"The second stay stemmed from the good impression of breakfast at the first time of check-in, and the room rate was medium. This time I booked for two days. The next night, I sang with my cousin. I went back to the room a little later, about ten o'clock, and then took a bath. I encountered water cold, waited for a long time, and then I was still cold. Because of the late night, I had changed my clothes and called the repairman. It was inconvenient, but I had no choice but to bite my teeth and take a cold bath... When I washed on the second day, there was hot water, there was an emergency, and I didn’t complain. Directly retired the room. Summary: Hot water belongs to the infrastructure, this grade of hotel, this kind of problem should not occur."

"This hotel is located in Lincheng, right next to Baolong Plaza, making dining very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable to stay in. The room view was excellent with plenty of sunlight. Whenever I saw a staff member, they would always greet me warmly. The housekeeping was impeccable; the floors, tabletops, and even the corners of the bathroom were spotless. The bedding was very soft, and both the pillows and duvet were comfortable, ensuring a sound and peaceful night's sleep. Judy's service was very attentive. The front desk staff were quick and welcoming during check-in, and patiently answered all my questions. Mineral water and toiletries were replenished daily, and clothes were tidied up. Any requests made by phone were attended to within minutes, very responsive. There was a wide variety of breakfast options, including breakfast delivery, local Zhoushan snacks, freshly baked bread, fruits, milk, and more – I had a hearty breakfast every day. It's an older hotel, but the facilities are very comprehensive. The gym and pool are excellent, with well-equipped machines for a great workout experience. There's also a huge children's playground that's safe and fun, keeping kids entertained for a long time. Visiting during the off-season offered great value for money. I will definitely come back again."

"I really have to praise the environment of this hotel! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation nearby, yet it's not noisy. The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. The interior design style is perfectly to my taste, the furniture is neatly arranged, and the cleanliness is exceptionally thorough – not a speck of dust even in the corners. The view from the window is also lovely, with an expansive vista that really brightens your mood in the morning. The hotel's public areas are also very tidy; the elevators and stairwells are spotless. Overall, the experience was superb, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the lovely fragrance – subtle yet comforting. My mom particularly loved the scent; it instantly made us all feel relaxed. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

It's incredibly convenient for those visiting Puji Temple and the South Sea Guanyin, as both are within walking distance. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the pier, and transportation to Mount Luojia, Mount Foding, and Fayu Temple is also easily accessible. The staff are warm, attentive, and highly service-oriented. The bedding is spotless and clean, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay."

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"The hotel interior is very new, with a high-end and atmospheric decor, making it an excellent choice for a family resort. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was quite spacious with an elegant and simple design. The bathtub came with disposable bath liners, and they were replenished automatically the next day. The bedding was clean and didn't feel damp despite being by the sea. A minor drawback was the lack of tissues in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Also, during cleaning, a hairball from the drain was left in a corner. The room was also a bit warm, as the air conditioning wasn't yet available during our stay. We went on a rainy weekend, but the amusement park still prepared many interactive mini-games and auction activities for guests in the evening. Although the large outdoor facilities weren't open, we had a lot of fun indoors. The water park was a bit smaller than expected, but the kids still had a great time. They even gave us ramen vouchers at night for a self-service ramen machine, which was a novel experience. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and there was even a dedicated butler service. Overall, the rating is very good. We come to Zhoushan every year, and this was the best overall stay experience. Oh, and the complimentary travel photography exceeded our expectations!"

"An unexpectedly amazing vacation experience, I'm absolutely raving about Eden! This trip to the Zhoushan Westin was truly therapeutic! I have to give a special shout-out to Eden at the front desk; he was so gentle and enthusiastic from the moment I checked in. He even proactively upgraded my room, and the view from it was absolutely stunning, instantly lifting my spirits. The hotel's location is unparalleled, with a truly prime beachfront view. My favorite part was lounging on the huge balcony's sunbed, gazing at the sea, listening to the waves, and just zoning out with the sea breeze – all my worries just melted away. The beach is right there, making it super convenient for kids to play in the sand and water; they absolutely loved it. Throughout our stay, all our requests were quickly attended to, and every staff member greeted guests warmly, always polite and professional. Our whole family loved it so much we didn't want to leave. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we come to Zhoushan!"

"The hotel is relatively new and has a very zen design. The only downside is the terrible soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the room next door, and since our room was quite close to the restaurant, I was woken up around 6 AM by the clear sounds of people going to breakfast and talking. The hotel's restaurant is definitely worth recommending; we ate there three times during our two-day, one-night stay."
