends. The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent. The afternoon tea offered a rich and refined selection, including desserts, fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The desserts were delicate and not overly sweet, and the drink options were diverse, far exceeding expectations.
The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level.
In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant.
This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends seeking quality accommodation.

JJunshengThis is probably the worst Shangri-La hotel I have ever experienced. Not only is the location bad, but there are no supporting facilities nearby. To get to the nearest seafood restaurant, you have to walk around the cultural center and sports park for 30 minutes. In addition, the breakfast selection is surprisingly limited and is not even as good as that of a three-star hotel.
