"Our room was upgraded to a lovely blue and white porcelain themed room, which was also very spacious. We stayed for two nights. The first night we watched a performance, the second day we visited the Grand Buddha, and on the third morning, we did some more sightseeing before heading back – it was perfectly timed. The only downside is that there aren't many dining options, and once you've explored Nianhua Bay, there's not much else to do. The hotel service was quite good, and the breakfast selection was ample."

"Hygiene: The room had a lot of dust floating around, the bathroom floor was rusty, and it was a water heater, not gas, so three people staying meant waiting for the water to heat up. Service: The service attitude was mediocre. They frequently used condescending phrases like "how could you do that?", which was impolite. The快递 (delivery) station was on the B2 level and very hard to find; the front desk couldn't even clearly explain its exact location. Environment: The elevator was incredibly slow. It took an average of 15 minutes to get downstairs. Facilities: Old and looked very cheap."

The room itself was exceptionally clean with no overlooked spots, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future visits."

"I was out late because the MixC West District just opened. I chose this hotel last-minute, but it turned out to be an experience that far exceeded my expectations and was a wonderful surprise! The hotel is located within a scenic area, and the entire area is operated by the hotel. The hotel group is state-owned, which means it's very well-regulated and meticulous. You know it won't be bad when it's sometimes used to host important dignitaries. Since I arrived quite late and there was availability, they upgraded me to a suite! It was huge, and the decor, attention to detail, and the view from the window were all superb. The brands and specifications of the home appliances were, of course, top-notch. It was a fantastic stay. On another note, I have to commend how well the old buildings in the scenic area have been preserved and developed!"

There's also a Black Pearl-rated Chinese restaurant, but unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to try it. The only minor drawback was that the breakfast selection wasn't very extensive; it could be richer."

The hotel lobby is designed in a grand style, and the room type was successfully upgraded with membership benefits - the 55-square-meter space is reasonably laid out, and I especially like the bathtub, which is very comfortable to take a bath. Breakfast was also given thoughtfully, the dining area is spacious and bright, with rich choices, and the coffee is also worthy of praise. The swimming pool is operated by a third party, and there are more people at night (especially families with children), but it was almost reserved at noon the next day, and the experience was completely different. The software park is near the hotel, and it is very convenient to take a walk and have a cup of coffee. Overall, it is a good choice for relaxation."

"Special shout-out to Li Zhenghao, the hostel's front desk manager! Although we hadn't met before, he felt like a long-time friend. His service was incredibly thoughtful. He'd remind us of show times in advance. Since I was with my 80-year-old mother, who has trouble walking and moves slowly, we missed the park shuttle after the show. I contacted him, and he immediately arranged for a pick-up shuttle to take us back to the hotel. I was really touched."
