I went back to the room a little later, about ten o'clock, and then took a bath. I encountered water cold, waited for a long time, and then I was still cold. Because of the late night, I had changed my clothes and called the repairman. It was inconvenient, but I had no choice but to bite my teeth and take a cold bath... When I washed on the second day, there was hot water, there was an emergency, and I didn’t complain. Directly retired the room. Summary: Hot water belongs to the infrastructure, this grade of hotel, this kind of problem should not occur."

The room was spacious and bright, with a practical layout. The bedding was soft, skin-friendly, clean, and tidy, and the mattress had just the right firmness, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep without any discomfort. The room was well-equipped, with the air conditioning and bathroom facilities all functioning normally. The toiletries were of high quality, and the bathroom was clean, odor-free, with proper wet-dry separation. The cleaning staff did a thorough job, even cleaning every corner and crevice. Having such a peaceful resting space truly showed the hotel's dedication and professionalism in every detail. The biggest surprise of my stay, and what I most want to highlight, was the hotel's Executive Lounge. The lounge had an elegant and private atmosphere with exquisite, high-quality decor. The expansive views from the window seats were lovely, and the overall vibe was quiet and therapeutic. It was perfect for relaxing, a quick work break, or chatting with friends. The food and drinks in the lounge were excellent. The afternoon tea offered a rich and refined selection, including desserts, fresh fruit, and freshly ground coffee. The desserts were delicate and not overly sweet, and the drink options were diverse, far exceeding expectations. The evening happy hour was even more delightful, with a wide variety of hot dishes, snacks, and beverages. The food was fresh, delicious, and plentiful, easily satisfying all my dining needs. The handmade ramen, prepared by a chef, was wonderfully springy. It was great to enjoy such satisfying meals without having to go out. Aries, a staff member in the lounge, provided attentive service. She was proactively warm, responsive, and promptly refilled water and cleared plates. Her service was considerate yet unobtrusive, always maintaining a professional and gentle attitude, taking attentive service to the highest level. In addition, the hotel's location was excellent, with convenient transportation and well-developed surrounding facilities, making it ideal for both business travel and leisure. The check-out process was also efficient and quick, without any complicated procedures. The entire stay was smooth and pleasant. This stay, from the environment, rooms, and service to the core executive lounge experience, had no shortcomings. It truly made me feel at home. This will definitely be my first choice for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all friends seeking quality accommodation."

The soundproofing in the rooms is fantastic; once you close the door, you're completely isolated from the outside hustle and bustle. "Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the lovely fragrance – subtle yet comforting. My mom particularly loved the scent; it instantly made us all feel relaxed. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

"The hotel's private shuttle parking is conveniently located next to the ticket center on the left-hand side after you arrive at the pier. When I booked, I was a bit worried about it being far from attractions, but my actual stay was fantastic. The hotel is right on the main road, making dining incredibly easy. You can walk a short distance to many places, so there's no need to worry about getting back late after dinner. For breakfast, you can enjoy a vegetarian buffet on the main road. Overall, I highly recommend it!"

"I am very pleased with my recent stay in PullMan Zhoushan Seaside from 3-7 April 2026. The check in was fuss free and the overall experience was fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and didn’t show a single bit of impatient. The housekeeper lady was very very helpful and even she knows I didn’t want to have my room cleaned, she still offer to give me my shortage of amenities eg water, toilet roll and etc. the hotel even have a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and leave the hotel right on time, the driver - however was not very patient and throughout the whole journey to the ferry, he was horning non stop and drove the shuttle bus like as if he’s driving a F1. Regardless, I had a very pleasant and super experience staying here and will not hesitate for anyone to stay in this hotel if visiting Zhoushan. Thank you to all staff for their friendly service, this actually warmth and helped travelers like me, rest and stay in peace and happiness."

"The hotel interior is very new, with a high-end and atmospheric decor, making it an excellent choice for a family resort. They even proactively upgraded our room, which was quite spacious with an elegant and simple design. The bathtub came with disposable bath liners, and they were replenished automatically the next day. The bedding was clean and didn't feel damp despite being by the sea. A minor drawback was the lack of tissues in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. Also, during cleaning, a hairball from the drain was left in a corner. The room was also a bit warm, as the air conditioning wasn't yet available during our stay. We went on a rainy weekend, but the amusement park still prepared many interactive mini-games and auction activities for guests in the evening. Although the large outdoor facilities weren't open, we had a lot of fun indoors. The water park was a bit smaller than expected, but the kids still had a great time. They even gave us ramen vouchers at night for a self-service ramen machine, which was a novel experience. The staff's service attitude was excellent, and there was even a dedicated butler service. Overall, the rating is very good. We come to Zhoushan every year, and this was the best overall stay experience. Oh, and the complimentary travel photography exceeded our expectations!"

The hotel's facilities are excellent, with spacious and elegant room layouts. The toiletries are high-quality, and the rooms are fully equipped with everything you need, including lounge chairs and a scenic balcony. There's also a heated swimming pool and leisurely garden walking paths, offering suitable places for adults to relax and children to play. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable. Rooms are meticulously cleaned daily, the bedding is soft and spotless, and there's no dust or odor in floor corners or bathrooms. Public areas are also constantly maintained, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay. The hotel's location is superb, surrounded by lush greenery and exquisite garden landscapes. Step outside and you're greeted by a stunning sea view, with the sea breeze creating a wonderful ambiance. It's a peaceful and pleasant escape from the city hustle and bustle. I especially want to commend Cara for her incredibly warm and attentive service. She made check-in and check-out super efficient and thoughtfully recommended nearby attractions and dining guides. Her gentle and patient demeanor throughout made us feel very welcome. The most convenient part is that there's no need to buy extra tickets to Dongsha Beach; you can simply enter with your ID, saving time and hassle. Overall, from facilities, cleanliness, and environment to service, everything was flawless. It's truly the best choice for a beach vacation in Zhoushan and has already been added to my 'must-revisit' list."

"The hotel is relatively new and has a very zen design. The only downside is the terrible soundproofing. I could hear conversations from the room next door, and since our room was quite close to the restaurant, I was woken up around 6 AM by the clear sounds of people going to breakfast and talking. The hotel's restaurant is definitely worth recommending; we ate there three times during our two-day, one-night stay."
