"The rooms are very spacious, approximately 50-60 square meters, with balconies of nearly 15 square meters. They offer stunning ocean views, perfect for watching the sunset. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Across from the hotel is a food court, where singers entertain guests at night. The hotel is 3 to 6 kilometers from the Dongsha and Nansha scenic areas, as well as Wushitang Village, making it very convenient for sightseeing. There's also a nearly 2-kilometer-long running greenway facing the beach, perfect for runners."

RRares MAn excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns.
All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

GGuest UserThe environment of the B&B is great, the service is very thoughtful, and they will help us answer any problems we encounter. The hotel has its own swimming pool, and the children had a lot of fun. The whole island is also very beautiful, with clean streets. The blue and white B&B and the coastal highway make people feel the slow pace of life. The seafood restaurant and small noodle restaurant recommended by the boss are also great. It was a very pleasant trip.

There was a lake park right in front, and there was a shopping mall and restaurant street right next to it.
There were so many delicious restaurants.
Maybe because it's a weekday, I was a little disappointed that the amusement park didn't open.
The room was kept clean, the breakfast was good, and everyone responded kindly.
Is it because it's been a while since it opened? The amenities recently produced in the room have not been applied.

AAnonymous UserService: Huge thanks to concierge Liu Changqiang for his service! 🙏🏻 I was in Putuoshan for three days and experienced ferry cancellations, rain, and flight delays. Xiao Liu provided attentive service, coordinating the hotel car and extending my check-out time. This really is a warm hotel with a personal touch.
Room: The hygiene was excellent, no mold issues whatsoever. The central air conditioning provided plenty of heat, but due to a personal preference, I ended up asking Xiao Liu to bring me a fan.
Complimentary Shuttle Service (Pier-Hotel Round Trip): The shuttle service was incredibly convenient with frequent runs. Just coordinate with Xiao Liu in advance, and they'll pick you up and drop you off right on time.
Dining: The hotel's breakfast was quite simple, but there are restaurants within walking distance of the hotel that are both convenient and delicious.

In particular, the breakfast is very rich. The boss manages well. AannalookingThis is our second year visiting Putuoshan, and after a great experience last year, we chose Xilai Xiaozhuang again. It's very close to Puji Temple, offering a peaceful retreat despite being near the hustle and bustle, and the pier shuttle service is very convenient. Our room was upgraded and was very spacious. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a bit expensive at 240 for three people. We went at 8 AM, and some of the hot dishes were already cold, there were no boiled eggs, and the glutinous rice in the red bean paste zongzi was hard, as if it hadn't been heated through. Last year, the lobby and front desk staff were very welcoming, but this year their attitude was just average; check-in was slow, and we had to queue. However, the housekeeping service was excellent and very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

SShuishuowohuai1971For the past two years, whenever I've visited Putuo Mountain for a pilgrimage, I've chosen to stay at the Radisson Manor. One major reason is the ability to book early morning services at Fayu Temple for the next day. More importantly, staying here allows me to constantly experience the Radisson's meticulous service. This time, due to the rain, I opted to have several meals at the hotel for convenience. The dishes were exquisite and the taste was superb. What truly stood out was the warm and attentive service from the restaurant staff, particularly a server named Xiao Xie. Additionally, the complimentary travel photography service was a nice touch. While the hotel facilities, as an older star-rated property on the island, are a bit dated, I believe the Radisson will still be my top choice for my next visit to Putuo Mountain.

2205159****I've stayed here before because it's convenient for morning prayers at Puji Temple, so I came back again this time. But it's strange, staying in the same room, my experience this time was terrible. I went to bed at 8:30 PM for morning prayers, but from 9 PM onwards, there was the noise of the restaurant downstairs dragging tables, the constantly loud phone ringing at the front desk, and then in the middle of the night, rude guests shouting and doors slamming. The soundproofing is just awful. I later saw that several new hotels and guesthouses have opened near Puji Temple this year. Anyway, I won't be staying here again. The good rating is for the staff; even though they didn't solve the problems, their attitude was decent.

GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is really suitable for those that is taking vegetarian while traveling, as the vegetarian restaurant (breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet with considerable fair price per pax) is just 1 minute walking distance away from the Hotel lobby. Groceries shop is just next to the Hotel lobby which makes it really convenient for travelers. Whereas walking towards the nearest town may take an approximate 10 minutes. The hotel is surrounded with residential units.
