Excellent location! Beautiful view!! If you come here, you must live in a lake view room. The view of the lake from the high floor is awesome, overlooking the Li Lake and Li Garden below. Most of all, the service of Xiaolu (卢颖)housekeeper is super, she is thoughtful and meticulous, and the room arrangement is perfect.
Every time we come to Wuxi, we would choose Hubin Hotel. We also highly recommend it to our family and friends.

Taihu Hotel is said to be the former state guesthouse. I really came to the right place. It has a super large garden with mountains, water and bamboo forest. The environment is comfortable with birds singing and flowers blooming during the day and very quiet at night. It happened to be my birthday and the hotel was very considerate to upgrade the room and provide a lot of services. I was really surprised and grateful. The management is very humane and the five-star service is very attentive. I didn’t enjoy the swimming pool this time. I didn’t have time. I must spend two more nights swimming next time.

Ctrip 🍃 selected this hotel when traveling in Wuxi, and the stay experience 🏨 was very good. There is a parking lot on the first underground floor 🅿️, with charging piles, which is very convenient for slow charging, and the price is 1.20 yuan/kWh 🍃 (regardless of time period). After returning from the trip at night, I plugged in and charged back to the room, and it was fully charged in the morning, which was very convenient 👍🏻. When I checked in, the front desk lady 👩🏻 upgraded the apartment type to the store. The room was quiet, clean and hygienic. There were welcome fruits 🍎, and the breakfast variety on the first floor 🍚 was also very rich. The front desk lady Li Yun 👩🏻 was warm and friendly 👌🏻, and she could always solve any problem she had. I like it very much 👍🏻, and I will come again 🌹 to stay 😁

The hotel is a mini ancient town, close to Shangxian River Wetland Park. The small bridge and flowing water are very beautiful, and the hotel courtyard is also carefully designed. Because it was my birthday, the hotel arranged the best location for me. The central garden is right outside the gate. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and sanitary, and each area is large. A lot of drinks, fruits, and health drinks are delivered every day. The housekeeper Feng Yukai is serious and responsible, humble and polite, and tries his best to meet the various needs of the guests. It is about half an hour's drive from various attractions, and you can call a car in a few minutes on foot. The porter is also very good and helps carry the boxes in and out of the hotel. The breakfast is Chinese style, and it would be better if the variety was richer. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Wuxi in the future!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! We got there late at night and they were very fast with the check-in. The room was lovely and very clean. It got better in the morning as we were able to explore the hotel with sunlight and the gardens and pool are beautiful!! 😍 After an amazing breakfast with a lot of food variety, we enjoyed the haifu experience included in the package. The staff allowed us to borrow two costumes and it was fun!
A special mention to Song Hao. He was very nice and helpful. When we checked-out they drove us to the Giant Buddha. Everything in this hotel was 10/10! Hopefully we will come back one day!

The first time I went to Wuxi to play, I wanted to book a hotel around Lingshan Shengjing. The green mountains outside the inn are full of green. Standing on the side of the yard, you can see the Lingshan Giant Buddha. The air is fresh and the environment is quiet. The room was clean, the air conditioner was turned on in the greenhouse on the day of the accommodation was a bit warm, and the bath water was very comfortable. The parking space is very convenient in front of the building. As soon as I entered the door, I felt that the scattered yard was too beautiful. The spread path directly calmed your heart. The room design was very distinctive. I especially liked the bamboo forest view room. I opened the curtains. The breeze accompanied by the bamboo forest in the garden. The sound of shaking, weak downstairs, someone chatting and drinking tea. I think life really needs to slow down...
The beautiful proprietress and the clerk are very hospitable. It is like going to a friend’s home. The afternoon tea for the two is particularly exquisite. The next day, I still tasted a very authentic Sichuan hot pot in the yard. It is only ten minutes away from the nearby play. You can order from the proprietress one day in advance, you can get 10 yuan cheaper each, and go to the legendary Nianhua Bay in the afternoon until the evening. The drive is only 15 minutes. The beautiful scenery at night is nothing to say bad except for the high consumption of many people.
I recommend this one, at least next time I would love to take my family back.

The service was great, Conrad at the front door spoke English very well, as well as a few other staff members I came across. The hotel is elegant, and not too far from some tourist attractions for food and shopping. The gym is well equipped and quite spacious. Breakfast was overall nice, I would however recommend a few more Western choices such as bacon and fried potatoes or hash browns. The lobby area has a bar that is used as a legitimate Starbucks, which was both nice and convenient for me.

GGuest UserRelaxing one night stay with a friend, RSun was a perfect place to chill.
Thanks to the wonderful service from Turbo, smooth check in and room upgraded to a suite. His spoken English was good and he was very helpful during our stay.
The suite was huge, beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean.
We made use of the hot springs and enjoyed our time there. We visited in February so the hotel and springs were not busy.
Food in the restaurant was delicious local cuisine. We received special dish as it was the last day of the ***** new year holiday. We communicated using a translator app.
I would have liked the downstairs bar to be open.
There was a good breakfast selection which was refilled.
I would choose to stay here again.

NNisarg VoraThe location was very convenient to reach from the train station. The hotel reception was amazing, with quick and English speaking check in staff. The room was very spacious with all the amenities you can think of. Breakfast was huge and lots of options for vegetarians. We would return to this hotel on our next trip.

The only downside was sometimes there's the smell of cigarettes (not sure from where). Room was clean and spacious with washing machine and integrated dryer. Overall stay was very satisfactory.

There is still dust under the big bed and in some dead corners in the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Wuxi, and I will also recommend it to my friends.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located near the factory I was visiting. Across the road are a couple of convenience stores, with Wanda plaza being a few blocks away and we didn't manage to visit. We did walk a block away to a local grocery store where we picked up some local treats and even stumbled across a good korean BBQ restaurant.
The hotel itself - pros: I liked the room I was assigned, it was very clean, had a bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of water, teas and coffee, desk to work on, spacious bathroom and it didn't smell of smoke. Breakfast had lots of variety and was good/decent quality. We were entertained upstairs in a private function room with a 15 course dinner, which was excellent - service, quality of food and display of the food.
I didn't use any of the other facilities so cannot comment.
Cons: The mattress is VERY firm. They allow smoking in the hotel, so the lobby wasn't pleasant if people decided to have a smoke. Thankfully my room did not smell of cigarettes, although there was an ashtray and matches.

Mmezzan9neWas given an upgrade when checking in, and given a king sized bed on the top most floor. Room size was adequate and cozy, though it kinda differed from what I had seen and booked online. The superior queen room A that I had booked somehow seemed larger, and had separate shower and bathtub facilities, whilst my room only had a tub and shower combo. Anyway, the room seemed newly renovated and well maintained and clean, so no complaints there. It is conveniently located, with a subway station just right in front of the hotel, and walking distance to 2 malls with supermarkets. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was decent, though a better variety of food offered would have been preferred. All in all, a pleasant stay and experience, and this hotel will definitely be in serious consideration when I next visit Wuxi again.
