Service: The owner was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful, offering free pick-up and drop-off at the pier. Environment: The view from the hotel is unbeatable, and the location is superb, right in the heart of Gouqi Shengshan. It's incredibly convenient for visiting all the attractions, and you can walk to the town in six or seven minutes, saving a lot on transportation costs. Facilities: The room facilities are simple, clean, and very refreshing. The bed was extremely comfortable. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I originally booked for one night, but I enjoyed the environment so much that I extended my stay for another night. I'll definitely come back if I get the chance.

Shengshan is definitely not an easy place to get to, but staying at Woqu honestly made it so worth it! It’s very guesthouse style, so hosts have a full menu that they can cook for you if you don’t want to go into town for the restaurants. They were all so warm and welcoming, even though my Chinese isn’t very good. Even though they had a larger group of 21 staying at the same time as me, they still checked in on me to make sure that I was comfortable and that I could still have my privacy. They also offered me the number of a driver who was very readily available to take me wherever I wanted. The room was beautiful, with a wonderful view of the ocean. It would be really romantic for a couples’ getaway. I hope that more people come to Shengshan and Gouqi, even for just a day, just so they can experience some of the island-style warmth and hospitality that Woqu had to offer. The hostess of the B&B is very enthusiastic. The location is a long hill away from Dawang Business District. The location is pretty good, and the owner of Qunar B&B can also help call a taxi. The room was pretty good and clean. The sea view from the sea view room was beautiful at first glance. We mainly eat meals ordered from B&Bs. The meals we eat are relatively home-cooked, taste good, and the price is reasonable.

I visited Gouqi Shengshan and Sijiao Island many years ago. The natural scenery is beautiful, but the accommodation conditions are average. This time I was pleasantly surprised to find a good resort hotel. After arriving on the island, the design of the hotel is consistent with the photos. It is modern and simple, with a Santorini style. It was a very comfortable stay and the restaurant in the hotel tasted good, so I could enjoy a leisurely vacation without leaving home, watching the sea and eating seafood in the hotel. Will stay here next time.

I had a very good stay at Healray Collection Zhizhu. The hotel is in a great location by the water, and although it’s a little distance from the wharf, the hotel provides pick-up and drop-off service. They were extremely responsive—even when I only requested a pick-up about half an hour before arrival, everything was arranged smoothly. The room was comfortable with modern facilities, and the hotel feels very well renovated and well maintained. Housekeeping was excellent—the cleaning lady was very friendly and would clean the room promptly whenever guests stepped out. Staff were always around and readily available. The reception staff and doorkeeper were also very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and willing to assist whenever needed. The location is another plus, with only a short walk to the famous Guanyin statue. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the area.

This trip to the Shengsi Xuanxi Cliff Hotel was absolutely worth it! The pure white cliffside architecture is incredibly atmospheric, perfect for taking photos at every turn. The sea-view rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the ocean, allowing you to watch the sunrise in the morning or enjoy it all from your bed. The butler service was attentive and thoughtful, the infinity pool on the cliff was stunning, and the overall atmosphere was tranquil and therapeutic. It was a perfect vacation experience, definitely worth a second visit!

My trip to Mount Putuo in 2026 has come to a perfect end today. I still chose Baotuo Xingshe this time, mainly because of its good value for money, its proximity to Puji Temple, and the fact that the island's popular restaurant, Yuanzhi Yuanwei, is right outside. I especially want to commend their room attendant, Xu Yulan, who was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

If you eat near the hotel, there is a seafood stall. The street environment is very good. The hotel room is comfortable and clean. The facilities are complete. The front desk brother is warm and active. The peak travel is very good. The price is right. You can take a walk to the beach. It should be very good in summer.
