The shuttle bus at the pier is very important, because in the peak season, there are too many people queuing to the scenic spots or to take the bus back to the pier, and you can't get a bus after an hour. If you walk from the hotel to the pier, it takes about half an hour. There are staff at the hotel to help with the luggage and deliver it to the room. The staff Zhang Shuchong is especially good.
