I went back to the room a little later, about ten o'clock, and then took a bath. I encountered water cold, waited for a long time, and then I was still cold. Because of the late night, I had changed my clothes and called the repairman. It was inconvenient, but I had no choice but to bite my teeth and take a cold bath... When I washed on the second day, there was hot water, there was an emergency, and I didn’t complain. Directly retired the room. Summary: Hot water belongs to the infrastructure, this grade of hotel, this kind of problem should not occur."

The room was spacious and bright, with a practical layout. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and tidy, and the mattress had just the right firmness, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep without any discomfort. The room was well-equipped, with the air conditioning and bathroom facilities all functioning normally. The toiletries were of high quality, and the bathroom was clean, odor-free, with proper wet-dry separation. The cleaning staff did a thorough job, even cleaning every corner and crevice. Having such a peaceful resting space truly showed the hotel's dedication and professionalism in every detail. The biggest surprise of my stay, and what I most want to highlight, was the hotel's Executive Lounge. The lounge had an elegant and private atmosphere with exquisite, high-quality decor. The expansive views from the window seats were lovely, and the overall vibe was quiet and therapeutic. It was perfect for relaxing, a quick work break, or chatting with friends. The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent. The afternoon tea offered a rich and refined selection, including desserts, fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The desserts were delicate and not overly sweet, and the drink options were diverse, far exceeding expectations. The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level. In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant. This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends seeking quality accommodation."

"I really have to praise the environment of this hotel! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, yet it's not noisy. The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. The interior design style is perfectly to my taste, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the cleanliness is exceptionally thorough – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The view from the window is also lovely, with an expansive vista that really brightens your mood in the morning. "Huge thanks to the hotel for their incredibly attentive service during our stay, especially for going above and beyond for my child's birthday. They were always responsive and met our every request promptly. Although the hotel has been open for less than a year, and the breakfast service can feel a bit overwhelmed when it's busy, everything takes time to perfect, and you can really see how much effort everyone is putting in. On our last day, our return flight was delayed repeatedly, and the entire hotel staff was incredibly understanding and accommodating, allowing us to check out for free at 10 PM! You read that right, 10 PM! From noon until late evening, they essentially covered the cost of our airline's mistakes, and more importantly, ensured my family was as comfortable and rested as possible during that long, unreliable wait. Thank you again! ❤️ A special shout-out to the chicken porridge and scallion pancakes at breakfast – they were amazing!"

"Service: Huge thanks to concierge Liu Changqiang for his service! 🙏🏻 I was in Putuoshan for three days and experienced ferry cancellations, rain, and flight delays. Xiao Liu provided attentive service, coordinating the hotel car and extending my check-out time. This really is a warm hotel with a personal touch. Room: The hygiene was excellent, no mold issues whatsoever. The central air conditioning provided plenty of heat, but due to a personal preference, I ended up asking Xiao Liu to bring me a fan. Complimentary Shuttle Service (Pier-Hotel Round Trip): The shuttle service was incredibly convenient with frequent runs. Just coordinate with Xiao Liu in advance, and they'll pick you up and drop you off right on time. Dining: The hotel's breakfast was quite simple, but there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that are both convenient and delicious."

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"The hotel interior is very new, with a high-end and atmospheric decor, making it an excellent choice for a family resort. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was quite spacious with an elegant and simple design. The bathtub came with disposable bath liners, and they were replenished automatically the next day. The bedding was clean and didn't feel damp despite being by the sea. A minor drawback was the lack of tissues in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Also, during cleaning, a hairball from the drain was left in a corner. The room was also a bit warm, as the air conditioning wasn't yet available during our stay. We went on a rainy weekend, but the amusement park still prepared many interactive mini-games and auction activities for guests in the evening. Although the large outdoor facilities weren't open, we had a lot of fun indoors. The water park was a bit smaller than expected, but the kids still had a great time. They even gave us ramen vouchers at night for a self-service ramen machine, which was a novel experience. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and there was even a dedicated butler service. Overall, the rating is very good. We come to Zhoushan every year, and this was the best overall stay experience. Oh, and the complimentary travel photography exceeded our expectations!"

"True to its five-star rating, the service here is absolutely top-notch. Eden at the front desk was fantastic and upgraded me to a partial sea view room, which had a lovely view. Every room comes with a balcony, and it was so relaxing just sitting out there. They even added an extra breakfast for us when they saw we had a child. From the moment we arrived at the hotel entrance until we got to our room, staff were on hand to help with our luggage. The hotel's location is also superb; it's just a few minutes' walk to Dongsha, and the gardens are beautiful. You can even see the sea from the lobby! While breakfast wasn't the absolute pinnacle of five-star dining, the variety was still pretty good."

"When you visit Mount Putuo, don't just focus on offering incense. Remember to set aside half a day for some photos. Pray beneath the Nanhai Guanyin statue, listen to the waves at Qianbu Beach, and let the red walls and yellow tiles frame your shots against the sea breeze. Whether you're in plain clothes or a monk's robe, you'll get great pictures. There's no need for elaborate poses; the curve of your fingers as you hold incense or the serene look in your eyes when you glance back, these are the most authentic expressions of Zen. This trip allows you to not only make wishes but also to capture a piece of yourself amidst the mountains and sea."
