"I chose the right hotel for my trip to Zhoushan this time. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and check-in was a breeze. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich with a wide variety of options. The executive lounge, in particular, has a wonderful ambiance. They even offered a complimentary cocktail and coffee. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit."

"I highly recommend the Westin Zhoushan Zhujiajian Resort! My stay this time was absolutely perfect 💯 Special thanks to Diana at the front desk! She was efficient and kind during check-in, patiently explained the hotel facilities and breakfast times, and even thoughtfully provided directions to Dongsha Beach. She answered all my questions patiently, offering professional and warm service. The hotel's location is excellent, with direct access to Dongsha Beach. The sea view room offers expansive views, and the balcony faces the ocean directly, allowing you to enjoy the sunrise from bed each morning. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The amenities are comprehensive, with an outdoor pool and a kids' club available. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety of options. The overall resort atmosphere is fantastic, suitable for both family trips and romantic getaways. It was a very pleasant trip, and I will definitely choose this place again when I visit Zhoushan. "This new hotel is great. Loved the location and the amenities, used the gym and laundry room during our stay. Breakfast options were nice as well. Front desk upgraded our room for us, the room was very spacious! Would stay here next time again!"

"We were quite apprehensive after seeing so many negative reviews, so we went in with a 'go with the flow' attitude. Our butler, No. 2, was incredibly helpful. Someone even met us specifically at the pier. They were always responsive to our needs. Since we had a baby, they prepared a baby cot for us in advance and kindly allowed us to extend our check-out time. The pier transfers were also very convenient; they helped us transport our luggage to the lobby as we had a lot with the baby. Overall, we weren't really dissatisfied with anything. The lady at the front desk, Chenxiang, was so lovely and lucky; the baby immediately went to her when she held out her arms! 😄 The portions at the restaurant were huge, which really surprised me! 🫶🏻 We didn't get to ride in the legendary pickup truck though! 😄 To be fair, the soundproofing isn't great, but after all the walking and prayers, we were so tired that we fell asleep instantly. So grateful!"

"Nestled against a mountain and overlooking a serene stream, this hotel offers a tranquil environment with excellent air quality, making it an ideal choice for Buddhist pilgrims. It's incredibly convenient for those visiting Puji Temple and the South Sea Guanyin, as both are within walking distance. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, and transportation to Mount Luojia, Mount Foding, and Fayu Temple is also easily accessible. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly service-oriented. The bedding is spotless and clean, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay."

"This was my first time staying at Ruyige, and the dock transfer was incredibly smooth. The hotel offers vegetarian meals all day, which makes it an excellent choice for those seeking a Buddhist-friendly environment. It's close to Puji Temple, with plenty of dining options nearby, and you can even order delivery from Guming. Overall, the service I received was commensurate with the price I paid, which is a definite plus. Now, I'll mention a few drawbacks for future guests. Firstly, everything is explicitly priced. From sodas and biscuits in the room to incense sticks, everything costs extra and isn't included in the room rate. If you don't want to pay extra, be aware of this. Even the calligraphy in the tea room isn't free, costing 98 yuan per hour. While it's not compulsory spending, having to pay for every little thing might not appeal to everyone. The wet and dry separation in our room was very poorly designed. The toilet room had an inward-opening wooden door, and I nearly hit my head getting up in the middle of the night. The light switch design was also inconvenient. If you turn off the main switch, you're left stumbling in the dark until you reach the toilet, where only a night light can be activated, and even that has a frustratingly short duration, leaving women to wash their hands in the dark after using the restroom. The water pressure at the bathroom sink was very low and didn't aim properly into the basin. On the brighter side, the hotel's complimentary travel photography service was enjoyable and a nice way to explore the hotel."

"My experience at the Sheraton Zhoushan Greentown Hotel was excellent! The hotel's location is superb, right next to a shopping district, which is a convenient 10-minute walk away. The surroundings are lovely, and the views are expansive. The guest rooms are clean and bright, and the housekeeping was meticulous. There's ample parking at the hotel, so driving here is stress-free. Xena at the front desk was very welcoming and proactive in introducing the hotel's facilities. The amenities are comprehensive, including a pool and a gym, making for a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! This hotel truly stands out with its excellent overall performance and hassle-free transportation. The entire environment is beautiful and grand, the public areas are clean and fresh, and the guest rooms are spotless. There's plenty of parking within the grounds, making it very convenient. With its complete facilities and attentive service, I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan."

"Choosing the Pullman Zhoushan for this trip was an excellent decision! The hotel boasts a prime beachfront location with stunning panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering incredible views of the sea and Mount Putuo right from your bed. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made check-in quick and seamless. The location is superb, close to seafood stalls and the Mount Putuo ferry terminal, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food. With a complete range of facilities including a swimming pool and a gym with sea views, my overall stay was perfect. I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Zhoushan!"

"We booked a sea-view family room, and the service was genuinely excellent. As soon as we got out of the car, someone helped us with our luggage and directed us to check-in. During check-in, they kept offering to upgrade us to a higher floor room with a better sea view, but because the upgraded room didn't have bunk beds, and my child really wanted to sleep on bunk beds, we didn't switch. After checking in, they also asked if it was convenient to add a butler. Adding the butler was incredibly helpful. Our room included breakfast for 2 adults and 2 children, but we were 3 adults and 1 child. Without a word, the butler immediately upgraded our breakfast to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child. She also gave great recommendations for travel questions and nearby restaurants and reminded us about breakfast times. It's a shame the weather wasn't good during our stay; it was cloudy the whole time, so we didn't get to see the sunset from the rooftop infinity pool. As for the water park, even though my child was over the 1.2m height requirement, there were still some rides he was a bit scared to try. However, the shows at both the water park and amusement park were very entertaining, and my child didn't want to leave. The staff member who helped us purchase additional tickets for these two parks was also very considerate, advising us on the most cost-effective way to do so. The service and environment are truly outstanding. If I visit Zhoushan again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice."

"Our stay and experience were excellent. We've traveled to many places with our 14-month-old, and our trip to Zhoushan was by far the most relaxing. The hotel has a large lawn where our child could play freely, and Dongsha Beach was also a hit with the little one. We had to take a shuttle to get to our room, but it was always on time, and our child loved riding it! 😄 The hotel also offered a complimentary travel photoshoot, which turned out great. Our child was very cooperative, and the photos were lovely. The only downside was that adding extra photos was a bit expensive, so we only picked three. It would be great if they could be more affordable in the future. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Zhoushan!!!"
