The hotel room facilities are retro and warm. The bedding is so comfortable that you don’t want to get up. The sleep-aiding sandalwood is available on demand. I slept soundly at night~ There is lush greenery outside the window. When you open the window, you can see the full scenery. It is really healing! Dining experience (Breakfast is so rich, handmade wontons and handmade noodles are amazing! For dinner, I recommend the villa's seafood buffet! It's so delicious that you can't stop eating. The front desk waiter Xiao Guo is enthusiastic and considerate. He provides full service and answers all questions! ! ! Special activities Copying scriptures, tea ceremony, incense ceremony and folk music performances... It was a great experience. My husband also said it was the best hotel he had stayed in so far, with good service and environment. After staying for two nights, we stayed for another night. Considering that we had to leave in the middle of the night, we chose the cheaper Yuexiang Twin Room. We called to ask if we could not change rooms, and the counter readily agreed to upgrade the room for free. In the evening, we also provided eight-treasure porridge and hot milk for the children. First of all, the sea view room is indeed upgraded to the corner suite on the 4th floor. You can watch the sunrise while sleeping on the bed. You can see the sea view from the east and south of this suite. The price in the off-season is really a good deal! In the video below, there is an electric stove and a range hood as you enter the kitchen. Then there is a mattress and a TV as shown in Figure 11. There are balconies on the south side as shown in Figures 3 and 5. There is no shower room in the bathroom next door as shown in Figure 6. Further inside is a master bedroom. , Pictures 4, 7, 8, and 10, the east balcony and the south balcony are connected at exactly the same corner, with a bathroom and a bathtub, so you can take a bath without any trouble! The environment is really good. You can sit on the balcony to drink tea and bask in the sun and listen to the sound of the waves. If you want to go to Dongsha, walk for 5 minutes and buy a ticket to enter. Picture 2 is the back garden taken from the corridor. It probably belongs to the garden view room. Overall satisfied, there is a big refrigerator that can store some hot pot dishes, and there is a pan to cook the hot pot with no problem👍

Excellent. The quality is really good compared to the price. The breakfast is very decent. The cake at the cafe is nice. Complimentary tea & cookies at the lobby are very good. When we saw the tea table at the business corner. We instantly fell in love with it and asked the receptionist to use it. Too bad that it’s private and not in use. But she offered to bring tea set to our room for us too. Full Chinese tea set. I’m totally mind blowing. The best hotel and area I’m staying so far during my trip to China (Beijing, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Xi’an)

Absolutely fabulous location, great room, view with deck ( We choose balcony seas views). All double glacéd! The spa facilities in and out are world class 5 star! Service is courteous, we stayed 3 nights. At the spa outdoor area a lady called Ruan Yueer who looked after guest, very cheerful and customer orientated. So was the lady inside the main Spa. We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

I went to Zhoushan Maritime Silk Road this weekend and booked a superior king-size room and upgraded to a courtyard room. I stayed in the Middle East courtyard, which was amazing. The hot spring pool in the room was very large and the kids had a blast. I even got a big cake for my birthday! Maybe because it was off-season, there were very few people at the Silk Road Hot Springs, and basically the three of us felt the joy of booking the hot springs! The service inside was also very good. The waiters and the uncles who maintained the hot springs were very loving. I especially wanted to mention Miss Wang Lin, who provided excellent service and gave the kids a doll. We went to eat at Chuanhairenjia across the street in the evening. The food was a little slow, but the taste was okay. It was a great trip!

The price/performance ratio is super high, the hygiene is also very clean, and the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows by the sea is superb. I came here to participate in the cross-country race. The front desk learned that we had to leave at 7 o'clock and prepared breakfast for us contestants at 6:30 in advance. It was so thoughtful. I will stay at their house again when I come to participate next year!
