"The bed was super comfy, and they even provided two types of pillows, which were also great! We arrived late, past 11 PM, from Ningbo High-Speed Railway Station and hadn't had dinner. To my surprise, the hotel offered complimentary millet porridge. It was a thoughtful touch and hit the spot! The overall environment is really nice. It's also a quick taxi ride, about 8 RMB, to Wugongsi Pier."

"Huge thanks to the hotel for their incredibly attentive service during our stay, especially for going above and beyond for my child's birthday. They were always responsive and met our every request promptly. Although the hotel has been open for less than a year, and the breakfast service can feel a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, everything takes time to perfect, and you can really see how much effort everyone is putting in. On our last day, our return flight was delayed repeatedly, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to check out for free at 10 PM! You read that right, 10 PM! From noon until late evening, they essentially covered the cost of our airline's mistakes, and more importantly, ensured my family was as comfortable and rested as possible during that long, unreliable wait. Thank you again! ❤️ A special shout-out to the chicken porridge and scallion pancakes at breakfast – they were amazing!"

"Compared to the guesthouses in Zhujiajian that easily cost at least a thousand yuan per night, I highly recommend this place. The hotel is new and clean. I was traveling with my whole family, and the loft layout was perfect for a family trip. The hotel is close to Wugong Temple Wharf, which is very convenient for our trip to Putuo Mountain. It's easy to get to the wharf by taxi or car. The hotel offers free parking, but charging stations for electric vehicles are a bit limited. There's a watermelon stand right next to the parking lot, which was really convenient for buying watermelons on the way back. It's a bit far to Nansha Island; even driving without traffic takes about half an hour. However, it's close to restaurants in the city center, so I'm satisfied."

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"Highly recommend this hotel's smart sea view room! As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the smart facilities. The voice can control the whole house equipment and liberate my hands. The view of the room is absolutely amazing, facing the first-line sea view, the floor-to-ceiling windows are full of sea atmosphere, and the photos are beyond the film. Health is particularly in place, the corners are clean, and the quality of toiletries is online. The front desk service is warm, check-in and check-out are efficient, and the play guide is intimately informed. "The second stay stemmed from the good impression of breakfast at the first time of check-in, and the room rate was medium. This time I booked for two days. The next night, I sang with my cousin. I went back to the room a little later, about ten o'clock, and then took a bath. I encountered water cold, waited for a long time, and then I was still cold. Because of the late night, I had changed my clothes and called the repairman. It was inconvenient, but I had no choice but to bite my teeth and take a cold bath... When I washed on the second day, there was hot water, there was an emergency, and I didn’t complain. Directly retired the room. Summary: Hot water belongs to the infrastructure, this grade of hotel, this kind of problem should not occur."

"The hotel's location is great, very close to the ferry terminal, about a 10-yuan taxi ride. Ordering takeout is also very convenient. It's also super close to Putuoshan Airport, just a 7-minute Didi ride away. The hotel service is excellent as well; even though it's a guesthouse, the cleaning staff are very meticulous. It's a row of connected villas 🏠. The main advantage is the lovely environment. The only drawback is that if there are other guests in the same villa, the soundproofing isn't the best, but everything else is pretty good."
