They provide pick-up and drop-off from the ferry terminal and even offer unlimited refills of freshly made coffee, using Sam's Club coffee beans and milk – you can have a cup anytime, super nice! The staff were responsive and promptly handled any requests (you can even buy crabs at the farmers' market and they'll prepare and grill them for you), without any perfunctoriness. The whole stay felt relaxed and comfortable. If you're coming to Shengsi for a sea view, choosing this place won't disappoint. It's definitely on my list for a return visit!
