Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us.

It's close to the airport, so you can sometimes hear planes, but the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing for a late check-out. They also gave us a small gift when we left. The restaurant staff were also excellent. Overall, a great stay.

The hotel's location is superb, just a 2-minute walk to Nanchan Temple Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, not far from all the major attractions. The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, perfect for families traveling with children. It's also very car-friendly with free parking available. The MIXC shopping mall next door is a big convenience.
Breakfast was decent, nothing special but enough to fill you up.
The room had a bathtub and strong water pressure.
The staff were warm and attentive, making for a great overall experience. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

BBuzaijiadeliutiaofeiziI didn't go to crowded with people on May Day and chose Wuxi to learn to ride horses. The place to learn to ride horses is a few kilometers away from the hotel, plus the Jinjiang brand, I chose here. Overall, the service is good, the environment is quiet, and travel mainly depends on taxis and driving. It is safer to order takeaways and robots will be delivered. The only downside is that the windows of the audio-visual room we booked are semi-obstructed (but there is a prompt when booking this room, I want the audio-visual room to be like this, but watching a movie is good, and the air conditioner is not stuffy), there is one, I see that there are also children with children, But the hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers for children, I hope to prepare a small amount. Breakfast is a bit simpler, and a little more people can't keep up. But overall it is satisfactory, I will stay here next time.

CCha❤️❤️❤️❤️I recently had the pleasure of staying at and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind, reliable, and accommodating. They went out of their way to assist me, even after I had checked out. Their level of service and responsiveness truly exceeded my expectations.
One of the key highlights for me was the hotel's cleanliness. As a parent with a crawling baby, cleanliness is of utmost importance, and I was impressed by how well-maintained and spotless the hotel was. The rooms were tidy, and the hotel provided all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryers, toothpaste, and soap.
I particularly loved the fact that our room had a balcony. It was a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. I appreciated the option to close the curtains and enjoy the balcony while our daughter slept peacefully inside.
The hotel's location was convenient, with two nearby stations providing easy access to Shanghai. The staff even provided helpful directions and recommendations, such as the address of a nearby supermarket when we needed to buy supplies.
Despite being a smaller hotel, the quality of service surpassed my expectations. The staff's ability to communicate in English was a definite advantage for us as foreigners, making our stay even more comfortable.
In terms of dining, the food at the hotel was satisfactory, offering a regular Chinese menu. I particularly enjoyed their noodles, and the friendly service with a smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

GGuest UserMy kids are grown up now, so I specifically booked a family room for this trip. The hotel started off great, but then I noticed the attention to detail was lacking! First, the single bed in the room was a spring bed, and the mattress was clearly old and deeply sunken in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. My child didn't complain, but as a parent, I felt quite uneasy. Since it's a family room, why wouldn't they provide a standard single bed? Secondly, the restaurant service. The coffee machine needed cleaning, and I even told a staff member, but by the time we finished our meal, the coffee still hadn't been served. Breakfast in the restaurant goes until 10 AM, but when we went at 9:30 AM, some dishes and drinks were no longer being refilled. I don't think this is right. They don't offer a discount for eating after 9:30 AM, so shouldn't all food items be fully stocked?
