"Overall, I highly recommend this hotel; it offers great value for money. 🛣️Location: The location is quite good, close to Qianbu Beach, and about a ten-minute walk to Fayu Temple. On the way to Fayu Temple, you'll find Starbucks, noodle shops, coffee shops, and creative stores, and you'll also pass by Dacheng Zen Temple and Shuangquan Zen Temple. The hotel is located up a slope off the main road, so you can't hear the shuttle bus during the day. 🏩Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, and the hotel has a good design aesthetic. However, the rooms are a bit small, and there isn't much counter space to put things, which meant we had no place for the complimentary fruit platter after setting up a laptop. There's a self-service laundry room with a dryer. 🔍Service: The in-house service was generally good. Since we booked a package, we received fruit, a mini-bar, and evening craft activities (though we were too tired from exploring during the day to participate). The shuttle service, however, was quite disappointing. We waited at the pier for over half an hour, and the front desk staff kept explaining that they only had one car, which upset many people in our group. Upon arrival, the hotel offered complimentary iced Americanos and a two-tiered afternoon tea as a form of compensation. I hope they can improve the shuttle service in the future. 🍳Dining: Breakfast is a buffet with a focus on Chinese cuisine. Coffee, tea, and fruit are generally available. However, during peak hours, seating can be limited, so I suggest opening the north activity area as an additional space in the mornings. You can order lunch and dinner. Given that food delivery on the island starts at 30 yuan, choosing a hotel with dining options is very important."

"Facilities: The facilities are fully equipped. The room also has an air freshener, an abundance of power outlets and USB charging ports. The shower water is hot and the water pressure is good. You need to use a key card to access the floors by elevator, which adds to security. Hygiene: The elevator, hallway, room, and bathroom are all free of odors, and the bedding is clean and hygienic. Environment: It's located in the center of Dinghai. It's about a ten-minute walk to attractions like the Ancient City and Xidajie, and less than an hour to Wugongyu Pier. It's also about a ten-minute walk to the East Bus Station for trips back to Ningbo, and a ride-hailing service is less than ten yuan. Ride-hailing services are easily accessible right outside the hotel. Service: All staff members are kind and approachable. The restaurant and linen staff are polite and friendly. When checking in, the front desk attendant, Sophia Wang, provided excellent service. She patiently introduced nearby attractions, helped book pier transfers, and arranged lunch and dinner. She even upgraded our room for free because the one I booked wasn't suitable, which I greatly appreciated. Having stayed in hundreds of four and five-star hotels, I often get lost in new places and take the wrong elevator. This is the first time I've seen a hotel thoughtfully place a sign next to the door lock indicating the elevator's location. This deserves a big thumbs up! Service truly is in the details!👍👍👍👍"

"Traveling to Zhoushan is too important to the hotel, the Amaner designer hotel experience exceeded expectations ✨ The hotel is located in Lincheng Happy Bay, facing the first-line sea view. It is really beautiful to watch the sunset of the Hong Kong Island Bridge in the evening. The 12th floor high-altitude cafe has a full viewing atmosphere, just like a cruise deck. The overall French designer style, exquisite details, the lobby, the spiral stairs are all beautiful. The room space is open, the floor-to-ceiling window viewing experience is great, the hygiene is very good, the bedding is soft and sleeps well, the Dyson hair dryer and quality care are all equipped, and the welcome fruit is prepared for the stay, which is very intimate. Downstairs is the plank road of the seaside park, you can take a walk to the sea; self-driving parking is convenient, and the drive to Cangzhi Wharf and Putuo Mountain is moderate. The breakfast is rich in variety and the Zhoushan seafood noodles are delicious. Infinity pool, gym, self-service laundry room are all available. The staff is polite and caring and responds promptly. Whether it is a couple's trip or a family trip, it is highly recommended. The experience is full and worthy of five-star praise!"

"I've stayed in many hotels, but the Swissôtel Zhoushan truly surprised me. As a newly opened hotel in 2026, the facilities are very modern, and the smart home control system throughout the rooms is incredibly convenient—you can turn the lights on and off simply by speaking from your bed. Our city-view room had large floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful night views. The breakfast was a highlight, with an exceptionally wide variety of options; I highly recommend the freshly cooked seafood noodles, which were very characteristic of the local cuisine. Even more commendable was the attentive service—since we had children, toiletries and slippers were promptly delivered to our room. The hotel is located in Putuo District, only about a 20-minute drive from Shenjiamen for seafood and Zhujiajian Scenic Area, making it very convenient. Whether for a relaxing vacation or a family trip with children, this is a great choice and highly recommended."

"The room was too small, and the toilet had a strange odor. They even tried to charge extra for my child's breakfast. It was one adult and two children, even if you consider it two adults, children are usually free! They didn't charge on the first day, but then tried to charge on the second. Are they just trying to swindle people? The breakfast was better than a guesthouse, but unlike a guesthouse, there's no dedicated car to take you where you want to go. I guess accommodation on the island is generally not as good as in the city. Five-star prices for three-star amenities. Accommodation in Putuo is getting more and more expensive, with more scams, and it's becoming less authentic. This year's accommodation is even more expensive than last year, and the service is really mediocre."

"Parent-child friendly hotel. The location is excellent, you can fish and catch the sea when you go out. The rooms and lobby are clean and the scenes are fresh and beautiful. "This trip was a family outing to Mount Putuo. Atour Hotel has always been one of my favorite hotels. The hotel is very new, and I'm super satisfied with Atour's bedding. I tend to have trouble sleeping in new beds, so it was lucky the pillows were the same as the ones at home, allowing me to relax and let go of the day's fatigue. Although the hotel breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, the taste was excellent. The free shuttle service to and from Putuo Mountain pier was very convenient. There's also a library on the ground floor, which is a great perk for book lovers. The only downside is the lack of shops or attractions nearby; you need to drive out for meals. However, for those who love peace and quiet, this place is truly wonderful."
