"I stayed here from Dec 24–26, 2025. Overall the hotel was comfortable and clean. I gave it high marks for cleanliness and a good score for service and facilities, which reflects my experience. The room was tidy and the free hot breakfast was a nice touch, making mornings easier. The staff were generally friendly and helpful when asked questions. However, one downside was the location felt a bit spread out from the main shopping and eating streets. I found myself walking quite a long way to get to stores, restaurants, and local sights, which was tiring, even though there are places nearby, they’re not always as close as I expected."

"Hilton is often my top choice when traveling, and this time, recommended by Trip.com, I opted for it again and feel compelled to leave a thorough review. I happened to be staying during Typhoon Saudel, which kept extending my stay. It was during this extreme weather that Hilton's advantages truly shone. From the front desk to room service, everything was thoughtfully and warmly handled. I used a Trip.com group purchase voucher. Due to the typhoon and other issues, Trip.com actively coordinated with the hotel, and the hotel was very responsive, which was incredibly reassuring. The Banshengdong branch has an unbeatable location, just a few steps from the pier, making it super convenient for island hopping. The rooms are new and spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. The laundry room is a major plus – so convenient! Right downstairs is Baolong Tiandi, and across the street are countless seafood stalls, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. The breakfast included authentic seafood noodles, which tasted great. In summary, Typhoon Saudel truly highlighted the strengths of both Trip.com and Hilton Garden Inn. "This trip was a family outing to Mount Putuo. Atour Hotel has always been one of my favorite hotels. The hotel is very new, and I'm super satisfied with Atour's bedding. I tend to have trouble sleeping in new beds, so it was lucky the pillows were the same as the ones at home, allowing me to relax and let go of the day's fatigue. Although the hotel breakfast didn't offer a huge variety, the taste was excellent. The free shuttle service to and from Putuo Mountain pier was very convenient. There's also a library on the ground floor, which is a great perk for book lovers. The only downside is the lack of shops or attractions nearby; you need to drive out for meals. However, for those who love peace and quiet, this place is truly wonderful."

"For my business trip to Zhoushan, I chose the Hampton by Hilton Zhoushan Xin Cheng, and overall it was a good experience. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful, the location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The lobby facilities are well-equipped, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The room features smart voice control, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent. I'm very satisfied. Recommended!"

"The room is generally OK, with a screenless TV, wireless network information displayed in the corner, and the **paid network is on the desk. There is no free socket at the desk, and all the sockets do not have USB charging ports. There are no free slippers in the room (slippers cost 30 yuan). It is split into two floors, the floor height is a bit low, and it is a bit depressing. The bathroom decoration is a bit primitive, and I don't know what era it was designed. The front desk or the corridor has a feeling of war, which makes me feel that it is not worth the money compared to the room. Didn't anyone on Ctrip check it out?
