GGuest UserWe stayed in a triple room at the Kiln Hotel, which was very spacious and offered a distant view of the B-line mini-train returning to its station. The lobby, with its red brick dome, was incredibly well-designed. A special thank you to our concierge, Tiffany, who communicated with us in advance to confirm details. Despite being pregnant, she was still diligently at her post, meticulously and thoughtfully explaining the scenic routes. She was both gentle and professional. I was truly touched by her dedication and professionalism, so I absolutely have to give her a five-star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

GGuest UserThe room is quite large, and the side cover has a view from both sides. It uses a Dyson hair dryer with many plug configurations, dry and wet separation, and the hanging area is also very spacious. The courtyard is decorated in a Chinese-style courtyard style. The butler will contact you in advance before checking in. There are shuttle buses to take you to the scenic spots, which is very convenient (you can go climbing in the Dongpo Pavilion next to it). The attitudes of the front desk and butler service staff are very good. , our children were given motion sickness stickers because they were afraid of motion sickness. The back door of the hotel is Yada Town. It is very convenient to eat and drink. There are many check-in points. There are many performances during the Mid-Autumn Festival. I like it. The breakfast area will be perfect if it is upgraded. Will go again if I have the chance

GGuest UserWe parked our car in the parking lot and were picked up by a hotel shuttle bus. Although the hotel is located in a scenic area, it is very quiet. In spring, the entire hotel is surrounded by greenery. The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper always reminds and cares about us, and takes the initiative to help us locate the Chinese restaurant. The dishes in the hotel's Chinese restaurant are also very delicious. Dongpo Pavilion Hotel in the scenic area can also send a car to pick you up, which is very thoughtful. At the end of the check-out, the hotel also sent a thoughtful gift 😀 At present, the business surroundings of the town are not yet fully developed. I will go there again when it is more complete.

Sstep kingDue to holiday season couldn’t get the deluxe room so tried this executive double room, room is very big and hotel gave free mooncake to eat. First night there is water droplets noise in the room 2007 and complain to hotel staff and they came in check and immediately changed room for me, they use a robot to send the keys up so I don’t need to go down and could just return the key the next day. Only downside is the breakfast, everyday I eat the same thing and get bored easily. The bathroom also needs more hook to hang clothes, there is only 1 hook in that big bathroom.

LLuckytianchengI made a last-minute decision to visit Yixing, and I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is excellent, and parking is convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful when I checked in, and they even upgraded me to a larger room, which I really appreciated! 🙏 The hotel breakfast was also very generous, and the room had good soundproofing. I highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserThe Wuxi Ancient Canal Manxin Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The ancient canal walkway is right outside, and Huishan Ancient Town is just a ten-minute walk away. Evening strolls with the river breeze are incredibly pleasant. Xiao Gong at the front desk was exceptionally attentive, proactively upgrading me to a river-view room and even providing complimentary evening sweet soup. The room's smart features were very convenient; I could control the lights and curtains with my voice. The bedding was soft and I slept soundly. The Wuxi-style steamed buns at breakfast were incredibly authentic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Wuxi!

AagrixThe Jiangyin International Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, offering a wide range of delicious food and incredibly helpful staff at the reception. My friends and I chose to celebrate my friend's birthday here, and the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, greeting cards, and a beautifully decorated bed. We were truly grateful for the complimentary treats and excellent service we received during our stay. The room was clean and stocked with toiletries. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Jiangyin.

GGuest UserSeriously struck gold with this find! The hotel environment is wonderfully tranquil, and the lobby boasts exquisite, tasteful decor. The room details are fantastic – plenty of charging ports and thoughtful little snacks. The cleaning staff does an incredibly thorough job, and the service personnel are always on hand when you need them. A perfect experience all around!
